They were too busy on a Zoom call to help a customer. Four people in the store, nobody even bothered to talk to me.

Extremely helpful. Not only did the sales person walk me through my options over the phone in an easy process, but we arrived at a tasteful selection within 5 minutes. She knew which items worked with my specific valve. We combined different parts from different lines that presented me with a last minute selection that was cheaper than the standard collection with a cohesive and stylish look. I had spent countless hours in box stores and online. Go here and you will be glad you did!

At the showroom - called for appt (they wont let you in otherwise) very curt on the phone. No desire to help make an appt as we were told very busy right now.Called the warehouse (on Garfield) to gather some info - like night & day experience - answered cheerfully & anxious to help.

Staff was very helpful and friendly in this odd time. Appointments only and we didn’t know but they were very accommodating in getting us in ASAP. We knew we should have called first in these crazy times. Both ladies in there were wonderful to work with.

Brandon went out of his way to help where no other supply company in town did or would. Within two days of contacting we had a very unique supply line (Grohe) that does not have a normal connection compared to other brands. Some other shops recommended that we just buy a new complete faucet system??Thank you so much for getting hot water back to our kitchen sink, especially with everything going on right now. Will hIghly recommend these guys and Brandon to everyone looking for this type of product.

Horrible customer service. Staff has no idea or training about simple items. You will get the run around when looking for specific parts. I recommend going to one the several other suppliers where the staff actually knows what they are talking about.
