The Ladies here work extra hard and seem to still have lots of fun making Awesome tasty drinks. Love the London fog that was suggested that has Lavender and Vanilla in it!Lavender Latte is so yummy too!

Im going to give BFJ Edmonds a five-star review for their night staff. I definitely will only recommend that you visit this location late at night after 10pm. The graveyard staff are the best and they really know how to make drinks whether that be Espresso, Red Bull, Italian Soda, etc. Every time Ive ever visited during the wee hours, Ive tasted perfection (both hot and cold drinks)! I think theyve been with Bigfoot Java for a long while and so they really understand how to make drinks and shell make great suggestions if you just tell them what youre craving. For example, I once asked for an Italian Soda with coconut vibes and she made me her own concoction which turned out so good. When I have visited during the day and this is at least 5 to 6 times, my drinks were made poorly and with a heap of attitude even when tipping 15-25%. When I mentioned this to the night crew, they did inform me that many of them are still in training, so they may not know how to make drinks the Bigfoot Java way yet. On two different occasions, they didnt put the lid on correctly on my hot drink which makes for a hot mess and can be a little annoying that they tend to not pay attention to the little details such as leaving out the whipped cream, adding enough flavored syrup to taste, etc.

I got a great latte and was treated with friendly service!What more does anyone want?

The girls are always friendly and take the time to get to know you. I like going here because the drinks are always mad the way I like them. People have to judge for themselves, but I find this to be my second best stand.

We loved this coffee shop. We stopped a few times while visiting the Seattle area. Coffee drinks and service were great. We tried several of their very unique Bigfoot drinks all were very good. Nice selection of hot or iced coffee drinks as well as fruit smoothie drinks.

The soy mocha is super delicious. The chocolate is super smooth and creamy. The service is friendly and attentive.

Went to try them out for my morning coffee and when i walked up there was no menu in sight, i asked the lady working where their menu was and she just blankly stared at me. I asked what they offered and she says, verbatim, “Coffee, redbulls….pastries”. Wow, real elaborate, they were out of half of their breakfast items and then gave me my muffin cold and hard. The service was far below par but at least the coffee is decent, just steer away from the breakfast items.

I dont normally go to coffee places, but the legend of Big Foot drew me in. It was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Super bonus they were cleaning, when considering its the end of the world, was very reassuring. I liked it here. U hope you do to. Oh! I was too scared to, but you should make your order a Mega Foot! #MegaFoot2020

Really fast and super friendly service. I never know what to order and the sweet lady at the window (curly hair, stretched ears with pretty moth wing dangling earrings) made some something special with hazelnut. It wasnt scalding hot so I could actually drink it without burning my tongue. She actually asked for me to taste it to double check. Fantastic service! Made my day ❤

I ordered a hot drink, which was placed in a hot drink cup... but the drink itself was actually cold. I returned for a replacement. No apology was offered. When I clarified that my 12 ounce dirty chai had only 1 shot, not 2, the barista was quite irritated and said well yeah, a 12 Oz dirty Chai comes with 1 shot. A dirty chai is not even on their menu. A 12 oz drink usually comes with 1 shot but again, thats not even on their menu. Whats the point of arguing about this with a customer after making their drink cold? Im sorry the barista was having a rough night. I truly hope it was better than mine- getting off work to be told that my brother was in a car accident and was transported to the ER unconscious.Ive worked as a barista. Its not that hard to be kind to a patient customer. Had I come back raging about the incorrect drink, Id understand the attitude.Also dont like having the barista sign for me, giving them access to leave a big tip. Hopefully they arent actually forging signatures...

Always great coffee, friendly staff and reasonable prices here. Bigfoot has long been one of my favourite places for a cup of Joe.

Pretty weird experience.. first time here and ordering an italian soda... I just picked whatever flavor and left... no have a nice day or anything ... just handed me my card and that was it... ?? anyway.. the cherry soda tastes good... 32oz reg italian soda is $4.96 total.

My hot coffee was luke warm, I got a short paper straw to go into a 44 oz drink, that didnt reach the bottom of the cup. Service was slow, and it wasnt that busy.

If the review was only for their coffee, i would give them 5 stars no problem. They have the best coffee ever. Blended mythical mochas are the best drink in the whole world! But.. last week there was attempted fraud on mine and my husband’s bank account so we currently have temporary debit cards while we wait for our new cards to come. Temporary debit cards don’t have chips in them, and Big Foot Java can’t accept cards that don’t have chips in them. That’s why I’m only giving them 3 stars. I think it’s completely ridiculous that they can’t accept a debit card if it doesn’t have a chip in it 🙄.

The rudest baristas Ive seen in a long time. No hello, how are you, may I help you. Just opened the window and waited for my order that I had to repeat 3 times and they still didnt it right. Then stood there gossiping with a co-worker the whole time.

This is a great coffee stand that is open 24 hours a day, year round. My mom even likes their drinks better than Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and they make great drinks, that are generously topped with delicious real whipped cream!They did lose one star for the following...The picture below wasnt the first time the leaky drink situation occurred. It will be the third time for me, and even once with my mom where Mocha dribbled all over her, and her car window. Hopefully they have this rectified by now.

Plus they always tell you if you dont like one of their suggestions you can get something else even after they make it if you taste it and dont like the drink. Big foot use to be my coffee.place of choice but they have seriously gone down hill and fast... I order my drink and all I taste is milk not coffee not any of the flavors order. I cant get a cup of water anymore its ridiculous.

Its hit or miss with getting coffee here. The girls are all nice, but itd be nicer to have consistency in the drink making. Especially with the prices. Cheaper at a mom pop stand. Nice that its open 24hr.

A good coffee chain based out of Tukwila. They offer several sizes of coffee up to 44 oz and some really nice flavors. My wife likes the marionberry while I am good with all of them including plain black coffee. Open 24 hours a day.

It’s 6:48 pm I was in line on west side of the stand in line and there was one car in front of me and the girl sat there and talked to the driver for 5 minutes like I wasn’t even there. I asked if I should come back and she looked at me like I was being offensive, what a joke that’s the problem with hiring children.. I’ll never go to any of there stands based on that.John W
