Incredible people.I came into Eugene having left a pizza stone back home in Bend. I was pretty disappointed but tried reaching out to a few shops in Eugene but all pizza stones are flying off the shelves these days. When I called Pepperberries, Tammy was able to pull some incredibly generous strings and made a miracle happen. I cant say thanks enough. I ended up going back in to buy a few more items and they have a great selection and amazing service.

This is a great store. They always have what I am looking for and have offered to order in different items if I need them. They make my baking hobby a blast. Be sure to check them out if you are looking to expand your equipment.

I love this store, and usually end up getting more than I came for. The staff know their stock, and are very helpful. Over the years, they have given me many tips and hints. Once they even helped me find a guy near Portland who could re-tin some old copper pans. Online, the only place I could find, then, was in Maine. Which is a bit of a trek. These folks know their stuff - particularly if you can connect with one of the old-timers.

The shop was clean and well arranged, and the staff was responsive and helpful. However I was not able to find what I was looking for, nor a reasonably close alternative. I was looking for a medium sized saute pan with a cover, which seemed like a pretty modest ask for an establishment that bills itself as the ultimate kitchen store. I left empty handed. Perhaps this is related to uncontrollable supply chain issues, but seems like kind of a large gap in product availability considering I wasnt set on a particular brand, material or even size. I may update my rating if I return to this store.

Ive lived in Eugene my entire life and am ashamed to say that Ive only just discovered this treasure. They carry everything you could ever imagine youd need in your kitchen, and theyre all really high quality products. Lots of locally made stuff too! The owner was really pleasant to chat with. Ill definitely be stopping in when I need to pick up something new for my kitchen.

Fun store to window shop, they have some unique items and also some expensive speciality cookware. A little smaller than I expected, but Ill be back to buy more. Staff were helpful.

This store is the BEST! So many incredible gadgets and goodies for the kitchen (type of store that has everything you’re looking for plus twenty more things you didn’t know you needed). Staff knows their stuff and owner is really sweet. One of my favorite places for gifts in Eugene.

This is a great store for kitchen supplies. They just underwent a remodel. This trip featured a new, high quality pie dish and levain supplies. Next time you need some kitchen gear, give them a look! Enjoy!

My first time in the store a few weeks ago was disappointing. I was there at least 20 minutes. The gentleman at the cash register didnt acknowledge me, say hell be right with me, ask me if he could help me find anything. He chatted like old friends with one customer while the 2-3 of us waited. 2 of us finally left. I wont go back.

Pepperberries is a quaint culinary treasure, nestled in a strip mall on the south side of Willakanzie Road in Eugene. The owners Tammy & Mike Berry are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable in all things culinary, and prior to the COVD-19 outbreak, provided cooking classes, which will resume once things have cleared up. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out,you wont be disappointed.
