I have been buying designs from Oregon Patchworks for many years. Not just because theyre in my home state, but because the quality of the designs I get are excellent. Theyre one of my best go-to sites, and I can always find what Im looking for. Whenever Ive had a problem, while very seldom, I not only got it fixed, but received a phone call to help. Ive used designs for many, many projects, and theyre always a hit. I cant say enough good things, and always tell people where my designs come from. Since Im on a lot of FB embroidery groups, people from all over the world have seen and loved the designs Ive shown. My favorite vendors are Ace Points, Sweet Heirloom and Wind Bell. The quality from these sites is wonderful.

Have purchased many designs over the years from various OPM vendors. Every design, without fail, stitched out beautifully. OPM offers a wide range of designs for a wide range of tastes...and at excellent prices.

Recently participated in their NEW Batik fabric sale and other than FB having issues OPW did NOT! They are totally responsive to all emails, in fact, each and every one of them! I have been a FAN and customer for ages and have never been disappointed in the Mall. The Newsletter keeps me up-to-date and interested and I love the freebies. The Designers are wide and varied and basically if you cant find it there, it might not exist!!! LOL! I hadnt ordered designs from OPW in several years so I couldnt log into my account because I couldnt remember what e-mail I used so I sent them an e-mail. Irene called me on the phone and was able to pull up all of my old orders and link them with a new e-mail. I honestly thought when I sent the e-mail I would just need to create a new account. Wonderful company and I love that its in my state of Oregon.

This is a great company. They have the best quality patterns. If you should have a problem with a download, they will fix it, either by email or a personal phone call. I have had good luck with my embroidery patterns I have bought from this company.

I have never had an issue with this site. When email with issue it is sorted fast. Nothing is ever a trouble. Besides that I love the number of designs and they all are very good quality. Stitch out beautifully.

The first time I bought designs from OPW was in 2004. I never experienced problems, when asked questions - they responded quickly. This week I bought designs and when I downloaded the dst format for my machine was not included. We are on a different continent and I still got my dst format within a few hours. Irene your service is outstanding. The designs are beautiful and it is just a pleasure to buy designs from Oregon Patch Works. I highly recommend them.

I had purchased several designs in EXP file format. When I discovered that my embroidery software editing worked better with ART files, I contacted OPW and they quickly, without question, converted my past purchases to ART files. Great customer service, and I like how the designs stitch out.

I always used the OregonPatchWorks Inc site for all my embroidery files. The Belle Dolls were my favorite. Since the new website, I find the constant movement of the pictures and words make it very hard to look at, if you turned off the movement a bit I would shop with you more. Then you would be back to a 5 Star website.

I sent in a design to be digitized. There was a prompt response to my request. When I was sent the information for payment there was a problem. Jackie was kind enough to call me when I emailed about this and talk me through all of the steps. She was able to clean up my design and submit it for digitizing also. She was amazingly kind and supportive. People like her are a God send in the business world. I am awaiting my design but know that I will have all the support that I need once I receive it. Oregon Patchworks and Jackie and all of the staff are top notch.

I have never had a more wonderful experience with an online vendor. I am new to embroidery and needed a little help with a group of patterns I purchased to complete a very ambitious project. OPW responded to my Contact Us inquiry within hours, and ultimately put me in touch with the designer to make sure I was able to get all the answers I needed. I recently purchased the OPW thread in a variety of colors for a project after experiencing problems with another brand of polyester thread that my Epic 2 did not like.
