I fully understand that this store gets busy, however still upset that instead of the cold drink I ordered, I got the hot drink version of it instead. With the seasonal drink being new this week I understand some workers might not know which is which yet, but still disappointed to see I waited long for the wrong drink. Tastes great though, thank you. Just a little more awareness on the drink type. Giving 4 stars though because idk what this drink is but it tastes good.

Great place to have some delicious coffeeZ their patio is really fabulous for some morning, afternoon or evening chats with families or friends. I recommend this place for anytime of day and any type of coffee.

They never get my order right. I order the exact same drink at every Starbucks and this location messes it up EVERY TIME.

I love Starbucks but this location can not get an order right.

I have ordered several vanilla sweet cream cold brews in the last week. None tasting the same. Very disappointing to spend that much on a drink for it to taste bad.

I prefer the Glade location. Better customer service. I know Starbucks gets crazy, but the folks at this location seem to always be swamped. Ive given them at least half a dozen tries and benefit of the doubt, but its always one thing or another turning me off to this location. Most recently was a mobile order, where I walked in and it took a good 15 minutes to get anyones attention and get me my order. It was sitting there, behind the plexiglass barrier the whole time. Other, more aggressive people that came in after me got theirs well before me. Perhaps I should have also walked up to the counter, stuck my head between the barrier and yelled my name like an ape, but I preferred to stand back 6 feet and simply make eye contact and beckon with hand gestures. Over and over. Eventually someone caught the drift. Anyway, may I suggest having somebody in charge of mobile orders, and simply asking folks that are standing in the mobile-order area if they have been helped yet? Would be beneficial for those that are trying to be a bit more respectful to the employees.

I just have to give a shout out to Addison!! We were running on the trails near by and my stepdaughter was so thirsty and we didnt know the water fountains were turned off during winter. We didnt have our masks and I was just worried about getting her something to drink. I called the Starbucks and Addison answered and told us he could bring us out a cup of water as soon as we ran up. He was our hero today. If this Starbucks is a reflection of his outstanding customer service then they have loyal customers right here. We are so grateful to him, and if his manager is reading this, I hope you recognize him!

I love the staff here and I always get my regular. They make it perfect every time. However, today I saw 3 clipped Agave packets in my drink. They were extremely hard to see because they were clear, so they blended in with the ice. I’m very disappointed because this location usually has the best service and product quality. Now, I’m afraid to even go back because I don’t know if my drink will be made properly or not. Very disappointed and upset to see this.

The worst Starbucks Ive been to. The bad part is the speed of service is horrible. The line is backed up to the street but then they have great customer service. Maybe its management. Need someone who can run this Starbucks better to gain more customers

This Starbucks has got to be my favorite. The sweetest, funniest batistas. Their order ahead doesnt normally work on the weekends (maybe because it gets so busy, not sure) but my doggos and I still love to stop by for a drink and a puppachino when were walking along the trail thats right next to it! Went through drive thru. Not very busy today. Ordered 2 vente drinks. No straws...ordered blueberry oatmeal. Got plain oatmeal. Spent $20. No reason except poor customer service. Will not return.......

I ordered mobile for my daughter and when i got there my drink was already ready. But i had to wait for more than 5 ~ 10min. Standing Right next to the pick up station.2 Employees were there right at the window but didnt even take a look at us and i felt totally ignored.It was the worst experience at Starbucks for last 20 yrs.

I came in today at 1:23 PM. I asked for a white hot chocolate and got a different drink I didn’t order and I didn’t notice until I had gotten home. I usually come to this Starbucks almost every day. However after this experience I will take my business to Dunkin’ Donuts where they know how to take orders and give me a stopper so it doesn’t spill in my car. And at least I might get a receipt

This is the worst Starbucks!! The line is soooo long and the wait is just unexceptionable. And when you finally get to order its STILL WRONG! Please so waste your time go down the street to Glade. Way better service !! Yeah

They don’t make an correct order I repeated my order twice and when I got the order i realized it’s not how it supposed to look so I repeated my order one more time and she said yes and ITS NOT 😃

We just came from this location, they got our entire order wrong and wouldnt pick up the store phone when we tried to call and have it corrected. The barista also dropped one of the (wrong) drinks she gave us and STILL handed us the drinks even though we saw her do it! The guy at the actual register wasnt very helpful either, he kept asking what our order was over and over again just to get it wrong.

In my years of visiting this Starbucks location, Duncan remains the best barista to roam the halls and kitchen of this roastery. The drinks this distinguished gentleman brewed would make Juan Ponce de Leon, the Spanish explorer who sought the Fountain of Youth forget that and instead seek a cold, icy Java Chip Frappuccino made by the hands of one Barista Duncan.Also Barista Malori is pretty cool :))

Hello to management!I believe my customized drink was messed up. On Friday, December 6, 2020, I ordered a Chai Tea Latte with Soy milk. After an hour, I experienced diarrhea. I am lactose intolerant and I never have diarrhea with non dairy products.Its not a big deal. Could your employees double check the tickets with non dairy substitute, please? Thank you!

