I had an amazing experience at this location. I was very pleased with the customer service and help i was given. I walked in not knowing what i wanted and walked out with a new phone and i am impressed. The employees in this store went above and beyond to fit my needs. I highly recommend going to this store for all your phone needs. They will get you into the phone that will work best for you and make sure you leave happy!!!!!

We went to the store at 8:30 last night (6/1/21) to upgrade two phones. We did not need the rep to set anything up, but we just wanted to get the phones and trade in our old ones on the promotional offer and leave. We were told at 8:30 that “the system is going to start kicking me out of things because you guys came at the buzzer”. I worked at AT&T as a sales manager for a year and a half and I was an assistant manager at Sprint for 3 years.. you do not get “kicked” out of the system. Especially 30 minutes before closing. Then we were told there is a $40 set up fee. I paid the fee when I switched my line from AT&T to Verizon (a bring your own device phone that I put the SIM card in, not the rep) along with the $35 activation fee. In my head, okay, well it was a new line of service so that’s fine, but now we’re upgrading so why am I paying this again? Upon researching, they charge the $40 set up fee on Apple products because they don’t get paid as much because they are an authorized retailer rather than corporate.Once I called the rep to ask him why we were getting charged a set up fee when we are fully aware of how to transfer our own data, he stated “the service is included in the price” well, sir, it’s not included because you’re charging for a service we don’t need. I informed him that the corporate store does not charge this ridiculous fee, and the rep said he can cancel my order when it comes in.Did not even try to save the sale.I will NEVER recommend Cellular Sales to anyone, due to my experiences with them. I will happily drive the extra 20 minutes to a corporate store to handle business from here on.

Calvin was very helpful with everything I needed. I bought a new phone, got all of the accessories I needed, kept my old phone and got a new number for it. He transferred my data and answered all of my questions. Everything was taken care of quickly and he exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just switched to Verizon when I preordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I left Sprint after 15 years only due to service issues, their customer service was exceptional. I stood in the store for nearly and hour, after being in store a couple hours earlier, and wasn’t acknowledged either time. I preordered the phone and already had it set up only need to purchase a case. I had to ask someone for help and just to purchase a case and I was denied service. I’ve been here for 1 hour just to buy a case. I honestly want nothing more to do with this brand or the way they treat their customers.

Im just leaving the eustis Verizon and got very lucky to deal with Calvin Veclzoh. My morning wasnt going great and dealing with Calvin made my morning a whole lot better. He helped me do a lot with my phone that I was unable to do on my own. Next time you come to the eustis Verizon ask for Calvin, youll be very happy too!

I came in this location to switch 3 lines from Tmobile to Verizon. The representative that assisted me was very professional and explained the plan and promotions very well. Miguel also made sure all 3 of my new phones were working with my old numbers before I left the store. He transferred all my information from my old phones and made sure everything was correct on the new ones before we erased my old phone. I would recommend this location to everyone that needs a little more assistance with switching like I did. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything. When I got home my service worked great. I was surprised when he took time a few days later to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with my service. Thanks again, appreciate all that you do.

When entering the store..if the associate takes you to the first desk on the right, in the corner,..I would tell you to run..youre about to be the next victimAnother person stated this and I agree. Quoted the wrong price by about $400 and made up promotions that didnt exist. Went back to straighten things out and his name tag was backwards the whole time.

My wife and I decided to switch from ATT because their service was horrible. We came to Verizon in Eustis unsure of what type of bundle and equipment that we needed. We were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome by the sweetest customer service rep EVER. Her name Lakira(hopefully we spelled it right). It was only her 3rd day training at Verizon but she was a natural. Both myself and Sara Jones were so happy with her service.She was being trained through the process by a gentleman by the name of David. David was the epitome of a professional, informative and endearing. He answered endless questions for us, recommended the best deal for us and helped us trade in old devices. He convinced us to get insurance. He was very good. And all the while he was taking care of our questions, he was simultaneously training Lakira on the computer system.The store, though somewhat busy, was quiet and immaculately clean. Several times I watched various staff members approach each other’s desk simply to offer their assistance if anything was needed.We recommend Verizon (Eustis) over any phone company that we have ever experienced.Great job Lakira and David!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. SHOP CORPORATE VERIZON. This is the worst Verizon authorized retailer you can ever go to. Miguel De Los Santos is the worst sales representative I have ever experienced. When purchasing our devices he not only got his math wrong for our bill but also ordered our devices on the wrong promotional offer. Upon finding his own mistake he tried to sell us the wrong promo instead of correcting it. After arguing with him to get us the promo originally ordered he said he would have to submit a ticket to correct his mistake, in which he blamed on the system. He said he would email us the details within 4 days. After a week and a half we called Miguel in which he explained that we would have to pay more money and get less credits. When trying to work with Miguel he became irate telling me I need to listen and constantly talking over me. After a few minutes of this he said we have 14 days to return the devices and hung up. I called Verizon corporate support and got everything handled in one simple and easy phone call. I did not have to pay more money and got all of my credits. Thank you Claude at Verizon Customer Support. I hope they fire Miguel so that he can not financial hurt anyone any longer but watching how the staff conducted themselves I doubt anything will happen. The environment is similar to that of a group of cocky athletes.

