My boyfriend and I came in looking for hair dye not really sure what colors or brands we wanted. We were helped by Hayley and she was super knowledgeable about all the products on hand and helped us decide which would work best. We ended up getting a couple things thanks to her and Im excited to see how it turns out! Well definitely be back here again. :)

I came in with the most uneven and bleached hair color ever. The manager helped me feel at ease by showing me few toners that would make my hair look natural and less brassy. Thank goodness for his advice now my hair looks more even and natural and I can walk outside of my house not feeling embarrassed or awkward. I actually love this color very much!

Never had a bad experience here- they have a consistent stock and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I love their selection of OPI nail polish- sometimes it’s even on sale! This is probably the best beauty supply (and possibly the only one) in south Eugene.

Theres always room for inprovement and so with sallys beauty .they do have a varied collection of trendy beauty supplies and of course the typicall BRANDS carried and then some not so typical .they carry anything from hair clippers to facial masks they also indulge carrying mens beard shampoos soaps conditioners and more.there are no public restrooms they have great hours parking is crowded but free.one can spot the shopping center from the road but sallys like others cannot be seen. Ive been a long standing good customer yet everytime i go to soend a descent chunk of change they follow me about getting often in my way.its as if they assume im a shoplifter .Outrageous!!! I would like to see them expand by carrying more supolies and larger storeeêin the retail sector .i find it also surprising that hallf the employees know little about the products that they carry which i find irresponsible and neglectful of a customers needs.they do carry some cool products

Covid Hair is too much. Going to whack some hair and after a couple of YouTube videos I think I’m ready, just need some barber shears. Tried the local pharmacy, nada, so I searched and found this store. Inside it was neatly arranged, helpful staff and I was on my way in no time with middle priced barber scissors. I’m going back for all my needs.

Theyll help you quickly find what you need...or let you linger. The gal who assisted me was knowledgeable and also non-judgmental which is actually a really rare trait at beauty supply shops. She told me whether or not she thought what I wanted to do would work, not if she thought I should or shouldnt do it.

Recommendation regarding sale of natural hair. Its best practice to inform customers of no return on purchase of this item. The tiny print on box no return is insufficient to inform customer of no return on an item costing more than $120. Perhaps a posted sign is an easy solution.

I love this Sallys. There is one girl in particular who is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about hair dye. After a salon botched my hair dye, she helped me pick out a color that would deepen the tone and I loved the result. It was way cheaper than the box dye at grocery stores and much higher quality.

I wanted to spend $40 here but only had a $100 bill and they couldnt give me $60 in change. Pathetic. Told me it was because they didnt want to go get the change to fix their tills after. A retail store couldnt give me $60 in change. And they werent nice about it either. Told me to go to the store next door to get change, as if my time is that unvaluable.
