Love the candles bought a strawberry shortcake and cherry wine or something like that.Anyways the memories that will cum along with the smell of strawberry shortcakes or sweet cherries will explode from my head. I personally like the plug-in cents and candles. When I was there I picked up a very pretty fall candle holder.

I love the products and make purchases more than Id like to admit. However, when Im in store, I feel like the employees are like vultures. I always kindly tell them that I know exactly what I want and dont need help. But they just keep coming. As a business owner, I get the customer service aspect but this is a bit overboard most of the time. Please tone it down just a smidge

Sales, Sales, Sales... Staff provided excellent customer service. My problem is there are so many scents in the store that I cant smell anything. Turn on the H-Vac fans. Bath and Body works has a winning line right now. Into the Night is my favorite. I am impressed with the mens line. Keep growing it.

I love this place, of course who doesnt! What I dont get is why theres only one tiny exit/entrance right now when were supposed to social distance. There are 2 openings to the store. One should be enter, one should be exit. Common sense really.

What a horrible experience on Christmas Eve trying to shop! I had three employees on me about pulling my mask up that was sitting on the tip of my nose and covering my face. I was told that I could not pull it down to smell anything after I was told to pull it up all the way unless I was smelling something. I wasn’t even in there 5 minutes and 5 minutes to long!!!! I don’t need to shop in a store that people barely old enough to vote and clearly don’t understand what’s going on in life get to dictate what I do and so forcefully go about it! The gal covering the entrance lunged at me as if she wanted to fight as we responded that we didn’t need to shop in a store like this!

I have been buying Bath and Body Works lotion and body wash for about 20yrs. now. Im a die hard fan of most of the scents. Sign up with your email because they have the best sales all year long and the have two huge sale in June the other in December. I have only recently started buying their candles when they are on sale as low as $10.00. Every candle I have burn has burned evenly and cleanly all the way day to the very bottom. No waste and the scents were just delightful. They do carry men scents and I have to say the main scents are just so perfect. Everyone smells so great my sons where them and the lotion too. They also have candles in those scents. Again great. I have to admit I have pretty much all the lotions and wash and the matching sprays. I switch up my scents for the seasons. I do buy mostly online atleast 99% of my purchases. I do try to go in the store so I can smell the new scents for the seasons. I have been buying from here for 20years now so I got I good idea what I like and online they have descriptions of what ingredients blends are in each scents. Keep watch for their deals and you can score your favorite scents for very little money. If you do get a scents you dont like ..dont worry you can always return them for another scent. The people that work their are always very friendly and very helpful and will help you to return your items. I have returned just a few over they years and they didnt make me feel uncomfortable about it. So I was able to get what I want and left feeling good. So what are you waiting for. Get their get some lotion that matches you and sign up for the emails.10 stars for Bath and Body Works.

Love this place! Awesome coupons if you get on their email, snail mail lists. So many delicious scents, its almost impossible to choose. I look forward to Fall every year so I can get all of the pumpkin spice, pumpkin latte handsoaps, lotions, candles and shower gels. The manager, Summer, is the best!

I always like bath and body works for the good quality products that they have. I especially like the hand soaps and there is a sink in the store where you can try the different hand soaps.The service in the store is great and its bright, clean, and offers many different type of products. This is a good place to buy gifts for someone. Prices are a little spendy but the quality makes it worth it.

I absolutely love their products. So many great scents! The hand cremes work SO great. The stores have always had super friendly ladies. I am bummed Im stuck to only ordering online so I miss a lot of deals and cant use many coupons. Great products though!

Variety of scents, some that should never have left the lab. Expensive so wait for their sales. Do not look at the ingredient lists - for the price you really could buy care products that pamper from your local farmers market or nature focused grocery chain.

Went in for some window shopping for my birthday. I was excited as their 75% off sale was going on as I rarely visit malls. The first associate that greeted me had rather aggressively misgendered me. I walked right out feeling hurt and disappointed that I couldnt comfortably shop for products to literally help me feel comfortable in my own skin. Didnt catch the associates name though. Its 2020, its not that hard to just not gender people you dont know

Bath and Body Works has everything you could possibly need for a self care day. Beautifully smelling candles, body washes, lotions, car air fresheners, room air fresheners, sugar scrubs, cologne, etc. Even just walking in makes you feel relaxed in the wonderful ambience.

Went in so the kids could buy their mother a gift. Most everything I picked up had nothing memorable to note then my daughter defined what I was experiencing by stating, everything smells the same to me.

Now with even more sensory overload!Im a huge fan of BBW. Since the store expanded, it has gotten more overwhelming and difficult to shop.Of course there are scents everywhere, its a scent shop.Now, though, instead of a calming shopping experience, the shop has Top 40 blaring, fluorescents glaring, and an entire wall of screens flickering. The shop is heightening security in the guise of enhanced customer service. You cant move 5 feet without having to force smalltalk or answer a quiz about who youre shopping for, why, what your favorites are or what youre doing this weekend. Im all for being sociable but I really want to limit how much of my life I share when I look for deals on handsoap, please??When you get to the register, not only will you be quizzed on the information you shared previously, but you will be tested on who helped you. Its exhausting. Id avoid it but the shipping costs are as much as a full-sized item.The coupons are still ok, but not as frequent and they no longer allow stacking or send free mini item with purchase coupons.

I love the body lotions and candles. The essential oil lotions for stress relief are especially great.

I always feel harassed when I go in here. If shipping and handling was free online when I wanted one or two things Id go online instead.

This place is awful and employees are ACTUALLY stupid. We can shop on Amazon for better service. My husband asked for help finding me bath products, they found him perfume. OF COURSE they refused to help me make any kind of exchange (even with the new sale price in mind.) Go to The Body Shop!
