Its a great store clean and organizated

Terrible, got a set of perfume with a voucher in it for a bottle of perfume of your choosing and they never carried one of the perfumes in it! and of course its the one i liked and picked out and the voucher only works for the jc penny store one and they never carry it!! waste of money

The girls here are so rude would rather go to ulta than this dump!

Most products were out of stock. Not well organized or clean. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

The two staff members that helped me were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to help me find the products that I was looking for and they were really professional!

I play in a glam röck band, so you know this is one of my favorite places. I dönt like to use the traditional makeup colors, and they have a sort of burnt umber color that just bumps under the lights. If you röck-this is your hang. 🤟

Elizabeth was the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. I’ve worn almost no makeup for the last 10 years and needed to put something together for a wedding. My skin has aged quite a bit since I wore product with any regularity and I was feeling somewhat intimidated about engaging this process—but she blended both enthusiasm and education around these products into an experience that was absolutely delightful. Can’t recommend her enough.

Its a 50/50 chance on how youll be treated. I either get very sweet workers of stuck up better than you workers. I usually keep to myself. Also, dont get your makeup done here. They are not professionals. Im of a deeper skin tone and the worker grabbed the lightest shade of the new Fenty foundation trying to say it was my perfect match.

The Sephora in Cali was great. Hope this one is the same! I love their make up and last time I went I got someone to do and try out the makeup on me first and did a good job and I got all new products of all makeup that day. Im hoping when I go into this Sephora Ill get the same experience!! Im need a whole new life e of make up and someone to help me pick some new products out that are worth the money and make you look fabulous!

Haley was super rude. When I asked for some help when she was free she brushed me off and told me to go get someone else to help me. And the store was NOT busy at all. I might understand if they had been really busy but there was no line at the register and only a few customers in the store. Will be sharing my experience with as many people as possible.

First of all , turn the music down! Its obnoxious and it makes me want to hurry up and get the hell out of there. The sales associates couldnt be less helpful! I am done with sephora, I have much better experiences at ulta on gateway. They have better selections anyways. You guys need to step up your game. Im happy to spend my money somewhere else.

I visited Sephora to purchase perfume, no one offered me any assistance. Two of the workers were trying make up products on themselves. (Very sad) I feel they should be trained in customer service! Each time I visit Eugene Sephora the staff has made me feel their inconvenienced if I ask them for help. Please train your employees!

I had stopped shopping at Sephora because of some bad experiences, but the last time was better. I went in for a new product and finally got the sweet staff. A wonderful girl helped me get skin care and finally got me a foundation that matches me perfectly!!

Yes some are snobby but not all, great store and return policy and with how expensive it is thats very important. Overall very helpful but wish there was a wider selection of products.UPDATE: Im done with this store! I buy everything mostly online and could easily return here rarely if I need to but for returns they now put your money on your card rather than cash, I was ok with the 3 day wait to get my money and reorder but my money was never put back on my card! I called the 1800# rouge service and it was fixed in 3months. This might be the first time in 5years Im not rouge because what makes them so good is theyre OLD return policy.

I looked at the store wanting to go in a few weeks ago but everyone looked unhappy, so I just left. Today my husband pushed me into the store and I met Teegan! She was, and is, amazing. She helped me find a few products that I desperately needed and explained their benefits! I definitely will be going back and hope to run into Teegan again, she made my trip worth it!

Decent selection, but associates are very unhelpful and rude. I don’t think I can recommend Sephora to friends unless they know exactly what they want and where to find it.

I don’t know if the employees are treated poorly by the company or what, but the staff I encountered today was flat out unfriendly and it made me uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this Sephora.

They have the good smells n stuff

Things are always running out and when asked when they will restock they always say “we never know for sure. We get a truck every Friday. You can also order online”. Unprofessional
