My go to Meijer. With all the ones in the area this has the most stocked items, great selections, and is the cleanest.Perfect for a college student haha. If anyone ever asks where to shop I’m definitely recommending this one.

For being lunchtime I was I and out in under 10 minutes. Got Starbucks and pasta from the salad /meats counter. Worker was really cool,polite and nice. She did a great job. Lady that was that was greeting was nice. Prices were fair. No line at all, was able to walk up to self scan and get out.

Good store but the shelves are becoming more empty.

MEIJER is a clean safe place to shop. Produce are are fresh and look good. Deli and Bakery have a wide prepackaged selection of items. You can also make your own selection. Throughout the store you have a wide choice of name brands and MEIJER brand. This store sells just about everything you need or want. If not in store check online. Prices are fair considering the pandemic.

Love Lake Lansing Meijer. Aisles are big. Checkout people are very friendly and they have baggers. Store is very clean and well stocked.

The store for the most part was very clean. Even the bathrooms, which is definitely a plus. Shelves are neat, and stocked well, at least in the grocery department. Fair pricing on clothing. I visit this store at least three times a week. Employees are very friendly, and helpful.

Im a Shipt Shopper. Shelves are bare. We need to be made aware of any shortage of stock. i.e. we havent gotten xxx in and dont expect to... or our trucks arent even full. Something to not put the blame on us.. we are being accused of not buying things, this reflects on us, which reflects on our pay at the end of the order.

Went to the store around 7:00pm to buy some ferns. I have a bad foot so I parked near the garden center gate. Went in, saw the ferns, but no basil. I found out the only basil plants were at the other end of the store near grocery. The clerk said I would have to bring those through the regular checkout and then separately go to the garden center. So I paid for the basil and went all the way back to my car. After putting the basil away, I noticed the garden center gate was locked. I didnt really want to leave without the ferns, so I went all the way back to the main entrance, where the the clerk told me that the garden center was open until 8pm (it was 7:15pm now). I told him about the gate, but he assured me I could still go in through the store. He called to confirm. So I walked through the store only to find all of the doors locked with a nice were happy to serve you sign that said they close at 8pm. At this point, I gave up, and Ill spend my money at Fresh Thyme instead.

Meijer gets better and better. The fresh fish counter has more variety than ever with an exceptionally helpful staff. The array of fruits and vegetables is expansive, and they are high quality. The international food options are growing exponentially and are such a bonus for those of us who prepare a wide expanse of cuisine. The staff is polite across the board and helpful beyond measure.

Service here is so bad that I had to actually stop shopping here. I go to a different Meijer, so not a real improvement, but I dont have to deal with the terrible staff at this store anymore. I have had managers lie to me on multiple occasions. They cannot keep the store stocked with basic items. This store should just go under if they cannot find someone competent to run the place. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I love this Meijer store! Nice mix of MSU students, old school E Lansing residents and smiling folks like me. Lol. Always a well stocked store. Usually minimal chk out wait cuz they have dozens of self-chk out stations.

Gary was an awesome help. I was looking for purple funfetti frosting and he looked everywhere for me.

I wish Meijer didnt close at midnight, other than that this Meijer is way cleaner then the other 2 in Lansing. Way cleaner! Also you can shop and not feel like your doing something wrong when your just browsing, I dont feel watched persė, and that feeling always makes me feel uncomfortable.(like some of lansings finer establishments.)

Its Meijer - so cheap, decent selection of product, and usually I dont have any issues with anyone. It is sometimes dirty though, or they decide to stock at peak times, so it becomes super difficult to get through the store without someone standing in front and behind you in the aisle and trapping you between the stocking carts or a kid ramming a cart into your ankles trying to navigate between the pallets. I can usually find what Im looking for but theyre almost always out of stock of something and without a shipment for who knows how long. Its Meijer tho - Walmart for people who think theyre too good for Walmart.

Nicest shopping trip Ive had in a long time. I only had a short list but in the time I was there, two employees (one male one female) stopped me to ask how my shopping was going, was I finding everything, did I need any help AND have a great day! Kudos to Lake Lansing Meijers.

I dont normally stop at this Meijer I have two on my way home and then one in my town now granted Im used to the one in my town. However I found this one extremely confusing I went in to get supplies to make soup.My pressure cooker broke so I was looking for cans of vegetables to add to my soup they have a list for an aisle for canned fruit but not one for canned vegetables The canned vegetables are in the middle of an aisle I had to go up and down almost every aisle to find it didnt say a single worker while I was there.

This store has some of the most helpful employees and fast and friendly cashiers.

Mperks is down a lot which means u cant use my money off ecoupons. This is something that Im told happens until 9am. I cone first thing in the morning because I have difficulties with crowds.

Gary from the bakery saw I was having trouble locating my reg. sugar fix, and took the time to ask me what I needed, and got me something fresh baked. Thats great customer service. And the old school way of doing good business.

I love working at Meijer and the customer are number one the store 52 all the staff I came in contact with very nice when you walk into that Meijer the produce area like a picture out of a magazine I ended up quitting I have nerve damage two both legs and I still will say the best Meijer Ever know I wish I could still work there .

Very classy and clean until you exit the building and get mugged for a dollar or a cigarette. But beside the increase in the homeless population in this area its a whole new world when you get inside very helpful staff

East Lansing Meijer is not my favorite store but I was close by. Im not a fan of the layout of the grocery section. I always find myself back tracking. I wish it aligned with Okemos, Mason or Grand Ledge.

I stopped shopping there when they rearranged their design. I dont like having to walk through several isles to get your basics all the way to the back of the store. I dont like being herded. The produce and garden center is still top notch. Cant speak for much else. Too expensive.

