This stop was a wonderful experience. The technician was able to troubleshoot and also sold me a used iPhone 8. A bit of an upgrade from my waterlogged iPhone 7. He was so reassuring and was able to transfer all my photos onto my new phone. So thankful to this young man. He was very kind and assuring. Thankful!☺️

I was quoted 125.00 to have my camera and lens cover replaced. When I came to pick it up he rang it up as 175.00. I told him the other gentleman quotes 125.00. Without pause he investigated and charged me 120.00. I appreciated that terrific customer service! Reasonable cost and great service!

I came to this place to get my iPhone screen replaced. The guy was very nice, informative and professional. I had my screen replaced, got a screen protector and a new case in a half hour! I left the store very satisfied. When I got home my phone was acting glitchy and not responsive in some areas. I contacted the repair store and they had me troubleshoot the phone and when that didn’t work they told me to come on in. I had the same gentleman and he quickly replaced my screen again and was very pleasant to work with. They were very thorough and I’m extremely happy with the outcome.

We walked in and were greeted by Dylan, who manages the store. I need a new battery as the one that I had in my iPhone XR was weak. within 20 minutes he had a new battery installed. He also mentioned that they can repair the microphone, speaker and the camera. Very knowledgeable and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I brought in a shattered screen on my IPAD and it was repaired very quickly a few months ago. I brought it back today because I was experiencing what was like a dead spot in the middle of the screen. Couldn’t move anything around this spot. Dylan put a new screen on and it is working as good as new! No cost to me as it was under warranty. Never heard about this place but someone recommended after my iPhone died from water damage. I don’t think I have ever had a phone fixed after water damage just assuming it was a lost cause. This time I was devastated because some super important stuff on my phone had never transferred to the cloud. Dylan was professional and pleasant. He fixed my phone way faster than I expected (within an hour) and gave me options as to how much he could fix it for me, how much it would cost and explained how the phone would function after. Super impressed and grateful for this place!! I will send everyone I know that has a phone issue to them. Also, price was way better than I expected!!

What a great experience. My daughter broke the screen on her iPad just days before a road trip. NH iPhone Repair was able to replace the screen same day and for a great price! Super happy I found this place on google. My phone was cracked and had colored lines going through the screen. I was about to buy a new phone. I came in with a badly cracked IPad screen, this place was able to replace it very quickly as well clean my IPhone charging port. Other shops like this quoted me almost double then what they charged me I would highly recommend this business.

My charger broke off in the iPad port and thankfully it was quickly removed (although I understand not all can be removed without replacing the port itself, very specialized). Fast, accommodating, pleasant and informative. I won’t hesitate to return if the need arises. Highly recommended.

I called Saturday about a cracked iPhone screen and was able to make an appointment at my convenience on Monday. The shop is very clean and organized and the technician Vinny, was prompt, professional, and responsive. The screen was replaced within the hour and Vinny even fixed the vibration motor which had gone wonky. At $80 I thought it was a very good value. Highly recommend.

These people know their stuff don’t waste your time or money at one of those mall kiosks. I’ve been there (mall kiosk) and the screens they use are horrible, by that I mean the resolution/quality is terrible colors don’t even match. My only suggestion to improve the experience is this: it would be awesome if there was some way the company could put forward a guarantee of your privacy/data while they have your equipment in their hands. All in all I am quite happy.

I was in such a rush to get my phone fixed that I called Dylan at 5 and they close at 6 and he could fit me right in!! After he fixed it I was kinda curious how much a case was and ended up buying a screen protector installed and a case for just $45! Great service!

It was so quick, and they did a great job fixing the glass that covers our cameras on our Samsung 10! We went to a different place first that told us we probably would not be able to replace it, and we would most likely need to get a new phone. My husbands iPhone battery died so we went to a local iPhone repair shop to get it replaced- upon doing so- the phone went into what is called a “boot loop” and we were told it was a software issue and that it needed to be restored to the factory settings. We were devastated because we had not backed up the phone with many years of pictures and videos including our daughters birth. We took the phone to the guys at NH iPhone Repair and they were nothing but helpful and professional! They were able to get the phone out of the boot loop and recover all of our lost photos and videos without resetting the phone!! Day after Christmas I recieved a call back from my inquiry. I was pleasentlycsurprised by the price of the repair and the immediate availability to do such repair. It was 15 min longer then expected but I was very happy with the finished product. Phone looks just like new.
