I drive a standard transmission Fiat, a car that is difficult to find someone who has any kind of extensive experience repairing. When I brought my car into Lithia Fiat of Eugene, they tracked down a problem (a bolt not tightened) that was left from a clutch repair done a month earlier and fixed it at no cost to me. They took their own initiative to call the repair shop that had done the clutch job and arranged a payment through them. I was offered a ride home and back and all was done in a very timely manner with no prodding needed from me. They were excellent and the problem was fixed efficiently and proficiently. Although it is a substantial drive for me, I will be bringing my Fiat here in the future for any repairs and tuneups.

I have a hybrid van. The computer freezed up and I was not able to start or turn off the van. I was not able to use and they would not give me a rental. The appointment was 4 weeks out. The battery ran out before the appointment and I was able jump-start the van. The van was usable because the computer rebooted. When I brought my van in after 4 weeks, they were unable to find the problem.

Safety issue resolved.Battery issue (Gregs car) never resolved (kept going dead after a couple of days sitting) we had to buy a new battery, elsewhere, & that resolved the issue. His car still under warranty @ 38,000 miles on it.My Abarth did not have this problem & I have over 50k miles on it.

I have NEVER dealt with a company as I have with EVERY jeep, Chrysler dodge in eugene oregon or albany oregon. My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles in 90 days and have been taken for 1 gap cost and 2 extended warranty costs. I payed CASH for a gap and they refuse to give my money back, the finance manager in Eugene Oregon said NO, we will send it to your lein holder and than he put down on the paperwork which I said he cannot do that and he said, oh yes I can and its done, on the paperwork he puts customer wants to lower balance which is 100% fraud and I have the documentationto prove it. The DEPT OF JUSTICE CONSUMER AFFAIRS SAID THAT IS CONSTRUDE AS FRAUD!!! I have brought this 3rd vehicle back due to transmission failing and over heating. They say they found a problem with a code in the transmission and fixed it but in actuality they made it 10 times worse. Grand cherokee overheats, they cannot find nothing wrong so I took pictures of it overheating for proof and they tell me this morning to bring it in; I said only if I can get JJs (service manager) ok IF it blows up he will be responsible. Needless to say, the person on the phone said NO!!! Get it in here, have it towed or take it somewhere else. This vehicle 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee we purchased less than 2 weeks ago. I would NEVER send anyone to these places and I would STRONGLY SUGGEST they go somewhere else.

The only work i allow on my vehicle here is oil changes. After i bought the truck from Lithia they falsely told me i needed 4500.00 worth of injector pump work. I took my truck up to Cummins n.w. they did a full diagnostic for around 100.00. Nothing wrong at all.13 yrs later still dont need this work done.

Sales staff were great, confidence in service dept is very low so I balanced it with a 3 star review. Purchased a used truck. The safety inspection missed two bad brake calipers (one fully frozen, one looks like a broken pad), several burnt out bulbs. CEL was on so repaired prior to initial delivery. It appears I have the same CEL again I think so...? When truck was delivered the CEL was still on - they said they fixed it but forgot to reset the light. I wonder if any repair was actually done. Also, they repaired the passenger mirror. Tech left a tool in my truck, handprints all over the door panel, and did not reinstall a chunk of foam insulation. Very unprofessional, and I have questions about honesty/integrity. Why wouldnt I?I left a similar review the other day. I guess nobody reads them? I left a VM for a manager last week and have received no call back. Sorry, but if you need service you should consider a different option.

I cant even begin to write a review about the performance of the Eugene Lithia Jeep service department because when I called to make an appointment, they were booked out 12 days! Why would anyone want to buy a new Jeep from this dealership and find out after only 40,000 miles, your engine light comes on, your stranded, and the dealership cant even look at your rig or try to get you in. They can make the talking points about the covid-19 pandemic or any excuse they want, but this is a sign of internal problems within their company. No one wants to work weekends anymore to service and keep their customers vehicles running, but the sales department is blood thirsty to take your money to buy a new SUV. If they are in fact getting vehicles serviced and back to customers in a timely fashion, then Jeep must be making a poor product.

At 12000 miles I started having problems and it has been a nightmare ever since. YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE RECORDS. LOOK ATIT UPTO MANY PROBLEMS TO GET IN TO!!!! Service technician not listed. TIM SOMETHING. HAD DAKOTA CALL ME LAST TIME BECAUSE I AM TO INTIMADATING. HE FAILED MISERABLY GETTING MY TRUCK REPAIRED ON TIME . WAS IN THERE SEVERAL TIMES. STILL NOT SURE IF IT WAS REPAIRED PROPERLY. ONLY BEEN 2 WEEKS SO FAR. I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVA THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AM F!!@!!

