Great coffee shop next to the water. Short walk to the waterfront means this company is accurately named. Coffee was well made and quick. Breakfast burrito was tasty and vegetarian-friendly. All around enjoyable visit.

Look out coffee shop lovers, I just took my wife and some of our family down to Waterfront Coffee Company and had a great experience from opening up the door to drinking the last drop of my White Mocha. While waiting in line I could tell the atmosphere was buzzing, the workers were upbeat and ready to serve the customers with a smile. Greg, the owner, also was there making sure we were taken care of. Personally I love a good breakfast sandwich and when I took my first bite of the Bacon Gouda, I knew I would be back for more! Waterfront Coffee Company will be on my Edmonds list every time I am ready for some good coffee, good service and a Bacon Gouda. See you next time!

Im from Ogden, UT where I work for a local 3rd wave coffee joint, so I was looking for a similar vibe, and this place is as close to local as it gets! The baristas working were knowledgeable and friendly and they made excellent recommendations. Their Mexican Mocha was very delicious, as was the scone I had. Small and intimate space, perfect for writing, right by the water! Wonderful ambiance, great menu with several options, local arts and crafts to purchase, beautiful art on the walls, and a good selection of whole beans. If you are in town looking for somewhere small, local, and delicious, this is it!

I went into this coffeehouse during my wait time for the ferry. There were two girls running this house Sara and Alyssa. As someone who serves, I was super impressed with their ability to acknowledge the new customers that walked in to wait in line and the efficiency behind the counter as they not only maintained drink timing for all guests but also food which includes, but is not limited to, toasting bagels, scooping ice cream, and warming pastries. They made sure to ask all clarifying questions to ensure the customers received what they wanted, how they wanted it, the first time. Great job ladies! Way to have a successful positive team attitude that keeps the experience of the customer as a priority.

The best coffee in Edmonds hands down. They put care into the coffee itself and the result is obvious. Espresso that is smooth, has depth, and doesnt cut the back of your throat.

If you order a traditional Cappuccino you get a traditional Cappuccino. This aint Starbucks, Waterfront knows what theyre doing. I know a good Cappuccino and they make a fantastic Cappuccino. Service was warm and friendly. Even though they had a trainee they focused on the customer and delivered perfection.I sampled one of the pasties which was very tasty for a reheat. The new paint job and decor is fresh and bright which is much more pleasant than previous owners.

Ive been going to this coffee shop for some time and its amazing! They have the best lattes and I love they are trying to be more eco-friendly by switching to paper straws - keep up the good work!Would love to see try to reduce more plastic and not use the fake compostable stuff.

Delicious! My best friend and I grabbed a donut and a latte each and it was so warm and cozy for a windy day at the beach. I love that they have alternative milk and not the cheap watery kind. The staff was so friendly, they also have ice cream which will be great for when the weather warms up!

Good flavours. I tired the lavender latte with honey. It was a tab bit sweet for my taste, would recommend skipping the honey.

Coffee was good, hot chocolate was basically chocolate milk, not even luke warm. Busy morning I wouldve better stocking up on pastries too. No bagels, what the heck? Croissant last one was very crumbly and dry.

Cute and cozy little coffee shop right at the Edmonds ferry. Free parking behind the building, wifi if you ask for the password, and really sweet and friendly employees. When I mentioned we were new to the area and trying out a new coffee shop each week, they immediately told me about their loyalty program (buy 9 coffee drinks and get one free) and got me set up. Iced firecracker mocha was great, as was the matcha latte sweetened with vanilla. Definitely a place to come back to.

Havent been for years but stopped by on Saturday for an almond milk latte. I always ask for lots of cinnamon and nutmeg steamed into the milk. For the first time, the ladies at Waterfront got it exactly right - lots of cinnamon and nutmeg and it was wonderful. They were very friendly and it was so good to be in a place where the staff enjoys themselves. I dont get to Edmonds often but this will always be a stop when I do get there. Oh, and Ive known one of the owners for over 25 years - great people who will make this place great.

Nice pleasant place near the water and Edmonds ferry. Good variety of Java with some unique lattes. They do have all the ‘milk alt’ such as hemp or almond milk. Cute ice cream cones for the children.