The wait was extremely long and the only associate available came by to ask what we needed, only to respond with, ok yeah just keep waiting and theyll get to you. Then I ended up being helped by that SAME associate after having to watch him stroll around the store for 15 minutes. Then when I said I didnt want to upgrade my phone, he says that I can do what Im trying to do, replace my damaged phone, online. I told him I didnt have insurance on the phone during the conversation earlier, yet he assured me I could complete the process online. Unfortunately I couldnt because I didnt have insurance on the phone. When I called back, he said Id have to go in-store to complete the process and theirs was the only location that offered promotional discounts to help with the cost. So that meant I pretty much had to turn right back around after leaving the store to do what I initially tried to do in the first place. Customer service was horrible and I would NOT recommend to anyone, as their listening skills are sub-par at the very least

Nick, the representative, was very helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs in a new phone and offered options without pushing for the newest and most expensive phones. We got new phones and a new IPAD and he answered our questions. The only reason we did not give a 5star rating was because we were there for four hours. The billing service was down when we first got there but came back online. The phones were barely charged and had to be charged before and while transferring information. The downloads took an extremely long time and Nick and another representative figured there was a problem with the charging cords in the store and opened new chargers from the wall and download/transfers went quicker. Hopefully the store itself will look into the issue if it happens to others. If we need any other help we will definitely ask for Nick again.

Went to Verizon to upgrade a phone and to switch from AT&T. Worst mistake I have ever done. Spent 5 hours in the store(only 3 hours to buy 2 cars the week before) was told they couldnt take the phones for trade in so I needed to call customer service to get a label mailed so I could trade that way. Called them said I would receive labels in a few days, been over a week so went back to store to check and to find out about a charge that should not of been there. Was told I was on bogo and I needed to call customer service and have them switch so phone is free. (Why do I call, I dont work for verizon...) So ended up on phone for 2 hours with customer service (so thats why I call). Problem not fixed.. back to store, they gave me a box, said I needed to go to a corporate store and get a label (cause they cant print one). So drive 45 mins to get label and take to a UPS store where they said it goes...nope its FedEx. Go to FedEx down the road..nope they dont take it have to drive 45 mins more to another FedEx store so I can get off the bogo plan,which they cant do til they receive phones. If you have to go to Verizon, dont go to the Eustis store, save yourself a headache and go to the Corp. store in Altamonte. I should of never switched.

DO NOT ONLY AVOID, BUT CHANGE LANES ON HIGHWAY 441 FOR ONE FURTHEST AWAY FROM THIS S___-HOLE! Several weeks ago, I made the fatal error of purchasing a phone at this stand-in stall for Verizon. After needing a few weeks to discover its features that did NOT work, I brought it back this Tues. morning 5/18/21, and was as good as brushed off by a baby manatee of an employee - (brushing off and obesity being two qualities that usually go together) - who could just not be lured, baited, or fed to make but a potentially few phone calls and resolve some problems he could barely identify after theyd already been identified for him.But this is only the most recent debacle Ive endured at this dump. In the past, Ive had nothing but problems - (just relatively minor ones) - and only returned today because I did not want to go to the nearest authorized Verizon store in Sanford. Well, after today, Ill only make the trek thither, and would advise all local yokals to do the same.

The Samsung wing is the worsePhone I ever own Ive had nothing. but problems with it. Verizon just stuck me with it and screwed me big time. The phone will not hold Bluetooth devices I have to reconnect all my Bluetooth everyday, Verizon sold me a liquid screen which didnt work right off the bat my screen broke in my phone holder. And of course Verizon will do nothing about it they just laugh in your face because they got money out of you.

I dont believe Verizon has authorized them to steal from us, but thats what they are doing at the Eustis branch.I went in store on friday..had phone and plans arranged, made appt for sunday,..was to bring acct info and pin #..come time to pay..after services already ported from AT n T..I find out he switched phones on me (without knowledge) and extended contract terms, once again, without my knowledge! That sounds like a theif!! But wait,..he is training other staff members!! Trainingthem to better screw us, the customers!! Do not go to this store if you are looking to buy a phone. Buy your phone online or better yet go to a different service. We were having a problem purchasing a phone online and so we decided to stop in the store to talk to them face to face. The salesperson (Samuel Gray) told us he could order the phone for us. He never mentioned it would cost us $80 extra by the time they got all done. Cost more for the phone itself. Cost $40 transfer fee. Online would have been $20 and then they charged a $35 set up fee and never asked if we wanted it. We could have set the phone up ourselves. When we complained in the store the sales rep said that’s just the way it is. Can’t do anything about it. Poor poor service.

Be very careful at this store. Read every word of all the many papers they give you to sign at the end of the deal. Do not rely on what you said or what the salesman told you.Read carefully because that will be the real deal and good luck trying to change it after you walk out of the store.They do not return your calls.Better to deal directly with Verizon on line.

My mothers phone which is on my plan quit working. She went to the Store in Eustis.I had just purchased galaxy A10 for my granddaughters and the phone was free with the contract. She asked for the same phone. Sales rep Brian said he didnt have it but had a phone with the same quality and also was free. I called him because I was automatically billed 21.87 per month. He said after the second cycle it would be credited and there would be no more charges. Now at cycle 3 and still paying. Called yesterday and was told he would call me. No call. He was rude the first time as well. Need this addressed.

Went in to get a new screen protector for a 3 year old phone after last nights drop finally broke the old one. My husband really wanted me to get a new phone. But I hate reloading everything. Really hate it! Id rather charge the old battery twice a day. Miguel guaranteed he could get everything copied over if I wanted to talk about it. No hard sales, no push - he was ready to do just the screen protector. My husband pushed. I LOVE this phone. So sharp, so clear, so fast. Miguel was as good as his word. Everything is here! I was originally with sprint but since moving to Florida my cell service has been inadequate. When I came into this location to talk about switching we were greeted with great service. The rep helped me switch over with my same number smoothly and effortlessly. I’m excited for the new chapter with my cell service. Thank again Verizon

My experience was more than expected. The representative was pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel she went above and beyond in assisting me with my new cell phone set up and instruction. Verizon needs more like her.
