Good service but credit card transaction costed me money. Mistake on the associate part. Hope to get it resolve quickly.

I went in thinking I wanted an orange lipstick. I tried many but they were too bright. Then the assistant suggested I try a rustic orange and it was perfect for my skin tone. Im surprised how they always know what works with my skin tone better than I !! Ive been using Mac makeup for over 20 years and love it!!!

Had two appointments for prom, First girl took a little longer than expected. Second girl was running around to get products ready, she took 20 minutes to start my make up. My appointment was @12:00pm and she didn’t start till 12:30. She took FOREVER doing my eyebrows but i ended up not liking them. My eyeshadow was just a bunch of shimmer shadows NOT blended. The first girl did a much better job on my sister. The cost for my sister and I was like $100+ (Not including tips). They were very friendly but mac needs to hire people who do good make up, The employee told us they get hired if you know about make up. For being Mac you’d expect them to do good make up on clients. Not as good. Also depends on who does it for you.

Sophia is one of the most talented and beautiful (inside and out) make up artists Ive ever encountered. Her own makeup was flawless and trendy, so I knew I was in good hands before she even began to do my own. She was so personable and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most, her ability to judge my complexion with expertise. A truly invaluable skill as a mua. She didnt ask me any questions, she simply pulled a combination of 3 foundations and began mixing them to create a unique pigment for me. Pretty much like I do for myself. So kudos to Sophia who really knows what shes doing.Its not hard to miss when someone is really blessed with a gift and really delights in blessing others with it...

I wear a lot of makeup. A lot of Mac. I spend a lot of money on makeup. A lot. None of that apparently mattered to the girl working. Not the first time this has happened to me there... I literally get anxiety every time I have to go there. Unless youre a size 2 or a super amazing flamboyant gay guy... You will be treated like garbage.

Tried to exchange a Fix+ bottle that wouldnt spray. It was only an exchange because no matter how I pressed the lid, it would never spay. The clerk tries it and it worked instantly but it still refused to work for me. I ended up buying another bottle and will empty the contents of the old one into it when I finish the new one. New one works easily. I shouldnt have had to pay double.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this store. Never once was I treated poorly. This store is very very busy, so with that saying maybe a friendly greet or hello was missed but I know for a fact that whenever I get my makeup done for special occasions, the stylist was always greeting other customers and quite frankly the customers would try to pull her away from me, so maybe thats what the other poor reviews were about. MAC hires the best people and it takes alot of work to prove your talent to this company. Keep up the good work ladies and gents.

I have had similar problems like the others. I am NEVER welcomed to the store. I have been in the store for several minutes and not been acknowledged.I did have one make up associate who was friendly and helpful. I would like to know if any of them have had training by MAC about their product. Most dont know how to answer questions. I think that is what others are seeing their.I go so far as having my husband pick up what I want from the Airport store at San Diego airport. He works for the PD.I think the negative comments are exclusive to this particular store. I have had great service at other locations.

Glendy was so much help, and she was such a friendly face! Hoping she is there everytime I come in from here on out. 10/10 service even though she was swamped with customers.

Not the best location Ive been to, but it was convenient since I was already at the mall. I understand it gets busy for such a small location too.

I scheduled a 90 minute makeup lesson, which costs $90 and comes with a free mascara. My artist seemed rushed and not excited to answer my questions. She didnt explain what she was doing or how to apply the products, which I found odd since I had booked a lesson. She talked with her colleague about how tires she was from the night before. About 3/4 of the way through my make-up application she said, Have you ever thought of booking a lesson? I explained that this was a lesson. She excused herself and came back and said that she had thought it was a makeup application and did more explaining for the small amount remaining (lipstick application.). When I had a previous lesson in another city, I received a diagram with the colors and places they should be applied. I didnt receive anything this time. Additionally, I asked to purchase the brow pencil used and didnt realize I didnt get it until I got home. My artist was disorganized and tired from the night before. It definitely wasnt worth $90. Next time I will go to Sephora.

One bigger girl that works there seemed to have a lil attitude and it looked like she did her makeup in the dark 😳 they gave me two defectives lipsticks I had to go back to mac and get new ones which was annoying not going back to this one

Worst experience at the Mac store in the mall i waited 20 plus minutes to be ignored and then to help people who came in after me and they new i was waiting will not return there.