The best way to warm up after leaving the Edmonds/Kingston Ferry is to head straight up the hill to Waterfront Coffee Company. If there is a line, its because the secret has been let out about their warm, festive drinks and delish pastries. Its definitely worth the wait.After youve finished your treats, you can continue heading up the street and burn off the nasty calories.A must stop after waiting/leaving the ferry or for a nice stroll around town.

I love Waterfront Coffee! I work in downtown Edmonds, and everyone in our office is obsessed with this coffee shop. The baristas are super caring and attentive -- they actually have remembered our order which makes me feel super loved. Though they dont always have the same food items, the food they get is local and is always delicious! Not to mention, their drip coffee and cold brew is hands down THE best. The shop itself is always oh-so-cozy; they feature a variety of artwork by local photographers and painters, and the overall energy is very warm and inviting. In addition to delicious coffee, Waterfront is conscientious, dog-friendly, and invested in their community.

Great, local family-owned coffee shop right next to the ferry terminal. Get a great drink, leave a drink or grab a free drink if qualify via one of the many post-it note drink credits paid for by other patrons. They also have a mobile app to order a drink if youre cutting it close in the ferry line.

Went in to grab a frap and an iced tea on the hottest day of the year and it felt like walking into an oven. There was a ceiling fan that didnt work, ac that doesnt work and strangely enough the bathroom was out of order too.The barista was extremely apologetic and was attentive and friendly. It is a shame she has to work in those conditions. Will not go back and support that business.

I used to go there almost every day cause i liked the taste of their coffee but, since they changed the staff it’s not the same!!! The quality of the coffee is disappointing and they’re very disrespectful!! Never going back again!

This place has it all! Sidewalk seating to take in the view, decent coffee (cafe vita) and delicious local ice cream and treats! I love spending a quiet morning here watching the ferry come and go. My only beef is I wish it was open later.

Full and good quality menu, including specialty drinks like the orange zest chai tea (so good!) and house made syrups. Ill definitely be back to get a drink and go to the beach.

Update: I heard that Waterfront Coffee was under new ownership and decided to give it another chance. I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff, environment and general positive energy of this little coffee shop was excellent. The young womyn behind the counter were especially friendly and upbeat. Their menu is good and varied and, the coffee is very good and prices reasonable. I will definitely be coming back and will bring my friends!_______________I have tried to give this coffee company a chance but after 3 visits, I can now say I will not return. As an Edmonds resident of 20 years, I love to support our local shops. Waterfront Coffee just doesnt seem to get things right. Unfortunately, it all comes down to the servers/staff. On each visit, there have been different staff, but all have had the same customer service attitude, which appears to be Im not interested in serving you but I have to. At the price of coffee, one should at least get decent service. Sad to say, this local will no longer patronize Waterfront Coffee.

Horrible experience!!!! Tried ordering my 20oz 3 shot breve cap 1/3 foam...which I get all over the place no problem...they tell me is not possible. The only establishment that serves coffee that acts like a cappuccino cannot be made in any other size than 8oz...this is not the first time Ive had an issue trying to order my drink here. I will not be returning and will not reccomend to anyone!!!!!

Today the young lady who made my latte added cinnamon to top off my caramel latte. I did not ask for this, but I guess she thought it would pair well. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cinnamon... Thanks for the sore throat. I had already gotten back to my car for the ferry ride, and tried to call and let them know. Unfortunately, they dont seem to answer the phone either. Its a cute place, and my husband liked what he ordered, and that is why I offered two stars. Dont add items to beverages that they didnt ask for, please.

I just ordered a brive 20 oz.. hot coffee as I was waiting in line for the ferry which I often do at this shop, and the young man who took the order.put about half the normal coffee.in it maybe.1.shot,.after i gave.him a $1.40 cent tip. It is so weak i am throwing it out.

Nice local coffee shop right down by the ferry dock in Edmonds. Accepts tap to pay and traditional methods. Offering pre made foods, and baked goods to go with espresso drinks made to order. Often the music is fun, playing disco and 80s but not always. We go here a few times per month.
