Very personable. They are more than willing to let you take vehicles to a third party mechanic for an independent inspection. My only complaint, sales rep didnt know that the vehicle I was interested in already had a deposit on it. When I came back to take it for the inspection is when I was informed by the manager about the deposit. This would have been 5 stars had it not been for the lack of communication.

I bought a 04 Subaru Outback and it broke not even a month after owning it. Sold with little to no brake pads (known to me), faulty rod bearings, squeaky timing belt (known to me), and faulty O2 sensors, my guess is that they clear the OBDII codes beforehand and dont run the car enough for the codes to come back up. Upon further inspection of the undercarriage there was a missing nut that holds the front cross member to engine block itself, and missing nuts from the oil strainer inside the oil pan. I really dont think they do their inspection thoroughly. Do not go here unless youre mechanically savvy. Only good thing from this place was the fact that they were willing to swap some mats out and were very personable people.

I bought a 2007 Volvo SUV from 3K automotive Escondido boulevard in Escondido California. The car was a gift and when I received it the following day, the radio did not work the windshield wipers were not working the lights were a problem, all of which they said they would take care of. The transmission had been jimmyd to not allow the bad weather feature to work. The vehicle seems to have been manipulated to sell and then have upwards of $4,000 in repairs.If you are concerned about the credibility of who you buy from, look to another dealer for a fair deal.

3K Auto gave me a great experience buying a car for my teenage son. I test drove 1 car, decided it wasnt the one, but went back about a week later to look at another. They were totally honest with me the car had a check engine light on for an O2 sensor and wasnt passing smog. That was Sunday and they told me to come back on Wednesday and it would be ready to look at. Come Wednesday just as they said the car was ready with a clean smog certificate and the had put new tires on it because the old ones were bald. I drove and bought it that day and my son is over the moon happy. I didnt expect perfection buying a 2006 model with 136k miles but for a first car at $3,000 it is perfect for us. I highly recommend you check out 3K if you are in the market for a used car. I bought the cheapest car they had on the lot that day but was still treated like a valued customer. I called ahead on a unbelievably priced car that was advertised on Craigslist. I was told it was still available. I showed up 1 1/2 hours later and was told it was sold 1 hour ago. I am 95% sure they are placing bait and switch ads on Craigslist.I have a lot of friends who sell cars and I have purchased many cars from dealerships. I takes longer than one hour to get a car off the lot. Just be mindful of your time and cars priced to good in there ads.

Go elsewhere. Within 1 day of driving my volvo off the lot had to replace the battery. Withing 2 days had to replace the serpentine belt.. Within 1 week had to replace the power steering rack. Do not come here. They will sell you a lemon. Cosmetically good car. But not under the hood. Lmao when I told them Id be changing my review they told me to bring the battery that they fixed back. So after they put the wrong battery in the first time I had to come back to get a new one.ive had this car for 3 weeks and already have shelled out close to 2grand in repairs. 1300$ power steering rack replacement getting done today. Then they wanna ask for the battery back after I change my review. Do not come here. Bad place of business. Do not come in here without a mechanic.

We recently bought a car from the good folks at 3K Auto. My wife and I were in the market for a relatively inexpensive A to B car, and we wanted to pay cash. We were essentially looking to purchase a vehicle with higher mileage but still plenty of life in it, and were willing to look at vehicles with some cosmetic issues (but nothing ugly). In online searches I noticed that 3K Auto and one other dealer seemed to have a lot of cars in our price range that would work. We went to 3K Auto first, taking our 4-month old baby along with us. Upon arriving, I told them what our out-the-door budget was, and what kind of cars we were interested in seeing. The sales rep showed us several cars that were exactly what we were looking for and never once pressured us to look at anything that was out of our price range.They told us that whatever car we chose, theyd make any needed minor repairs (such as bulb replacements) so that we could choose the car we wanted based on larger considerations. They even gave us some better tires. At the end of the day, we spent exactly what we had planned on for exactly the kind of car we were looking for. They were kind and casual, and we believe we will be very happy with our purchase. I would easily shop there again.

Buying a car form 3k Auto was a wonderful experience. Great customer service, good quality car, and an unbeatable price. I bought a 1999 Toyota Corolla for just over $4,000.00 with new paint and new tires and when I took it to the mechanic I was told it is in PERFECT condition. I would recommend 3k auto to anyone. I have now had my car for around 3 months and there has been absolutely no mishaps.

Went down at around 10am, and was out by 11:45. Issa helped us, and he could not be more kind, and helpful. We had a budget, and mileage requirements, he showed us everything within range, pulled some cars us for us to test drive, and made the entire process as easy as possible. Went to look at one car ended up buying a great Scion tC. Eassa was great. I live in Fresno and I will drive all the way to 3k Auto to get my next vehicle.

Trust me, you dont want to buy a car from 3K.I went in last week and paid cash for a sadan. I was pressured into not leaving to look at a similar car but they matched the price. The problem is three days later my check engine light came on and now I have to pay out another 2000.00 dollars(that I absolutely do not have) for a car that had been framed to me as working great with no know issues. I can see if something happened after 6 months or something but not 3 DAYS! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. This brings me no joy but I felt compelled to try to save someone else from a similar fate as my own. I am now out thousands of dollars with no working car to show for it.

Bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from them on Sunday. Its Tuesday and this car broke down on me 4 times on my way home.Not happy.Update: Transmission is absolute trash. Cannot be repaired. They want to blame me for not checking the car before I bought it.TLDR; This place is a scam. Stay far away.