They said they were brewing a fresh pot of pike. When i git it thru the drive thru it was luke warn and had been reheated in a microwave. It was not a fresh pit. Never will go to this one again

Even though I specify my drinks, every time I go they still continue to put caramel in the drink instead of just on top.

Received EXCELLENT customer service from Austin(: He was awesome and gave us an amazing recommendation for an Iced coffee with vanilla and pumpkin foam which tastes so GOOD!!! Also, I thank the team for always having an awesome attitude no matter how busy they are.

When I arrived to the order screen I could not find what I was looking for, however, the gentleman taking my order understood exactly what I wanted and fulfilled my order! It was awesome! These guys are good at what they do.

This spot gets pretty busy, with all of the Glade Parks traffic, but the staff handles it with an impressive amount of speed and customer service. Even with a longer wait, the team was very friendly, and apologized for the wait, and still provided a perfect drink.

Never thought i would be putting a negative comment on here, I came today 12/26 at 1:40 pm (store houes for dine in were 1:30-9pm) so we tried to go in, no answer, doors locked but there was people inside. So we went to the drive thru like everyone else (a whole line of cars) until we noticed whoever was inside wasnt taking any orders, store was supposed to be open, there were employees inside, but no one was taking orders either inside or drive thru , 20 minutes in a line that never moved !!!

Yes I am picked up a customer from Starbucks which work at the airport and took them to see a friend when I used to work as a Lyft driver I did that and I really like Starbucks a lot I like your coffee especially their frappuccinos theyre frappuccinos are really good and really sweet and give you a lot of energy and help you to stay awake

Good solid Starbucks. More open feel than most by the layout - seemingly more modern. Mostly same chill environment that is good for small 1-2 person meetings. Coffee is Starbucks standard

My friend and I come to a Starbucks after our 2-3+ mile morning walk every Saturday. We have regularly visited 3 of them depending on where we are walking. Weve been to this one ever since it opened a year ago. It is our favorite in the area, where there are several Starbucks. We like the customer service, the better (more comfortable) environment, the wait staff who recognizes us as regulars, and the drinks. The staff even gave us a Thank You card on the stores first anniversary signed by all the staff.

Love Starbucks, but I do recommend using their app to place/purchase your order before pick-up. Theyre usually busy & when you use the app to order ahead, its typically ready when you get there or bring finished by the time you pick it up.

Think the staff is all very new and training and dont really know how to make the drinks correctly. They were remaking everyones drinks when I went in and somehow also messed up my plain Americano. Everyone was nice and the store itself is very clean and nice/new.

This is your normal Starbucks. I do enjoy the seasonal hot caramel apple cider. It is a good alternative to the usual coffee or latte.

I usually love this location. I almost always do mobile orders on my way to work and rarely have to wait for it. Today was an entirely different experience. I stood at the end of the counter by the mobile order pickup for a minimum of 5 minutes. No one said a word to me. Finally I asked where my order was. The girl asked if I was at the right location, which I knew I was. Turns out it had been sitting by the drive thru window the entire time. So yay for a watered down coffee! No one apologized for the inconvenience or the wait. Had they been busy I would understand, but it was very slow and they neglected to offer any kind of customer service at all. Very disappointing.

I am not a typical review writer, but I just figured Id get on here and write this one, because it is WELL deserved. I started coming to this location shortly after opening to study and complete school work. A short while later I came in with a broken ankle on crutches, and the barista team and manager Tomi never failed to make my day easier by providing outstanding customer service to a customer who was temporarily disabled. Even after I was back on two feet, the barista team NEVER failed to make my day brighter by remembering my order each time, and always knowing my name. The wait times are never long here, wether you drive-thru or come inside, and the inside is always well maintained cleanliness wise. I live in Denton and will drive out of my way any day of the week just to see my favorite baristas at this location!Thank yall for taking such good care of your customers.

The wait time at this location is a joke. I’m not sure what has happened but the last handful of times I’ve been here I’ve not waited less than 10 mins in the drive thru. Today the drive thru line was really long and I had a few extra minutes so I went inside instead. Big mistake. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my drink. The 4 people who ordered after me got their drinks before I did and when I asked how much longer the response was “we’re really busy”. To me it seems like what actually happened was that my order was forgotten or misplaced until someone else had noticed how long I’d been waiting. No apology until I was leaving. I get when Starbucks is busy, it can be a mess but they either need way more staff members or better time management. As convenient as this location is I’ll just start going to the one down the street off Glade.
