Baited into buying a display. Called back because its messing up. Was spoken to as if I was a 5 year old. Cant take that tone with me. Metro lost a long standing customer today. Very poor customer service. Learn to be more respectful to your customers.

Even though we arent customers with the company at this time, we want to give a shout out to Teka. We came in with a problem on a phone and she took her time to help us solve it. It was on a Sunday afternoon while the phone repair shops are closed and she helped us out. Great customer service, Teka (even though we really werent customers). Thumbs up!!

They are always polite, and helpful. We had a phone go bad and they gave us several options to get a new phone. Anytime weve had a problem they work hard to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Phone service really sucks, only half of texts go through, lose all phone service constantly which can be very dangerous.

I went their today and the costumer service was excellent

After several extremely poor experiences here I am very dissatisfied. I was excited to have a MetroPCS store in town but am fine with commuting to Stillwater again just to avoid these depressing morons. Apparently bad reviews and poor ratings in the phone survey mean nothing. The employees at this particular store are incompetent and often rude. They sell products and services blindly making it absolutely clear that numbers are more important than customer satisfaction. If you bring it to their attention, they pass the blame to entities higher than themselves and proclaim an inability to correct their mistakes. Not to mention the morose atmosphere in which they conduct their business. I like MetroPCS as a service provider and company, however, this particular store and its employees are garbage. I advise the owners to monitor their business and those who work there very carefully. Myself and my lady refuse to be patrons of this establishment any longer and will deal with our accounts and services, online or out of town from now on. I would give negative five stars if it were possible.To the employees: grab a dictionary after reading my post. I know you will need it and do not want you to think that any of the big words I utilized, were complimentary.

I cant give details for the reason I went to the store but I cant tell you that Rosa was absolutely marvelous with her help I believe if I ever need assistance are again I will not accept you from anyone other than Rosa she is an awesome awesome person very knowledgeable and helpful funny complete perfect person for the job two thumbs up Rosa
