The second time I went here with my daughter one of the employees very rudely told me they only sell to beauticians. I tried explaining that we had purchased products there before but she kicked us out in a very Karen like manner.

I love going in and seeing whats new and on sale,dont forget this Sun. thru Tues. stuff on sale ! Everyone always needs stuff for hair and body and great socking stuffers !🎅🌲❄❤

The staff is super helpful ; especially how retail places move everything around all the tile . The staff is knowledgeable about their products the sakes and where they are located. Best is they know which products us buyers like the most and recommend them

Tried buying a hair clip Ive got really thick curly hair. But you cant buy anything without a cosmetology licence.

Normally I have a good experience but this time the lady followed me around the store i mean to the point she was standing in my way while looking at the color staring at me I started walking around to see if she was really following me and she followed me so closely it had me so uncomfortable I left with out getting any of it. l was in the store a week before that and they didnt do that Idk why she felt the need but Ill be back if she dose the same thing I will find a new store to get my color from

They by far have the largest selection compared to all their other locations ! Staff is great when they have and when they don’t it really sucks waiting to checkout . Not the employees faults tho ... would have given 5 if they had enough employees

KC is the most knowledgeable person Ive ever spoken to that works at Cosmoprof. He is amazing and I highly recommend if you have a question on pretty much any color line he can answer it for you!!! By the way Ive never done a review on Cosmoprof or the people that work there before!!!

Everybody that works there have been helpful and knowledgeable. Selling to only licensed professionals is the whole point of the store. Thanks to the employees for all there hard work.

Not sure why they only sell to licensed professionals only and there is a Sallys Beauty right down the street. Explained to the girl I was new to the location while having great conversation. She let me shop until i took all my items to the counter saying we only sell our items to licensed professionals. Very unprofessional and misleading.

I have been going here since 2013 and I love it! Never have had an issue.
