Straight fire. Came in because of a tire issue. Another spot quoted me $190. I was greeted right away, and had someone look at my tire within half an hour. They were going to plug the tire, but after a second or third opinion they decided to simply replace the tire.BUY the replacement tire additional warranty , it is always worth it!!God bless Discount Tire

All around good experience here. Mathew in sales helped me pick out the right skins for my van. Trevor and his team installed them quickly and expertly. I forgot to ask them to save the best for my spare, so they brought me back around and took care of it at no extra charge. Bought new set of tires from this company and waited a week to install because of being ordered online. They installed them but did not balance them correctly. Now my new tires shake. I went back to have them repaired. They rotated and now my car shakes in the back and my tire pressure was off by a few pounds. They do lousy work I suggest using someone else.

Every time Ive gone in I always leave happy. Tire prices are the lowest around. Even lower than Walmarts tire center. I get greeted with a smile and being a walk-in customer Im in and out in less than an hour. Its quite a drive for me to get there. But I wont go any place else. Discount tire is the best!

Great place! I had not been in for a couple years. I had a blow out on the freeway and came in on a donut in a different car than I had last time I was in. They sold me my replacement tire and gave me their warranty on all four tires even though I had not purchased them there! Im very happy!

Josh, Ben and the techs were extremely quick, knowledgeable and professional. I was in at 320pm on a Wednesday, checked in with my online order, and was in my car ready to drive off on brand new tires 50 minutes later.

Made my day. Went in today because I had a leak on two of my tires. I had no idea what this kind of thing would cost but I was ready to pay anywhere from $10 to even $100. On the phone they were super helpful and kind. Then when I arrived, every single employee made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I was in and out in 30 minutes. When I asked how much I needed to pay they told me they patched it up for free????? I’m sure I could have found out that it was going to be free before going in but I had no idea. What a wonderful experience, completely stress-free. I will absolutely be going back next time I need my tires serviced. What a wonderful atmosphere. I’ve never written a review for a place but I’m too pleased not to.

I have went in the last two days with an appointment to have a flat fixed the first time I set there for hour and a half and my SUV did not move .ok so I lift call back made a new appointment get there they tell me it would be maybe up to 2 hour wait because they are running behind I understand that but why make an appointment I like the place I do but as they’re telling me there’s a two hour wait there on the phone still make an appointment for that day I just don’t get it I will not go back I’m sad I really like the employees there

Good prices on tires and free rotation which is very nice. It can be done in 15 minutes when they want it to be. I know that because I waited an hour and just as it was time to be the limit they rushed my car in without me saying a word. Friendly people and crowded these days so it must be from doing a good job!

Ugh! Driving on mountain roads, hit a pothole and blew my rear drivers side tire.It wasnt holding air for more than a couple of miles, so as soon as we hit pavement, I put on the spare doughnut.Sunday, of course, so they were closed.First thing Monday, I was able to schedule an appointment and get in to get it repaired.Check in was all done from my car, I was able to drive the buggy onto the lift and they were happy to do a tire rotation while fixing my tire.Unfortunately, there was a 1 break in the shoulder of the tire. Deciding that my suggestion to slap some duct tape onto it was a Bad Idea, and verifying that my other tires wouldnt be out-of-spec size-wise, they hooked me up with a brand new tire.That extra warranty monet really paid off, and I got out of there only spending $20.75 (to add the warranty to the new tire).Great, fast work and they had me back on the road in no time!Now, to get back up that mountain. . . Maybe slower, this time, though.

Discount Tire in Eugene is Awesome!! They have really friendly & extremely helpful employees, I had an incident with curb/concrete island, on a very dark poorly marked (no lines, no reflectors) road in pouring rain over 100 miles from Eugene. Towed to nearest tire shop needed 2 tires & a replacement rim (hard to find 18) Discount tire had the tires in stock, I brought in a wheel, they were really busy, Josh was still able to get me 2 tires & mount the one tire & I was out the door in like 30 minutes, just before closing time!! You guys Rock!! 👍

Wow this Discount Tire has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. We were traveling from out of state when we got super low tire pressure on one of our tires. I spoke to Josh on the phone and he was so kind and asked us if we were okay and that they would be happy to fix our tire. When we got here Chase helped us out and he also was so friendly and told us not to worry they would fix out tire up so we could be back on the road! I got the tires I ordered in a timely fashion and they didnt make me wait too long for my appointment to install them.

My experience with this place of business was somewhat of a disappointment. I stopped in to purchase tires for my work van. I brought two rims with me that I had hoped to be able to drop off to have tires installed on them and then pick them up the next day. I was quickly greeted at the door by an employee that requested my name and phone number which I gave him. As soon as he entered them into his phone I received a text that specified I could check the status of my appointment. The employee assured me that someone would be right with me and that I could go stand by my car ( which was parked in direct sunlight on a hot 75 degree day) or I could stand right here by the front door. After standing and waiting for about 5 minutes a young lady that looked about college age drove up and got out of her car and was quickly greeted by the same employee. I overheard her say that one of the rear tires on her car had been previously patched and was working but she had decided to get two new rear tires. The employee then walked with her to her car and immediately examined the rear tires on her car, something that he had not offered to do for me. I watched as the two of them them then proceed into the store to by the rear entrance and walk to a kiosk to what I can only assume was to price tires for her car. Another employee walked out of the front door about this time and without braking stride said over his shoulder that someone would be right with me. This was when I lost interest and left. I do not know what the cause of their indifference to me was, perhaps the effects of trying to do business during Covid restrictions, or perhaps it was that they were busy, or possibly it was because I am not a cute college age girl. Regardless of their reasons I do know how it made me feel. I think I will just go elsewhere for tires.