We bought our 2020 Chrysler 300 at this location. From having a previous vehicle repair done in their shop and it not being satisfactory, my husband requested that this tech of theirs not touch our new vehicle. This was done in a way as to no other customers heard it. Having known this person previously to them working there they had my phone number. Instead of discussing their issue with our request with my husband who was there, they started texting me while I was at work. My husband left the service department once his regular maintenance was done and called me to check in, and I let him know what took place. He went back to express his anger for this employee contacting and harassing me, and let them know this was unprofessional especially when he did not make a scene when asking for the accommodation of not using that tech. He was told he wasn’t a lube tech so nothing to worry about. It should have been dropped at that point and nothing further done. But the service writer went back and told this person that we specifically didn’t want them working on it. When he went back to discuss this issue, He was meet by the Service Manager with an instant attitude and told he needed to leave and was “86’d” from there. I will never give this place another dime of mine and will never recommend them to anyone. To think I wasted 30k on buying my car there along with their lifetime oil change package and extended warranty. Management needs training for sure!!

I was very pleased with the servi00ice and the fact they deleted the truck after fixing the heater but the fact there was rust on both sides on the bottom and the driver side wt toindow wont come down and I feel that I paid 5000 too much and if I had it to do over I would had kept looking because I could have gotten a better deal !

They were extremely helpful and treated us with respect. We visit the area multiple times a year and often times places will not treat us fairly considering we are not from the area. This did NOT happen here. Everyone (phone, in person, and at pick up) we spoke to was professional and David was honest about the work that needed to be done. We will definitely be back again!!!

Had a failed thermostat replaced. Dealer paid for Lyft service to and from dealership. Truck available when promised same day. Low Coolant light Illuminated when I started the truck up the next day, had to top off fluid in recovery system.

I am however on the hunt for another pickup as mine has just short of 500,000 miles on it and needs some tender loving care. Looking for close to the same year, crew can with 8 foot box and canopy. I lost out on an 03 manual cummins just recently that I thought would be a perfect fit.

I brought in my 2012 dodge journey in for repairs since my car was still under warranty. They not only broke an important part in the engine and failed to notify me keeping it for sever more days, but they also failed to secure the fuel line connecting to the engine. My full tank of gas spilled completely out of my car on my way to work mid freeway. Endangering not only myself but all the cars around me with all the gasoline pooling near my car. No towing company wanted to help due to the gasoline spill... It was a very traumatic experience knowing I almost died because someone failed to do their job. I never got anything more than a sorry. Im seriously considering sueing the company not only for their accepted incompetence but for their lack of emotion especially after putting everyone in danger like that

Came in to have my infotainment system replaced as the screen is damaged (which makes backing up dangerous!) They looked at my vehicle and ordered the part. Several weeks later brought vehicle back once part was in and turns out they ordered the wrong part. I was told I would get a call in a few weeks wen new part came in. It has been over a month and they have clearly ignored and closed out my service request as I keep getting asked to do these surveys.

Problems with 12 radio/multi-system controller. Took 3 visits to the dealership to convince Dodge Corp that the dealership could have permission to replace and repair this system. 2 more weeks to get the parts in.Then I go in for routine oil change. A couple weeks later I noticed oil in my driveway. When they changed my oil they did not clean up the oil that ran all over the frame and when filling the oil reservoir they got oil all over the motor cover. This is a $65,000.00 dollar truck and I & the truck deserve better care.

Buying the car was the easy part. It was trying to get into about maintenance records and customer service for small things that were overlooked when í drove the car was neat impossible. Finance officer was rude when I asked to cancel the extended warranty as I found a better deal. Very rude after v sale was completed.

Excellent service in the service department. I will be picking up my Jeep today after they have done some warranty work and fluid changes on it. I hassled with a different Jeep dealer for months trying to get my warranty work done. It took Lithia less than a few days! Will only be taking my vehicle here from now on. I appreciated the expertise, kindness and genuine willingness to help from Seth and his mechanic Lee. I felt that they went the extra mile.

I scheduled my car took for an oil change at noon and when I arrived, the attendant didnt know why I was there despite me saying I had an appointment and after he looked up my appointment. He took my keys, gave me no timeframe for when my oil change would be done and sent me on my way. My car was kept all day and I recieved no messages, calls, or notifications at all as to if my oil change was done. The next day I end up calling to ask where my car was and they told me it was done. Great! It better have been a really good oil change if it took so long, right? Wrong. I get my car and the next morning I see theres a giant pile of oil under my car! A whole business day just to do an oil change wrong. So I bring it back, explain what was wrong and it takes them about an hour to fix it. Terrible experience. I would rather pay to get my oil changes done than use the free ones I get at this dealership. The hassle is not worth it.
