This store has every thing for every craft you can think of!! If your getting material cut make sure to get pull a number from the ticket!!! Other than the fact that I feel theyre prices are very high!! The fleece was on sale for $3.99 a yard but the regular price was $11.97 so that was a fantastic deal...you can find a great deal here and there but even The crayons and other school supplies were twice as much as I can get elsewhere!! There aisles are so small its ridiculous and they only have those small carts which dont fit too much merchandise!! I thought that was absolutely absurd!!The Walmart close to the same parking lot is way cheaper!! The lady cutting material seemed very nice!! I have to be honest this was probably the first time everybody was very nice and helpful. I had do many coupons and discounts I got 2 ft of vinyl to redo chairs. The lady at the register I think her name might have been Beverly was really super sweet and patient!!

Mostly fabric-based sewing, knitting, and some crafts. I was kinda disappointed - but those arent my crafts. I did see lots of fabric tho.Its a relatively small store.

I dont come here often but theyre always nice and helpful when I do come here. Definitely one of my favorite places to get fabric and crafts

Pretty well marked store layout for locating products easily. Great sales on a variety of remnants. Mostly good experience with clerks. Sometimes person cutting fabric is a little off-putting.

Great fabric and crafts store. They have tons of yarn, jewelry making products, and fabrics to choose from. Easy to find exactly what youre looking for and the store is clean and seems over all well taken care of. Sometimes it can take a bit to get help at the fabric cutting station, but other then that nothing to complain about!

Overpriced but if you can find the right coupon its decent. The line at the cutting counter usually takes quite a while, but they have a great selection of by the yard fabrics and their staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

Layout and selection here is much better than at others Ive been to in other states. Yarn selection is always stocked and the staff is very friendly. I appreciated their following of covid protocols and ease of completing my transaction using my Joann Fabrics App.

My son turned 7 today and wanted to go to the fabric store. He had blue balloons with him and all the staff were super friendly and wished him a happy birthday. Made him feel special which is extra important this year since we couldnt have a party. We rarely go anywhere these days so it was wonderful to have such a positive experience.

Nothing against any employees, this place just didn’t have a very good selection. Ended up going to Hobby Lobby which has a lot more selection of the same type of items.

After patiently waiting in the cut line, I (and 2 more) were left waiting again because a phone call request became the priority customer. You might find what you need, but the customer service lacks knowledge to complete the transaction. I left without product... there is no doubt I can find it elsewhere...

Susan the cashier was great. The Store place a sale tag under and Item and refused to honor it. Wendy the manger was NOT helpful at all! I’m ver disappointed!

Being dragged there by the wife for her projects I am always amused and amazed at the amount of things they have to delve into any craft, technical or not- youll probably find it there and some other stuff you never thought you needed. Its kinda mind-boggling to walk through unless you know exactly what you are looking for. Theres usually someone helpful to point you in the right direction. Its great for what it is. And you dont have to worry about getting carted by an impatient grandma.

Customer service is always great! The workers here are so lovely and helpful. They also have great variety for all your crafting needs.

Always a favorite stop on our way up the Mckenzie! The food has improved a great deal since they opened. In summer its a treat to eat out by the pond.

Having worked for Joanns in three different states, I tend to be critical of lay out. This store is laid out oddly. It takes a bit of time and a few visits to get the hang of it. They always have a good stock of product, and store is pretty clean. They are adhering to the CDC guidelines and cleaning everything still after every customer. The staff for the most part are friendly and knowledgeable. One older lady is slightly short in temperament but it could be the day or the stress. I wont hold it against her, she was polite enough. Their coupons are my favorite in retail. The frequency is excellent. Keep up so far you are doing great.

I go here for whatever I need for my latest sewing projects, and rarely leave without something. The employees are very helpful.

Today you rocked it and I left sincerely proud of the atmosphere you guys have been creating during the pandemic. So many people of all ages and walks of life are now taking on handmade projects, strengthening/bringing back the can-do spirit of America and you guys are providing the tools and encouragement necessary to fuel this community. I had visited JOANNs in a few years. A friend wanted to go there so we took a trip there. The store was clean and well organized. I did a lot of looking but no one on the sales staff asked me if I needed help. I must admit they have a huge selection of fabrics and supplies. I just felt I was having sticker shock when checking their prices.

Set up for safe shopping during the pandemic. Great sales and personnel.

I called the Eugene location to see if they had what I needed before I headed over. I’m not crafty and not familiar with the store so I wanted to call first. Cindy answered and treated me like an idiot for not knowing what was in a store that I’ve never been in. I’ll be headed to Michael’s instead.

Good. Only complaints is the line at times, but owell. Good deals and decent selections. Their clearance items are always really good. Make sure to download coupons. I rarely pay full price for anything.

I really enjoy going in to Joanns. I have to admit that I kind of forget about it when it comes to home decor (Im not a sewer, but a decorator). But they have GREAT home decor items and GREAT sales and GREAT coupons!! I will definitely be popping in more often, on a regular basis and its near my house!

Two stores. Both out of what I needed. Barcodes on the empty shelf. Price tag on empty shelf: $9.99. Went to Michaels, priced tag on the shelf: $7.99. Four items on the shelf. Saved $6.00 buying at Michaels. Lost $6.00 driving all over lane county. Next time, I start the other way around

Went to pick up an order. Went in and spent more money. Its a fun place to shop.

