My Mobile Expert was Pat/Patrick.Pat was patient, personable and kind.It was an arduous process transferring from Boost over to T-Mobile and he made this difficult task enjoyable.Lastly his communication skills are phenomenal, every step of the way he explained every question I had to the best of his abilities.

Unbelievable. Had replacement phone in store but could not let me have it because of system failure. Would not just let me pay cash and take care of paperwork later. They sent phone back and n I w I have to go to another store and reorder it, then go back to pick it up.

One of the guys at that store was just trying to make a sale & get commission. They didnt care about helping us. We brought in a tablet to add to our line. We had to pay additional charges & activation fees when online it was only $10. This particular store I dont recommend. Go to the T-Mobile in lake square mall. I highly recommend that store.

Visit. Not good. Felt like my wife and I were invisible. Was there approximately half hour waiting on someone to acknowledge us . Got up and left. There was 4 to 5 techs on the floor and only 2 customers there. Staff looked and acted like teenagers. Need professional disciplines.

I am a huge fan of this T Mobile store. The entire team worked together to ensure my phone was in working order before leaving the store. My father in law and I started our day at 12pm at the Fashion Square Mall T Mobile store and they werent able to assist us with upgrading our phone. The gentleman sent us to another T Mobile store down the road in Eustis. We headed over and was told the only way we can purchase our upgraded phone was to agree to leasing the phone and then returning in a few weeks to pay for it upfront due to return policy. When I mentioned to the store associate that we were not interested in that option she reported that it was a store policy. I was also given the option to pay for the phone upfront and they would mail it out to us and we would get it between 2-5 days. I was extremely disappointed in this store policy so I reach out to the store in Mount Dora. The Mt Dora team Tanya, Charlie and Alex took the time to find the phone we wanted set everything up and they also provided us excellent customer service throughout the process. I will continue to do business at this location and highly recommend people who are in the market for T Mobile service to check them out.

False claims on deals

Im super pleased with the service I received. I needed a new phone within a certain budget. After getting my information the manager quickly asked me what my needs were and let me know what was available to me. I picked my phone out within a minute. After asking me what I do, he recommended the otter box and the lifetime replacement glass screen protector. He got me in and out phone in hand activated in 26 minutes. I cant remember his name but he was the man that day. I would definitely recommend this tmoblie. Fast and friendly.

This place is a nightmare. Super slow. I am expecting they close it soon. Totally ineffective staff. Always loud music. They create an atmosphere for their employee not for the customers.Its the third bad experience here.

Manager was a good sales man, told me what I wanted to hear but when it came time for the first months bill, nothing we had agreed on reflected the bill. Very disappointing, I brought over 6 lines, guess he just wanted the sell.The customer service messaging system is also a headache, your messages are picked up by different people every time you message them, therefore having to explain yourself over and over.

I can’t understand why this people from This Tmobile store can tell liars.As a new customer I’m very disappointed with them I bought two Iphones and the told me the phones covers was a gift from the store and when i check my bill they charging me for it. Then i call the manager name JARED then he told me for next month will be removed those charges but never happen

William S. In the Mount Dora, FL store was awesome!! I went in to the store last week planning on witching to T-Mobile after many years with AT&T. I had a promotion from MoviePass that would give me $150 MasterCard gift card for each line activated, and I was going to activate 2 lines so that’s a $300 savings in gift cards. It turned out that the promotion was only good if I called and did it over the phone, and knowing that William helped me every step of the way and took about an hour of his time helping me figure it all out. William did all of this knowing that he wouldn’t make anything on my activation but was extremely helpful anyway and put my interest beforehand his own. I am now a T-Mobile customer and so far their customer service has been top notch! I went in the store again today (1 week later) and William remembered me and was just as friendly and helpful this time. So far my experience with T-Mobile has been fantastic and I want to give a lot of that credit to William! I’m looking forward to being a part of the T-Mobile family!

Ultimately Im disappointed. The sales kids were super nice and friendly but my new phone gets ZERO reception. Cant getgonline to apply for jobs. Cant use my hotspot at home. If this comment posts Ill concider myself lucky. Returning everything as soon as the store opens again....

Very clean store was helped by Frankie very good sales Rep I was having issues with my iPhone and he went above and beyond to help me and resolve the issue my phone was ordered through the warranty took two days he made sure he had an additional number so i could be contacted went back to pick up my device and was helped by the manager which was Joshua very sweet young man was very knowledgeable and helpful would definitely recommend this store to anyone great team in work LOVE TMOBILE

I dealt with one of their employees, Calvin, who was working at a store in Apopka temporarily. He lied to me about a student discount so he could get a better commission check. He even told me to wait three days to call so that he wouldn’t get in trouble, and I obliged. Apparently this is because the discount had to have been applied prior over the phone. I have given him a chance to resolve the situation and he has ignored me. So, I’m super disappointed as a new customer who switched from Verizon. I was planning on bringing family over, but now that’s not going to happen. I have called T-Mobile customer service as well to get this resolved and they told me that he straight up lied to me. So, maybe tell your employees to stop inviting customers on trips to Miami, and teach them a little about honesty and customer retention.

Cannot be trusted at all! Very poor management. This store is criminal and played a role in criminal activity! They will do whatever there are told by anyone with a badge, their customers are in last place! I will edit later, save the details for right time and place, then edit accordingly! I must say manager hides in back, plays middleman between customers and his employees, very cocky and manipulative kid with a personality disorder. Will save for time and place.