EXCELLENT customer service. I had made an appointment for a tire rotation and arrived just a couple of minutes ahead of time. But that didnt stop them from getting to me early. Matt came up to me right away and checked me in and the next thing I knew, Kannen was pulling my car in to get started for its appointment. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I bought 4 new Falken tires from them and had them installed on a second set of new rims NOT BOUGHT FROM DISCOUNT TIRES. And there was a sound that wasnt there before the new tires and wheels were put on i noticed right away, i brought the concern to there attention they double checked everything found nothing so when the manager Mike came to talk to me he sent me to a regular shop to find the problem. The problem i bought cheep rims online with spots that touched my calipers in a couple spots on rotation so very long story short great service glad I chose this place and hope others choose them to, Thanks again guys

Over the last two months I’ve purchased 3 sets (4 tires) of tires from here and have had balance issues every time I leave here. Had them rebalanced and it’s worse every time. One set was Michelin and one set of BFG. Just payed $112 to have them balanced somewhere else out of my own pocket. Guess what? No more shaking at 55-60 mph. It’s either poor training or faulty equipment. I suggest you guys figure it out.

Nice enough staff, mostly young guys. Didnt feel like I got the best service. One of my new tires was 5 pounds under inflated and they said just drive it, it will probably be OK, but it wasnt. They didnt offer to check my spare or brakes, or offer an alignment. Good prices and discount service is what you get!

I brought my dad in to get 4 tires for his jeep and we spent maybe a total of 45 minutes there. My dad got 4 mud terrain tires mounted and balanced for $535 I think it was! Comes with a 10 year warranty also! Needless to say he enjoyed the customer service, friendly, honest and knowledgable staff. Overall experience 10 start if I could. They used technology to check my tires, tire pressure and plugged into my cars computer for a diagnosis. Also had free air pressure check station. Was able to diagnose and fix my cars issue. Great service.

Josh was great and got me the right tires I needed. Only bad thing was the quote did not have everything I asked for and so when I got the actual cost, I was a little shocked. The place was clean and seating was 6 feet apart.

These guys have always been amazing! They try their hardest to provide customer satisfaction and get you the best price. I made an inexperienced mistake and had to return the tire. They didnt even charge me to take care of it themselves! Im never disappointed. They dont do alignments, unfortunately. But they will recommend you to Hunter Brakes and Alignment where theyll give you a discount for the referral.

Inventory onsite and online are pretty consistent. Not a horrible wait for same day-no appointment service! Door sign says please wait in car-due to CoVid though all seats inside were filled and NO ONE even attempted to clean them between patrons.

Ive been customer of Discount Tire for over 25 years and Ill never do business with them again. Today, I came in for a tire rotation. They told me that they cannot rotate my tires because of low tread depth with the average being 5/32. The ones with the most wear were going to be rotated to the rear anyway. They tried to sell me a new set of tires. This place is all about the upsell. Ill be taking my business to Costco from now on!

Had a screw in my tire, they were super helpful, fixed it at no charge. My husband got his tires here a while back and they were awesome then too. I will definitely come here when its time for new tires on my car.Update, Its been a while, but again I had a screw in my tire, as always they were super helpful and courteous. The tire repair is free, so the fact they treat you good when you dont pay, means they will treat you good when you do pay for service.I will be coming here when its time to replace all 4 tires.

I have bought several tires through this particular branch using the salesmans recommendation and will NEVER go anywhere else. I have done direct comparisons between these guys and other local tire shops, including Les Schwab. First let me state Les Schwab has become more of a money making business than a family tire shop. I grew up sitting in Les Schwab, eating popcorn while waiting for tires. The prices have become absurd and the service is subpar. However, discount tire has really filled the position. They have excellent prices, and in my experience they were willing to match local tire shops. I bought tires about a year ago for one of my vehicles, ~$180 Michelins, three weeks later I had a nail in the sidewall. I took the tire in and they ordered a new one on the spot and put in on no charge what-so-ever. ALWAYS buy the road hazard, you use it once and it pays for itself. As long as they keep it up, I will continue to utilize this company (particularly this branch) for all my tire and wheel needs. I want to specifically recognize Kyle, Matt, Josh and Bradley for EXCELLENT customer service!

Everyone that works here is extremely unknowledgable, and they will try to rip you off. No one knows what theyre doing with something as simple as tires. Worst tire place Ive been to in Eugene, only one to even give me issues. Manager is worthless. Horrible place. Go literally anywhere else.

Good informative service but terribly pushy to women the second you disagree with their advice. Saying no to service should not take me saying no 4 or 5 times until I get left alone. Very high tire prices (to be expected from a chain) so Im sure their business is fine from a higher income perspective if you like to waste money in exchange for convenience. The employees need to learn how to respect someones decision to take their business elsewhere, Im a grown woman, not a 5 year old, if I say no, move on. Dont badger me and then shame me into paying prices I cannot afford when I know I can drive safely to get to other options.
