Came here with an issue were I was given the wrong info. Taylor went out of her way to help us more then expected and has helped give me a reason to come back. I recommend coming here and working with her

Good service. Be careful with buying refurbished consoles, they sometimes break soon after purchase. Lines can be very long at times around holidays, but not usually too bad. If you are trading in a console, you must bring in the controller along with all cords the console came with, or youll have to pay for the missing pieces. Overall good place to sell and buy gaming related items.

Worker are amazing and friendly. Trade in value kinda stinks. Theyll give you 1.00 for a,3game that should be $20.00 a lot of different gaming styles to choose from. Song like that theyve remodeld the cases.

Purchased a new xbox controller and a headset. Due to my setup, (pc), i was unable to use the headset. I asked if I could return it and they said not without a receipt. However, the clerk went out of her way to help me find the receipt in the computer. I was so impressed with the service, I went back after returning my item, and purchased another controller. Great service.

Stay away from their used controllers. I needed a new one because a button was basically stuck. Spent $35 for a used one (was my only option), and have the same problem! Wish theyd check these out more thorough. Oh, and no refund or exchange offered.

Beware of this GameStop. Female staff is rude, lies, and has no useful information about games or consoles. Go to Plaistow, Salem(mall), or Seabrook. Do not preorder at this GameStop, they will lie to you just to get you to preorder or keep your preorder at this store. GINA(the assistant manager) is rude, will lie about who she is, what her role is there, and has no idea what is going on for sales and specials. I bought a copy of Monster Hunter World. The case I brought up was a stock MHW case. When I got home I took the games out of the bag and realized I was given a GameStop generic case. I called and spoke to GINA (who also rang me out) and asked if i could get the real case she told me no, that the case is the only one they have and it belongs on the floor so people can see the case. I said there are plenty of games with generic cases on the floor and that I should be able to get that case. She still said no, I asked to speak or get the store managers name and she told me she was the store manager and that what she said was final. I called the Plaistow store and they told me to just come on down and they would give me the case. On the way there the district manager called me and told me he was sorry that I should not have been treated that way. There would be a $15 gift card and MHW case at Plaistow when I got there. I could go on and on but will end with this. Male staff here is courteous and knowledgeable, will help with anything, the blonde girl is also helpful. Management here is a joke and doesnt know what customer service is.

Such a rip-off. I tried to trade in items that were easily worth $70 dollars if they sold them, they tried to give me $3.50 for all of it. Dont trade in at Gamestop, they rip you off

Was looking to buy a new Xbox One S controller due to my other controller having stick drift issues. Went in and told the lady I was interested in purchasing a controller. Acknowledged my request politely, but then proceeded to grab a used controller instead of the new one off the shelf. I asked her if I could have a new one, and she insisted on giving me a used one saying it was just tested. I said that was fine with me, mainly because I didnt feel like arguing with her... HOWEVER I did ask SPECIFICALLY IF THIS WAS THE S CONTROLLER. (New Gen of Controller released when the Xbox one S was released) She said uhh yeah it works with the S, Xbox one X, everything.. Uhhhh.. ok then. Not my question. Nowhere even close actually.. I got home, realized it was NOT the S controller, (Had the 3.5mm Jack but still a Gen or so older) plugged it in, and whatdya know. The left bumper is basically unresponsive. Requires multiple physical presses for even one response. And you claim it was JUST GameStop Tested .. Unbelievable. Absolute Garage experience in this store. Where as in the past previous associates were good. Never again. Will absolutely be Sticking to Amazon.

I usually stop here once and a while after work, its down the road from us in Newfields. The first thing I have to say is for one person that works there, the big guy with the glasses and darkish beard is rude. They have been asking me about an PowerUps Awards card over and over again and they kept on explaining it to me over and over!, Ive told them ten freaking times I dont want one!, Because its a rip off, I looked it up online. Ive been ripped off here before and I dont want to get ripped off again. All I wanted to do is just pay for my stuff and leave, thats all I wanted to do. Today, he insulted me for the last time today. Right after he and the other guy explained it to me and after I finished paying for my stuff, he wanted to shake my hand and asked what what my name is. I told him nothing and I didnt revile my name to them, then he said to me Ok thats fine, you dont know your own name. I mean who would speak to someone like that, its an insult. All I can say is, since Ive been insulted for the last time. Today is my last day I come here and Im not coming back here anymore!, Im sticking with the Game Exchange in Plaistow, NH.
