Went in to get a part for my car. Easy parking, a tad crowded, though (narrow spaces). The staff was friendly & helpful even though they were obviously busy with many customers. Junior, at the parts desk was quite knowledgeable & efficiently found my part, got me paid & on my way in no time.

Had to get maintenance done on my car, abit pricey though she runs like a dream

Extra care always shown, Sandra rocked it, and gave me an A+ experience. Despite being a dealership, excellent prices and the reason for my problem was covered by the California Emissions warranty. They scan alignment automatically of every car, and did a cheap fix, which I could feel after picking up the car! When I buy my next car, they get first shot.

Shop people tell you youre wrong after you tell them something. Life car never worked on. Yet they tell you someone worked on car before they worked on the car. Tell you you cant look at paint job at that angle, cause shows paint runs and imperfections that they say are not there.

This Service Department is clean, the drive-up bay is spacious, I was checked in within minutes. Making an appointment on line saves a lot of time. The entire exterior and interior of the Dealership is well maintained. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming...but they do not have any snacks for Customers like most of the other Dealerships do. They do however have this awesome latte machine that you can create your own beverage. The Service Rep was courteous and helpful. Wish I bought my car HERE in the first place instead of from the Pedder Group of Temecula/Hemet. Next one will be from MOSSY!

Came in for oil change and they found a leak on my rear Axle. They gave me a rental car free. They have top rate service and very honest.

Had a major transmission issue with my Xterra. Mossy Nissan said they could have it back to us in a few days. They gave us a courtesy car to use while they worked on the Xterra. It looks more like it will be 5-6 days to get the xterra back. Normally that would not be a good thing. However, the free courtesy car is a 2018 fully loaded top of the line Nissan Pathfinder premium. 😂 They can take as long as they want. You wont find me complaining. They may not have kept to the original timeline, but the outstanding customer service is beyond belief. In addition they even worked with me to get me a brand new transmission at the same price that it would have cost me for a rebuilt one. 161k miles on the 08 Xterra and it still looks like new. Only major problem Ive had with it is the transmission.
