Went for routine oil change and tire rotations. After the services my check engine light went on. They said I needed to take it to a shop to read the code and if they were at fault Id have to submit a claim. Now Im paying a shop to run the code and figure out what they messed up. Just take it to an actual shop for maintenance, this location cant be trusted.

They did a great job mounting, balancing and installing new tires on my car. I was impressed with the good service that I had received.

Was very hard to get ahold of,and wasnt even open when the website said it was.went way out of my way to be left wanting for even bad service but worse i got none at all!

They are lazy and have no idea what their prices are. They told us one price over the phone and then a different price after we already gave them the vehicle.

On line said 8 am got there not open till 9 talked to clerk tlod until 9:30 arrived at 9:30 no one at the service desk, went outside told we had to be third . Finally got my truck in to put on new tires at 11:10 took until 1 then they forgot to put my old tires in the back. Got home they didnt put any valve caps back on

Expect to be there for a while, 1 car ahead of me for a oil change 2 hours later still not done, now I know better than to expect top notch service but 2 hours. Tighten up walmart

Tire shop closes at 6 not 7 like the website says for future reference

They were AMAZING!! We had a large object in our tire and the next day we were headed out on a road trip, so we desperately needed help... And fast!! Tim, the manager of the West 11th Walmart, was INCREDIBLE!! He problem solved, fixed the issue by replacing the tire, and fixed some other errors a different Walmart had created by messing up our paperwork!! The whole crew was helpful, quick, and all-around GREAT!! I DEFINITELY recommend this Walmart Tire Crew!! Thanks!!

Closed till further notice the sign on door said. That was after I called and when they did not answer the main store phone person said they were just too busy probably to answer their phone. I drove 25miles to see that they were closed indefinitely.

I had to get a battery replaced in my vehicle, so I checked out Walmart Auto Care Center. They were able to help me look up the replacement battery size and review the options. They then replaced the battery at no extra charge other than the cost of the battery. Because they replaced it, I did not have to deal with the core fees.

I bought a battery from here 6 months ago. My battery light came on, so I went back in to have the issue fixed. When we opened the hood, there was battery acid leaking all around the battery area, and under it, so it was apparent that that was definitely part of the problem, but they told me that they needed to test the battery, which, after doing, they told me that the battery was fine and not leaking, as if I was blind. After going to an auto parts store, the store informed me that wal mart does this often, to avoid having to replace batteries under warranty. Not good business on Walmarts behalf, to say the least

As expected, too busy to test my old battery, so just bought a new one. In and out pretty quickly. Nice to have the auto entrance, so I did not have to carry the battery through the entire store.

Actually, I went for their $19.88 oil and filter change. Within a couple of days I noticed that my oil was getting dark again. So I did my own oil and filter change and discovered that the filter that was on there was three years old and was almost welded into my car with dirt and rust! So, they didnt change the filter!

I bought my truck last bring the previous owner bought brand new tires from Walmart in Coos Bay. And they refused to rotate them because he purchased the tires instead of me. They wouldnt transfer the road hazard and rotation. I will never ever buy tires or from Walmart. I will go to Les Schwab. They balance them and rotated them for free, even though I didnt buy the tires there and they were Walmarts tires. Their service is awful.

I had the worst experience here! I came here for a standard oil change and received a courtesy tire pressure fill. I asked if my tires were filled to what they were supposed to be, printed on the tire, 35 PSI. The manager of this Auto Care Center told me of course not, they only filled them to 30 because if they had filled them all the way up my tires could have exploded from the weather differences. My goodness... Train your employees before they work the floor. Train them before you make them the manager! Bad job, Walmart.

This rating is for the actual manager of the TLE. I was passing through on my way from northern California to Seattle, Washington and decided to try and get an oil change and new tires on my car. The people working the bays were great, but the manager, Kyle.. I asked him to do a tire quote, he started huffing and puffing, he than asked me my tire size which I did not know, the managers response, well that doesnt help me does it? I decided all I wanted was an oil change at this point. While I waited for my vehicle he had 4 arguments with customers, being completely rude and disrespectful. So instead of Walmart making close to $200+ off of the vehicle work I was looking for, they just lost my business. If youre looking for any type of acceptable customer service avoid Kyle.

Terrible tires, horrible service. Like everything else at Walmart, it is cheap stuff made in China that falls apart soon after you buy it. Dont go to ChinaMart. Spend more for good tires at a good shop.

Highly disappointing service. There was a severe lack of communication when I dropped my vehicle off and they failed to call when the vehicle service was over. It was over 30 minutes after my vehicle service was completed that I asked about it at the counter. The lady at the counter didnt have any information about wait times and it took a few minutes of questions before she checked the status of the vehicle. A No Charge on the receipt led to the discovery that they could not find a hole in my tire (which was 100% flat an hour prior). There were no auto workers around for me to question about the servicing of my car and the lady at the counter did not have any information for me. I wasted over an hour of my time in an attempt to fix a flat tire; instead of feeling safe driving home across the state, I will have to spend another day in town waiting for a reliable auto repair shop to open to fix my car. Highly dissatisfied, will not return and would not recommend this service center.

Went in for tires.Left with messed up wheels and a metal-on-metal grinding noise. They also didnt put my original lug nuts back on.Never again.

On my last visit, My rim was mixed in with another. Its coming loose from rim, not same rims because they think factory rims dont know witch car they belong to. You shoud ase certify your mechanics so they dont get you sued. Very nice staff.

Terrible customer service! The female working in the tire and lub center was very rude and tried to argue about how much oil my truck takes, after all I am the owner and have been getting it changed since it was new either by a service facility or my self. I ended up leaving without a oil change because I was not going to take a chance on incompetent people to work on my truck. Beware!
