Absolutely disgusted with t-mobile but more than anything this epping NH store. The “manager” Daryl is the most unprofessional useless individual i have ever dealt with. This man should not be employed. After fraudulently taking over $400.00 out of my account on Friday and dealing with this issue all weekend, inept “assistant managers” asking to look through my bank account to “see the status” of the withdrawl that i was never informed would happen or authorized to happen. His solution to fix this issue was to offer me a $50.00 account credit and get the refund whenever i got it. When asked for his boss’s name his store number and a number to call to deal with not only his poor management but my $400.00 that was stolen from me i was given a business card with the store number and his name scribbled on the back. If you continue to do business with t mobile DO NOT do it in this disgrace of a store. Filled with incompetent individuals who could care less about making there wrongs right.

Worst customer service experience ever. I am not one for reviews but the experience has left such a terrible impression. The manager gave me incorrect information and repeatedly said, “that’s above my pay grade” when I asked questions. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone and my son’s phone because I noticed we were eligible for an early upgrade. He told me I had to pay the phones off before I could upgrade. When I asked about what my insurance covers on my son’s phone, he could not have been more annoyed and told me to just go to the Apple store to ask what they would do. We left, went to the Plaistow T-Mobile and they were happy to help! They answered my questions, upgraded our phones (without paying a dime) and made sure my unlimited plan was the right one for my family.

The store manager was not very nice. He told me no I could not do something with my account that the t- mobile customer service line (611) said that I could do and that the store could do it for me.Just was a horrible experience and I never complain about anything but this was not right.Customers come first. That’s the foundation of any retail.Ever since I have not gone back to this store.

The support I received in this store I feel is unsurpassable. Specifically Jason, went above and beyond. Also, Daniel (there helping on his day off) and Andrew took a genuine interest in the important issues at hand. I recommend this store highly and if receive any of these 3 exceptional sales representatives, consider yourself in good hands.If you happen to go to the Portsmouth location, ask for Andrew. Also top notch.On a personal note.... Thank you!!

My dad walked in with an appointment to get help with my phone. Employee was very unhelpful. He tried to log on to his account and couldnt do it. He asked for my dads ID and but he just recently lost wallet so he didnt have it. He said, then theres nothing I can do for you. He was in the store for less than 3 mins. We drove home and chatted with sprint online. The same information my dad gave the guy at the store, he gave the ladies. They were able to find his account with very little effort. Sounds like the employee needs more training on the system and possibly customer service training. Maybe a new job if he hates the one he has.

Dump Verizon and get Tmobile much cheaper better service and no dropped calls. I was a Verizon customer for years and they were not good at upgrading their products so had to buy a booster for better service hahaha talking to a representative and drop call 😄 So thats when i finally got rid of them and went to Tmobile and got there service 😀 never a drop call and much cheaper with better deals and more 🤝😎👍🇺🇸

Such a great store. The manager Daryl was so helpful and made sure we had a great experience. The sales people were friendly and helpful and not pushy at all both times we were in there. Would recommend this location to anyone!

TOTAL Nightmare of Dropped calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR Money. I averaged 4 to 8 Dropped calls a day. When I called tech support. They were even surprised at the number of dropped calls. They gave numerous excuses . About the network having problems. Or the Tower......Switched to VERIZON . One dropped call in EIGHT WEEKS. Also cell phone works on roads were t-mobile always failed.! They wouldnt even give credit for all the DROPPED CALLS I had PER DAY ! Then to make matters worse. They wanted ANOTHER payment after not using them for one month.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. In fact this is the best we have ever been treated in any phone provider store including T-Mobile. Really. I will always drive the extra miles for this kind of service. Left with a new phone, service was Fabulous

Was scammed/fraud at this location August 2019 and it was reported.I walked in to purchase a phone, next thing we know we have added charges for additional items show up in our bank account off our debit card along with a months prepaid service to a number not belonging to us. Total was over 115$ in bogus charges.Avoid this place and the two male employees who smooth talk and sell overpriced devices, this is not a T Mobile “Corporate store” the company advised us to only visit such in the future.

The customer service at this location is horrible. Out of all the T-Mobile store in the area, and out of the area, this one fails to uphold the standards of customer service T-Mobile has always put in place.T-Mobile as a whole has been a wonderful company and we have had nothing but pleasant experiences aside from the 2 times visiting this store.The lack of concern and care on part of the staff at this location is deplorable in comparison. Due to the high satisfaction everywhere else amongst T-Mobile, it makes the bad experiences at this location even more infuriating.They are condescending and rude. They are never willing or able to explain things pertaining to the reason your visiting in a manner that is clear, concise and helpful. When you ask for better clarification on anything, they throw their hands up and are not able to do so.When told on the phone by customer care, or any other department for that matter, that we can go into ANY T-Mobile store location and receive help for A, B and C, and extend to tell us exactly how the staff would do it on their end, this store refuses to put forth the time or effort it would take to do so.They blame the employees on the phones end for their incompetence in not knowing how it works as a manager in a store. They claim their specific store is different and cannot do the things others are able to do.They are rude, smug and lazy. They make it difficult to want to stay a customer of T-Mobile in general.

After a rocky start with a beautiful, new but defective LG7 phone I ordered from T-Mobiles website Stephanie from the Epping store was able to manage the situation and come up with a great solution. Kudos to T-Mobile and Stephanie for working hard to resolve the situation.

Traffic was bad the service was great its been a week in the day since my top teeth have been removed and the new ones are installed the worst is over I feel really good doctor he actually called me directly and asked how I was doing and Ive never had that for a long time very satisfied guess I shouldnt have smoked when I was younger
