I have an LG velvet phone, which has a glass front and back, and both were cracked. CPR was very good about sourcing a refurbished face, at 1/3 the price of brand new oem, and also a new back. They got the parts in within a day or so, told me after I dropped it off it would take a couple hours to fix, and thats exactly what happened. Great customer service and a great job as well!

My phone was ran over by a truck and seriously cracked. Somehow CPR performed some major surgery on it and saved it life lol. They fixed it as soon as I brought it in and took less than 30min. The staff was very professional and made sure to check out all avenues before just replacing an item and charging me for a repair that wasn’t necessary. It was in and out and my problem was resolved. Nice, Clean Little Shop. Staff was Shy, but Nice. Overall my experience was Decent.My S7 put itself in a Reboot Loop so I dropped it off. Now granted he wasnt very talkative & didnt have a lot of info to give me, but he seemed trustworthy. Theyre not big about calling you back, even after leaving 4 voice msgs a day. Finally someone answered on day 4, without much info. Then it took another 2 days... I finally told them I was gonna find a new phone since they werent having any lunch fixing mine. So I picked up my S7, they even put it all back together. But Best thing about the whole ordeal was they charged me $0.00!!! What! I know right. Maybe felt bad cause it took over a week to accomplish nothing...I will agree that I dont think my phone had much hope. Just wish they maybe had more knowledgeable info to share with me.

Unfortunately, this place doesnt update their website very often, they dont offer some of the services that are advertised.

CPR Cell Phone Repair Eustis explained what was wrong with the starter button and remedied it. They evaluated the problem with the hard drive and recommended a new part to speed up operation. So happy with the resulting capability of my computer. Very reasonable, good service, 90 day guarantee, extended manufacturers warranty.

Took my iPhone in for a screen repair. When I first picked it up. My charging port didn’t work. The second time I picked it up. My touch screen didn’t work. The third time I picked it. My touch screen was worse than it was when it was broken. I have spent roughly 8 hours with this company having my phone repaired. The worst part is. I’m the one who discovered all the mistakes. The techs didn’t even bother trying my phone out but had no issues running my card for money.

The most impressive thing was how honest they were. I thought I had cracked my screen, and it turns out I only Cracked the screen protector. I had been bracing myself for a several hundred dollar bill. And it was 10 bucks. I believe the persons name was Matthew and he was very professional and all that he did.

My phone fell in the pool. Surprisingly it was still on when I finally got it out of the pool. Went to carrier first. Unable to help but did steer me to CPR. He took the phone out of the rice and out of the case. Turned it off. Dehydrated it for 10 minutes. And it still worked! Replaced the broken screen from previous drop. I was so pleased with my experience of having a cracked IPhone screen repaired. They were able to get me in the same day I called, had the parts on hand (even though it is an older phone), were cheaper then another place I tried and the customer service was great! I was also surprised with how quick the repair was done. My son has used CPR and was just as pleased. I will be back!

This is a mixed review. Some good and some not so good. Took iPhone in for screen repair.Point 1) They don’t use original equipment. They use non Apple replacement. Not so much the fault of the repair service as Apple. It’s well documented Apple wants ALL independent repair of Apple products stopped. Apple is highly anti competitive on this subject.They replaced the screen and called us to pick up the phone. After a week or so my daughter complained her phone repeatedly locked up. I told her to completely erase and tell me if it happens after being wiped. It did. Fortunately we took video of the issue and had evidence of the behavior.Took phone back and CPR was willing to work on the problem which brings me to:Point 2) Company demonstrated willingness to help and put the phone through their “diagnostics” which of course did not reveal an issue. I do not recall if they changed the screen or not but they called us and said the phone was ok. Daughter went to get phone and it froze by the time she walked outside.So back to the bench.Rather than describe the ensuing back and forth I’ll end this by saying CPR called and said they found out that a batch of screens they get from their supplier was “bad” and the root of the issue which brings us to:Point 3) It’s not the consumer’s job to find these issues and haggle with a technician about whether the problem actually exists. Fortunately the video evidence proved the point. Whatever diagnostics they use simply are not good enough. I don’t care that a piece of software says my phone is fine when the phone repeatedly locks up. That is a failure of the diagnostic software.While CPR demonstrated a willingness to help resolve the problem (which is why the rating got three stars) the quality control for replacement parts and the diagnostic software they use is questionable at best.In the end they replaced the screen again and the phone has been working fine since then. We spent several hours of our time driving back and forth, explaining the issue, and debating the existence of the problem. When CPR finally admitted their aftermarket screens were the culprit, they really should have refunded the repair cost or at least given us the screen at cost and the labor for free. They didn’t.So they are polite, they stayed engaged and willing to help although too often they said “our diag says it’s ok”, and they did get the phone fixed in the end.Unfortunately the process wasn’t as clean as it should have been and we spent far more of our time resolving this than we should have while the company did nothing to compensate us for our time and effort identifying their bad batch of screens.

BEWARE! They cut corners on the repairs to get your phone functional, while majorly compromising the structural integrity of the phone itself... AND, will most certainly void any warranty or insurance in the process. I took my phone here over a year ago for a broken screen. Since it never worked properly thereafter, I finally decided to replace the screen myself (which was quite easy, by the way) and upon doing so saw that they only replaced one of several screws in nearly every section of the inner workings of the phone! Just enough to keep the parts semi-secure while saving themselves time and compromising my phone in the process. Absolutely unethical, as 99% of customers would never be able to (or bother to) confirm either way.

A great experience on my computer upgrade. For the cost of buying a new computer, these guys gave me an upgrade for 50-80% less and I feel I have a new computer. Turn around was less than a work day, - which was amazing, thank you.

Old school customer service for high tech needs! If you ask for an explanation, youre given one without feeling condescended to! Advice is given freely and in friendly, laymans terms. And if they cant help you, theyll explain why, and what service you need. In my case, the first time I went in, I was told my charging cable wasnt working because I needed my battery connection port soldered, a service they (apologetically) dont provide. Because I didnt get pressured to buy something newer, or into services I didnt need, Ive come back in several times since. I wish more service places ran like this.

Do not attempt to replace battery on a Samsung S6 Active using a You Tube video. Bad idea. CPR bailed me out by repairing my damaged cell phone.Great job. Phone works like new.

I found this place online and they are by far the best option for service on your phone! It was in a great location and the store had a great atmosphere. My screen stopped working on my I-Phone 5s as it kept glitching. I called them to see how much it was going to cost me and how long they would have to keep my phone. To my surprise, the rates were very reasonable and I got my phone back that same day! They had to replace the screen and had me out of the store within 20 minutes, with a phone as good as new. They had a wide variety services and even offered lifetime warranties. The staff was so friendly and really seemed to enjoy their jobs and appreciate the customers at the store. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and using them for my future phone needs.

Went in for some help with a Zagg IV for my tablet. They were great in trying to help with a product that was not correct (Zagg issure) for my tablet but they did cut and put on a new protector at no charge.