Can you find what I ordered take half an hour but they made it all right

Went there to get some fabric for my 9 year old sons project today which was supposed to be special (he and my baby were with me) and the woman ‘helping me’ cut the fabric was SO rude, literally just interrupting me while I was talking TO her by talking to someone else a few times, looking at me blandly not listening at all so I had to repeat myself, extremely unhelpful and walked away while I was talking to her. I literally felt like a ghost trying to talk to a living person before they realize no one can hear them. I never put up negative reviews but had to because it ruined what was supposed to be a new exciting experience for my son and ended up with me panicking because the eye rolls and condescending nature of the woman were hurtful and made me feel terrible. We fled empty handed. We’ll order online from somewhere else.

Pay attention to their pricing especially on seasonal items. While a 50 Percent off sale sounds like a great deal, when the retail price is marked 60 percent higher than most competitors have the same item listed, you really arent saving much at all. Coupons reflect the same deceptive strategy. In the age of internet shopping, this practice will lead to their demise. Their stock has already been down-graded. Michaels seems a much better option if one is shopping brick and mortar for craft items.

Alot bigger selection of fabric than our roseburg store.We now have a bigger store but more crafts.That was a big dissapointment for many who quilt and sew!

Great selection of fabric and an increasing amount of apparel fabric, which is great. Lots of other craft items as well and is usually a one stop shop for basic crafting. The cut counter and checkout can be slow but they seem to move efficiently. Always have had great service at the cut counter as well.

Why are they price gouging the candy? Im about to report them!!! Lol $3.29 is way to much for a candy bar! Ugh

I think their clerks need to go to attitude adjustment training. They have some of the most rudest clerks - no customer service at all. And the inventory in the store really sucks.

Joann’s is a great place to go if you are looking for sewing, quilting, beading, home decor, wedding decor, baking supplies, yarn crafts, or kids crafts. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean, and well laid out so things are easy to find. Also there is a classroom area and a lot of great classes scheduled. Sewing, quilting, knitting and crochet classes are available. They have done cake decorating classes in the past as well. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience.

Always very busy. Not enough staff. Had to take a number to get bolts down from the upper shelf, which took away from the number of people cutting fabric. Overall, staff very pleasant and helpful. I was impressed with how kind one employee was to a customer who didnt hear her number called. The employee worked her in after the customer she was helping was finished.

Came here for the 1st time and appreciated the friendly service and how easy it was to locate things. I also came at a good time while all the sales were going on. Pretty reasonably priced.

Love this store. Its a little out of my way but worth the effort. Has a much bigger selection than the one closer to my house. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great selection and great prices, but the service is simply too slow. Things move at a snails pace in the store. I timed each person in line in front of me. Average of 5 minutes per person. Painfully slow. I had one item, 6th person in line and it took a full 30 minutes. This isnt the first time ive experienced this. Ive starting timing my wait just to fill the time while I wait in line.

Sometimes they have exactly what Im looking for and sometimes they dont. Ive been waiting about a year for cake decorating classes, but they never find a teacher. I recommend installing the app so you always get a good coupon.

They have crafts, gifts, books, and yarns here too. From jewelry making beads and supplies to scrapbooking. From painting to floral arrangements. And the gift items are unique and amazingly priced.

I called Joanns looking for A pattern for making medical masks. I spoke with Wendy and she told me they had kits for making the masks when I told her I was going to steal her pattern and continue making masks to donate she was thrilled, she seemed to be very in touch with the community and a very compassionate person. I will continue to give her my business when I buy fabric for more masks

They have a bit larger stock than michael’s, however, they are more expensive and the help, sometimes, is harder to find. I’ve, in my personal experience, noticed that the staff, in general seems friendlier at Michael’s. I’ll continue to go to Jo-Ann’s for sale item and things I can’t find elsewhere.One employee at Jo-Ann ‘s, named Christine, definitely deserves a gold star for being pleasant and helpful. Keep it up ! 🙂And the Shift co-ordinates, is very pleasant and is quick to help and return calls. That’s much appreciated.👍

The staff at this location are not very friendly. I asked for help to get black Kona brand fabric from up high, since they were out of it in its normal spot and the girl acted like it was the end of the world to help me (she was stocking new fabric). I only come to this location if I have to. No one seems happy to be working here.

Joann Fabrics & Crafts is one of my favorite places for craft and sewing supplies. Employees are all so friendly and are always eager to help. They always know exactly what Im looking for and where its located , even when I dont. I absolutely love Joanns!!

COVID-19 threats aside, Customer Service should always be a priority! I arrived to the store to pick up an order just before closing and at 5:02 the store associate finally came to the front door to allow a Customer out and told me that they were closed as of 5:00pm and couldnt allow any more Customers into the store... PERFECT TIMING!I will be cancelling my order and ordering from Amazon from now on!

I love Joanns!! However, this Joanns Fabrics needs to hire knowledgeable employees. I went in the other day, and 2 different employees didnt know what a cover stitch machine was. They actually argued with me and said that nothing like that exists. Im giving it a 3 star because I love Joanns as a whole.
