Super clean & sanitary workers have great attitudes ...I am so happy with my cut, color & style its amazing I was nervous because Ive only cut my hair once or twice before but I came out feeling brand new and happy I made the decision!!!

I am from out of state and always try to schedule with Lauren when I’m in town. She was booked. I had to schedule with Dannyelle the Manager. Dannyelle was rude and tried to blame my purple and orange hair on me! I wanted brown and blonde. Luckily, Lauren was there for the rescue and fixed it for me. Dannyelle should learn from Lauren about customer service.

Completely appalled by the stylist or receptionist who answers the phone.Because they accept walk ins to be courteous I called ahead to see if they would have time to do a kids cut at 6:30pm (I was literally across the street) and they close at 7pm.In a very monotone voice the receptionist answers the phone “Fantastic Sams”. I ask if they would have time to squeeze in a kids cut before 7pm. She says “No” and “bye”.Completely unprofessional and unfriendly.I will not be returning to this establishment for anything.This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced bad service here.

This will my last visit to this location. Today I went in to Fantastic Sams to get my eyebrows reshaped and waxed. I was never asked what I wanted, I should of walked out then. The worker was in a bad mood. She was rough, and annoyed that I wasnt happy when she handed me the mirror. I asked for the hairs to be cleaned up, she was rude. I understand having a bad day, but damn. I will not be returning.

Was in this pass Monday 4/18/2020 for a cut, color and wax. This 99% of the time takes and hour from start to finish, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to do. With only 2 hair stylist there and they were also answering the phone which was non stop. Im a first responder and I know safety and safety wasnt the problem. This place needs a receptionist there during this time. These stylist were doing there best to take care of their customer in front of them and also the phone. Management get this location someone who can answer the phone so these stylist can take care of their customers properly.

I love this place. Most of the stylists are fantastic and after a year of regular cuts Ive had a mediocre cut just once, and every other stylist has been awesome. Always quick and friendly, and they remember you.You could pay four times more for a cut and have a way crappier experience elsewhere, but... Why? This place is great and I and my family will keep going as long as theyre around.

I never went there. Might have driven by. Google needs to stop invading peoples privacy. Unfortunately the only way to use any of your monopolized services is to agree to give your left arm and first two children along with every personal piece of your life to the great giant goooooogle.

I have got my haircut many times here and the barbers are nice. I recommend children go here because from personally experiences the barbers know what they are doing.

I love going to fantastic Sams in Elyria. The girls are so nice and do a incredible job. I have been many places to get my hair done, but since being at fantastic Sams on Elyria I will NEVER go anywhere else. Instant beautiful results. They do hi lite, lo- lites, wax, cut, style. Finally went here to get my hair cut after 3 years when best cuts chopped it horribly short. They made me feel so comfortable and did an AMAZING job on my hair. I absolutely love it and will be going back for my future hair cuts!

Its a nice place but better to call an appointment. Walking in you may be waiting for along time. After 30 minutes and 2 kids in front of me I left and went somewhere else.

I sent my daughters there to get their eyebrows waxed and it was horrible. Both of them had a lot of wax left on their face and both were uneven. Dont waste your money.

Fantastic Sams is more like Fantastic Scams. I have given this place 2 opportunities to redeem themselves and each time i do i walked out spending 150 each visit and not leaving with what i asked for and wanted and the stylist keep trying to sell you the crappy end results like a used cars salesman. The hair dye prices fair prices but what they get you is if we have to use.an extra batch its more. Well.each time.i go they always use extra when they didnt have to at all! Because of short hair they will slather extra on just to say ooh i need more coloring. Then the base color doesnt even come close to what you wanted and they leave dye all over your neck and clothes.forehead, side etc.you ask for an ashy blonde highlights and you get orangey copper color and the kicker is you look ridiculous and the stylist is telling you look great. Like these stylist really got their licenses from a box of crackerjacks. Dontrelleget me started on the cuts choppy uneven haircuts..this last visit really is my last i invested 300ish into what i want to look like and leave more and more disappointed. I would not recommend this place more than a blowout and set.

Being going there for 2 years on Sunday I went in with my son for us both to get a haircut the stylist who did his hair was too busy talking with other people in the salon and really messed up his hair. It was so obvious I wasnt going to waste my time it was very obvious she did want to cut his hair. Needless to say I will be looking for someone else to cut our hair in the future.

Clean friendly, ok prices rarely wait long. If youre a regular customer there are discount days and a repeat customer program.
