I like Walgreens, just not my experience at Jason the most unfriendly person who shouldnt be helping people. Id didnt go into Walgreens to deal with this middle aged man who is in his feelings at work.

Friendly service. Has ATM and other services like cashback, passport photos, & pharmacy that are helpful available 24/7.

I have been going through this store for awhile and this is the third time I notice on receipt they dont give you sale prices with your card. So nail polish 2 for 9. I get home one 5.29 and says sale next to it and the other one 5.59 the total is 10.88. They use to have good workers there and know the are very rude with no customer service.

This has been one of my all time favorite stores bc I get most items on discount. I definitely make a large contribution to this store. The people are very nice as well. All around wonderful store!!

The pharmacy is horrible, go somewhere else. But other than that, good discounts, good products, have some items no other shop has.

If I could give the. A. Minus 1 I would. My granddaughter was in a ho6car accident and I had to take her to get her antibiotics. The price was so high I could not get it. The lady at the counter was very rude as we were both upset enough. I will never shop there again. This was on Cleveland Street in Elyria. Buy the way. I went to Marcs. The mess were 3/4 of the price and they gave us discount. They treated us very nicely and understood why we were so upset. Never ever have I been treated so rudely. Walgreens your employer needs not to work with people.

My dentist sent through my prescription for antibiotics and ibuprofen on thursday and its now MONDAY and its just now getting filled! Great service! Will not get another prescription filled there. Do yourself a favor...go to CVS!

To the lady manager of Walgreens on Cleveland st., thank you for sticking up for me. I was using a 5/12 off digital coupon coming from Walgreens itself (not manufacturer) and a RR (register rewards) that prints out when you buy a certain stuff, (again, still a Walgreens coupon) which is taken as cash, and the old lady cashier, which is always a negative Nancy said I can’t use both. She refused to scan it and I said why can’t I? I know your policy and NOWHERE on the policy says I can’t? She then called the manager and the manager said if it scans, then it’s okay. I am not doing anything wishy washy. Everything is coming from Walgreens! I know how Walgreens have been cracking down on extreme couponers and their systems have been designed to detect/refuse anything that is out of the policy. The old lady just doesn’t want to let me see save $$$. Instead of being dumbfounded “how did it happen?”, maybe take time reviewing the policy.

Ive been using the pharmacy here for years. They always have everything on time. I love their rewards program.

This review is regarding the health clinic. I was fortunate enough to be able to make an appointment within twenty minutes on the same day of feeling ill. The NP was very nice and attentive with her exam and diagnosis. The thing that really meant a lot to me is that she called on the second day to follow up with me and answered some of my concerns. I would definitely return to this location.

The internet says its a FedEx store its NOT! Its only a drop off and the guy at the photo desk is rude.

Terrible staff that lies about hours and having prescriptions filled. Your better off at drug mart or anywhere else really.

Always nice. Photo section always very helpful. Natalie very nice and got my passport photo done fast. Pharmacy wait times are reasonable.

Go here all the time for stuff, and the rewards program is great! Got $10 off a purchase the other day because of how many points I racked up!! Love that its 24 hours as well. :)

My husband and I are young regulars at this Walgreens and the cashiers are always wonderful! Very fast, helpful and friendly. Nicole and the other ladies are amazing and keep us coming back!

Switched here from CVS, love the hours and convenience. The prices are a bit high. Pharmacy and store staff are great.

I have to say the pharmacists here are very helpful (some of the pharmacy staff is a little unhappy acting). I have got tons of help and respect here though at the pharmacy. The regular workers have always been more than friendly with me at the checkout. This is a great location.

Went in before the FedEx guy came through to pick up items. Manager was setting up my package to get sent out, he literally waited until the man came in and left to finally scan the package for it to be sent off. There was a reason why I came before the allotted time the FedEx man came. Had I known he was going to make me wait for no reason, I would have came earlier, better yet, went to the one by my house. Even though it’s slower service, it would have been on the truck at least. I don’t want to stand all day. I’ll go to the one in Lorain, this is ridiculous.

Typical Walgreens, sometimes they have good deals. Other times prices are what they are but its like that at most pharmacies anymore

Nothing. They told me to leave when I tried to go to the clinic. The doctor or whomever was seeing patients was complaining and how busy it was and saying he was going to take his good ol time seeing people

All the workers are sweet and they are willing to help even with the little things thanks walgreens!

Called 2 separate days in a row about recieving vaccine Was promised that vaccine would arrive the next day, but when I called pharmacists were clueless as to the whereabouts of the vaccine. No concern for fact that I was leaving on international trip that week and needed shot.

Never again. I used to pay for cheesburgers 2 for $2.00 now they are 5 for $5.00 you can keep them. Bye
