I was able get my vehicle serviced relatively quickly even though I wasnt able to schedule an appointment in advance due to a check engine light. Great service and the service technician was very friendly and helpful! Other than the excruciatingly long wait for the shuttle driver because of COVID-19, I have no complaints.

Beside having to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment and the 3 1/2 hour wait to have a fuel filter changed out on my appointment day everything else was fine. At most fuel filter jobs should be about 40 minutes at max to change out. Not 3 1/2 hours.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. The dealership was not charging any extra due to market adjustment. Firstly, that makes them different than any other dealership out there. Secondly, that makes me trust them since they are investing in a relationship with my whole family, not just a one-time deal.

My auto purchase experience at Quality Chevrolet was the best and easiest I have ever had compared to all of the vehicle purchases I have had in the last 25 years. I was very impressed. With the purchase of my new 2020 Equinox I got free full service oil changes for life. This is my third oil change and the service is great and a gauge in the car reminds me when to call for an oil change. It works great and there is no pressure to do anything that costs money.

This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle there. The first time was great, four stars. The second time not so good. At first it seemed great because I missed my appointment but they were able to get me in and finish earlier than expected. But my tires were not rotated as it states on my receipt. Cutting corners like this will cost me more in tires in the long run. Very disappointed

The Quality Chevrolet service team did a great job. I had my vehicle in to change out a headlight bulb and a fog lamp bulb. They explained what they had to do to get to the bulbs, told me how long it was going to take and gave me an estimate. Service is awful. When u buy a vehicle here expect months of wait time to schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment a month ago and when its time to do it they told me that they dont do appointments at 11 am. However I have a confirmation email to prove thats when my appointment is. Now I have to do my own oil change because of the laziness of the employees here.

I called today inquiring into purchasing a new camaro. The salesman first of all gives me an initial otd price. Moments later when taking a bit more information from me, he increases the otd price by a couple of thousand. Also, when asked about a price breakdown, he blatantly told me that they don’t do any price breakdowns. Never heard of a dealership that doesn’t want to tell a customer how much is the car’s msrp, options, and taxes especially when I was willing to spend about 40K on a vehicle. Furthermore, the price advertised doesn’t even reflect the actual price before taxes that they try to sell you the car for unless the otd price includes a 20% sales tax which I know for a fact in California, the sales tax is not even 8%. It’s basically like a bait and switch trick. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional service. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.

Im very disappointed in this company, I was all set to purchase my vehicle out right as Im getting ready to retire and dont want payments. I provided proof of full payment with a cashiers check in there name and full asking price, and in minutes of doing so they sold it out from under me or so they say. Working with them most of the day on this I was pushed to second in line. I guess they didnt believe iI was able to pay there price. They need to consider changing their name. Maybe We Don’t Care About Your Time or Our Customers Chevrolet.I arrived at 1025 for a 1030 appointment for a basic oil change. I was told it would be 2 hours. I asked for an update at 1230 and was told it would be another 35 minutes and that they had a lot of cars come in. Its 1:20 now and Im still waiting. At 1:25 I started looking around the lot and spotted my car in the back. When I asked a mechanic nearby if my car had been worked on he said no. I went straight to the manager and told him to just give me my car. The manager said he had guys out sick and offered to put me in a rental when I brought my car back. He then said that I should have been told they were short staffed and told it would take about 4 hours. Oh...I had to wait 7 days for this appointment.This is the first service for this car, so its already covered by GM. I dont know why I wouldnt take it somewhere else.

This was my first time taking my truck to Quality for service. Although the service advisor was pleasant I was a bit disappointed with the service itself. When I drove away after the service I noticed the oil life reminder was not reset. I also notice the fuel filter reminder WAS reset. It appeared the mechanic reset the wrong reminder as I did not have my fuel filter replaced. Lastly, several hours after I returned home I noticed an oil stain on the garage floor under the truck. I was concerned something wasn’t secured properly after the service. I got under the truck and noted oil on the undercarriage directly under the oil filter. I wiped the oil clean and monitored for leaks. Luckily it appears the oil on the garage floor was due to messy work. I usually get my service done at GMC down the street but they were booked. Unfortunately I will not be back to Quality for service.

We were pleased with the selection of Chevy Bolts. The process to purchase the car took way too long. On that Saturday we were there from midday to 9:00 PM before we finished. Also, we received virtually no user training for a very complicated car before we left. The finance person did a good job. Our salesperson was very friendly and easy to deal with. This dealership is the worse. We are again returning our 80k truck with less than 5k miles on it to get it repaired. Chevy has fixed the same repair twice already and keeps giving me the runaround. Wes is a nice guy but does not take care of his clients. You would think since this is the 3rd time we have been there, they would expedite the repair. I will never buy another Chevy truck, and mind you; we have a fleet with them.

I brought my Volt in for service mid Feb 2021 and ordered a small replacement part. After months of back and forth phone calls and nobody would know what I was talking about even though the service advisor looked at my car with me and ordered the part himself. Finally they had the part and went in to get it installed May 14. After over 2 hours I picked it up and the next day in daylight I looked to see how it looked. There is no new part and just empty holes where it should be. My level of disappointment and frustration is beyond, especially when I couldnt get a hold of anyone Saturday or Sunday and was not going to deal with it Monday as it was my birthday. Im beyond over it and I will never go back, only to get a refund.

I would recommend to change your processes. I wanted to see what my loan amount was first. Then given the options to add the gap or extended warranty with the prices for each. I felt like you where not being up front at the beginning because you had everything included in the price until I asked for the price of each item. I was told it is your processes, that is why I am recommending you change your processes. Our salesperson was very nice and professional. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I am glad that the car we posted on the internet. The internet made it easy for us to look over everything before going on site. When we came to the dealer, it was time to sit down and buy it.

My truck is a new 2021 Silverado and I wanted to add fog lights, there was some question as to whether or not the fog light kit was available due not being listed as a accessory yet. They went the extra mile researching the problem to verify that the kit would work. Very happy the completed installation!

My Daughter and I both have our vehicles in the Dealership at the same time and now we are short on cars in the family. The Dealer ship could have at least offered us a car while we had our vehicles there to be repaired. Both our cars are still there.

Okay i have to rewrite this review. This dealership is one of the worse customer service i have ever received. I called and called for their managers and none of them ever return my calls. I been asking the dealership to send my legal documentations to the Az DMV and so far no help has came. Every time i called. None of the management staff were ever in. Seem to be on lunch break or taking days off. I would strongly advise you to shop else where for a chevy, just not at this dealership.

Vanessa, our salesperson, was very helpful and attentive She followed up with us after our purchase to make sure we were satisfied and also offered to assist us if we needed anything, such as help selecting and purchasing any accessories.

I had two maintenance issues with my Volt. Uriel the service representative was very professional and kept me informed about the vehicle progress. Both issues were resolved the same day. My recent experiences with the service representative and technicians have been positive.

COMPARE YOUR OWNERS MANUAL MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE TO THE DEALER RECOMMENDED SERVICE! Wife got upcharged on a regular oil change and scheduled service to $700. Why so much? Dealer recommended service. Not the mfr recommended service, you know, in the owners manual from Chevy.I had faithfully brought our car in for service to this dealer regularly, trusting them with the car I put my family in, trusting them to be honest about what the car *needs*. I couldve been getting the service done at closer places for cheaper, but I made a choice to bring the car exclusively back to the dealer for service.That trust was broken today. Ill be getting future Chevy recommended maintenance done elsewhere.
