After a 2 month health problem, which made it impossible to drive my car, I came into Autozone to check my car battery. I was barely through the door when I was greeted by Hannah, who immediately went outside to test it. It needed replacement, and she showed me the choices and explained my options quickly & efficiently. Hannah quickly installed it and I was on my way. Not many businesses have the customer service I received anymore! 👍🏼

I’m here from Arizona on my way to Seattle. Passenger side headlights went completely out! Both high and low beams. I walked in and was graciously greeted by Robert. Off the the top of his head he knew what exact bulbs I needed! He came out and changed the bulbs faster than anyone I’ve ever seen! He was kind enough to educate me on the importance of buying a proper bulb. If you run into issues on the road, stop here and put your trust into Robert! Thank you so much Robert!

If I could give zero stars I would, this is NOT a safe place for women. My friend went there awhile ago and they GAVE her NUMBER to their friend who works across the street at the car wash.This is not only an invasion of privacy, but is extremely unprofessional.Phil said they were short staffed, but his friend who doesnt even work at Auto Zone, installed her battery when he pulled in. His friend then got her number from the SYSTEM not her.If this has happened to her, how many others? How many people has had their personal information given out? I find this disgusting and I hope they take action against this.

I came in to this store to replace my battery. I asked for help with the installation as I did not have any tools and the person helping me offered up his buddy who was not an employee of the store. When I paid he asked for my phone number for an account. A few days later I received unwarranted and harassing text messages from the buddy. Corporate has been contacted and have failed to care and refuse to take any action, a police report has been filed. This business is not a safe place for women.

I WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.This is not a safe place for women to shop for auto parts. The staff are unprofessional and will give out your information to non-employee friends without consent. Take your business elsewhere.

Quick and helpful. Was given the wrong model/year for a part on one occasion after telling the correct year 3x, but I was able to shave it down and make it fit

Id give this zero stars if I could. This AutoZone on West 11th is not safe for women. Had a friend of mine go in for a new battery, was asked the simple question of putting a phone number on file to keep track of her car and parts needed for it. She had asked for help installing the car battery, to which the store employee Phil said I am short staffed, but my friend just pulled up and could help you out if youd like. Said friend was Sam, from the car wash next to Planet Fitness across the street. The battery was installed and my friend went on her way. At 8pm.that night, a random number texted her and it turns out that Phil gave Sam my friends phone number as soon as she left. Not only is this illegal as this is personal information a store has on you, but it is creepy, weird, and unsafe for women. AutoZone corporate has refused to help this issue further and discipline the employee (rather, fire this employee for giving personal information out). None of us feel safe now going to this AutoZone and will be taking our business elsewhere where we will not be harrassed by the men that work there.

They didnt have the part I needed in stock but ordered it and it was there the next day. Very satisfied

Bryce provided me with amazing customer service. I stopped by to grab oil and a filter. Got rang up at the register and paid, but noticed after paying that the incorrect filter had been selected. The transaction already had Bryce staying after he was to be clocked off for his shift end and the poor guy diligently worked quickly to find the correct filter, conduct the return of the old filter and get everything squared away. It was a small thing but this guy had a super great attitude about it the whole time and did a stellar job. You killed it, Bryce!

Bad service always have the part you need at the river rd store might as well go there

If you need something that is not on the inventory they can have it as soon as early morning next day. This is my experience it can vary according to the item I guess.

I came in because I had questions about a portable charger and needed assistance with my battery. Robert E. was the man to help me, and he was extremely helpful. He gave me his honest opinion on some portable chargers and helped me make an informed decision on whether I wanted one or not. Then he checked my car battery and explained to me that I needed to replace it. I know a bit about cars, but he explained to me in terms that made more sense why I needed it and steps I should take to get it replaced. An amazing dude and I really appreciate him.

I felt pushed down the isle by employees that refuse to understand 6 feet apart. At the register the manager never put in my phone number to get my warranty or any reward points for the $100. I mentioned broken product on the floor and once again I was ignored.

No register open couple customers trying to buy stuff and totally ignored by staff its not like they were busy, just incompetent.Its not the first time this has happened. Just horrible. I will drive to Springfields there i get prompt service EVERY time.

Products are fairly priced, anything that isnt in stock is shipped very quickly.. usually overnight, and they have a good tool rental program. They also have a Veterans discount!

Jake at autozone helped us out a ton. Great service. Checked our battery. Assessed our alternator for free. And we were hooked up with a reasonable priced new one. Even were recommended a few good and reliable mechanics nearby that could help us fix our car. Thank you jake and partner(cannot remember your name) good karma comes swinging back around to those who do good. And you helped save our butts on this one.

These guys are great. I change the oil in all my cars and I only use synthetic motor oil. Whenever I walk into this Autozone it seems like they always show me their coupons and sales and how to get free oil filters, etc.
