Absolutely the worst people Ive met. I walked in and I already knew what I needed to get. However when I put my things at the counter the manager was telling me I needed another product to help the hair dye set. I told her no thank you I just wanted the dye. However she didnt like that I guess and proceeded to tell me I didnt know what I needed and tried to ring up the product anyways. I left with nothing. Ill gladly go somewhere else.

Michelle is the best. She remembers me by name. Shes so kind and helpful. I love this store

Really loved the variety of nails and hair products. Would love a bit more reasonable pricing. Well not really because then I would spend too much. 😂

Went there on the map there was no store just empty lots i tried calling and was put on hold for 5 min, wasted much of my delivery time

It is a bigger store than I’m used to which was nice however, I was looking for the punky color color remover and they were out so the lady there recommended “one n only color fix with argan oil”She said her boss recommends it so I figured it would work. Now I currently have half blue hair which is obviously going to be a semi permanent color, she recommended a permanent hair color remover. As I read the directions it said it won’t work on direct dyes aka semi permanent hair color so I wasted almost $30 on a recommendation for something that won’t even work for my hair. Also I can’t get a refund on the box I didn’t use. Total waste, wouldn’t recommend going there unless you know exactly what you want.

Came in to grab some stuff for my husband’s hair the other day and couldn’t stop thinking about the experience I had shopping here so I finally decided to write up a review. I came in and immediately I was warmly greeted by the manager “Michelle” and she asked if I needed help finding anything and I told her what I was looking for so I explained the situation. But she just replied in the most rude and uninterested manner when I asked her which products she would recommend. Wouldn’t shop here if the only other Sally’s was 2 states away.

Used to work here. Manager is very deceiving and is not manager material. She pushed me back in my shell when we had moved to knee location. After she slaved us to make store look perfect she cut all of our hours and said our hours would be based off sales.. I made my sales and still somehow found my way to the least hours a week. Because of only working two times a week I decided it was time to go ahead and get a new job.. I had gotten a job and my orientation was the week next and on a day I usually didn’t work out of my TWO days and she was very unprofessional about the situation. Would love to work for Sally’s just never at this location!

The ladies that work here are so friendly and helpful! Ive been in multiple times and each time they have helped me with my questions, and are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend the Elyria Sallys for sure! :)