This location has a good booze selection. Thats about the only reason to go there unless its a midnight emergency and you need something bad or you cant find a specific product at another grocery store.I have not had good luck with many of the staff members, the non-grocery items are more expensive than other retailers, and combine that with a lack of customer service leaves you wanting for more.

Lots and lots of selection! They especially have a great selection of gluten free foods.

I really like Meijer, but my biggest gripe with them is they keep moving stuff around, and its difficult to find things that you want - especially when you cant see very well. Other than that, I am very satisfied shopping there ...

Really enjoying the urban format and fast checkout experience. The woman who greeted me was jovial and expressive. Very well organized and the inclusion of cheap Meijer off brand keeps the price down on essentials and the parking is super easy. Will go again. And again. And again.

Been going to Meijer my whole life. I try to support Michigan based companies. Kroger is from Cincinnati and leaves much to be desired

This is a place you can find all your wants and needs, I shop there often, probably on an average of three to four times a week. My favorite place to shop.

Has wide variety at very good prices. But didnt have a item I needed. A certain type of light tube. Otherwise it is my go to place for almost everything

OMG, Meijer now expects Senior to buy ³ packages of cheese in order to get the sale price! If this is how they are going to play, I am playing somewhere else.

Went in for two things neither was in stock was advised that they are having trouble getting those items. I left the store went to Walmart found more than enough of the one item the other i found at the grand ledge Meijer. Hit and miss I guess. This store is generally pretty good. Havent been impressed with produce lately.

THIS Meijer is the best. They are well stocked always. Unlike the West Saginaw store or the Pennsylvania or Grand Ledge Meijer. Stuff that I havent been able to find for WEEKS at those Meijer were found in Abundance at Lake Lansing Meijer. Even though Im 5 minutes from West Saginaw Meijer I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the Lake Lansing Meijer that way I will be able to get what I need.. Done with Those other Meijer. Frankly West Saginaw Meijer has always lacked in Restocking their Shelves. I have lived by that Meijer for well over 30 years. And it has ALWAYS been that way... Kudos to Lake Lansing Meijer

Great place to shop.

Meijer does have the slowest check out lines of modern day history and it does not matter what store you go to. BUT, the self scan and slf scan checkout significantly helps.

Pretty nice, store seems cleaner, and clearer than it used to be and the employees seem friendlier these days, too!

Good store, but coming from the other remodeled Meijer stores makes this store feel a tad bit outdated, overall good store though.

Order pick up is a life saver for me during covid and a busy schedule. It makes it very easy for me to stop by and have my car loaded with my groceries. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Wow. They had fresh pearl onions. Yippee. I had 2 coupons for bananas but at checkout they would only let me use one, despite purchasing two bunches.... boo on that, especially as there is no disclaimer on the use of two coupons for two items at one shopping trip.

I bought nice photo frames today and a nice comfy home pants.

Shop and scan works great! Except for this one time I tried to scan this girls barcode tattoo standing in line at the deli 😟

Come here every Sunday, and EVERY SUNDAY 5/6 of the bottle return machines have full bins. Ive waited upwards of 45 minutes just trying to return a few bottles and cans. Someone always calls management, and the response is always Someone will be there shortly. As a matter of fact, what do you think Im doing while Im writing this review? This is ridiculous.

Meijer has a lot of what I want. There shipt service is worth it, and the customer service is awesome.Meijer is a challenge to shop in person for me but has what I need, and if thats not an option online is even better.

Staff at customer service was real nice respectful and helpful. I Wish more stores were like this.

On 11/24 I was happy to receive most of my order. I dont mind substitutions, but I was not happy when 3# of frozen cauliflower was substituted for 12oz! The pickup system has changed and shoppers no longer text you regarding availability and substitutions while shopping your order. My order was reviewed with me at pickup, but I was not informed about the cauliflower.

This is a great, sweet place to shop. You should shop here and not fresh thyme. Fresh thyme also gets a 5 star review from me, and thats because I like to shop there. Its never too crowded and the parking lot is small. You should shop at Meijer so I can shop at fresh thyme all by myself.

The store is clean its organized its easy to find things that I want lots of sale items to pick from.

Was not happy with the broccoli crowns. Purchased several earlier in the week great size. Today they were half the size more like 1/3 the size. Meijer should have standard sizes and practices. By the way it was NOT the same weight.

Store is out of raspberries again this week. They were on sale but the store will not give rain checks. The manager in charge I asked for a rain check said very rudely they will not issue a rain check. I mentioned that I have been here twice this week and they were out of stock. Meijer is not customer friendly and does not care about its customers. I will not ship this store and go to Kroger where they treat customers with respect.

The set up is typical Meijers.The thing that really upsets me is that I asked an employee where an item was and she just looked at me as I am the stupidest person on the planet and said, how should I know? And walked away.I know shes an employee because she was wear a Meijer shirt and nametag.What a bummer!!!

Very politely asked store leadership to correct their Friday card launch program to how all the other area stores operate, and place a picture or list of what product will available at the 3:00 p.m. Friday collectables sale. Multiple people have asked store leadership on MULTIPLE occasions over the past month to politely accommodate them with a list or picture so that the people that do choose to wait in line for some 6+ hours know what they are waiting for. After scalpers ring all other stores dry of cards. This is my last opportunity for the week to get them. It is outrageous that this store can not make this happen. They waste multiple customers time every Friday by not doing so. Resulting in lines of sometimes 25+ people. The store could cut that in less than half if they would just post what is available. You would think due to covid-19 they would be all over thay but they are not. They think its funny to waste peoples time. The electricics counter employee on duty for these days says theg have too much work to do and is too busy just to take a minute of their time to take a picture or make a list but has at least half an hour or more to talk to an off the clock deli employee while 25 people are standing in line pleading for a list. Another customer in elections unrelated to the collectibles line had to get out his phone and call the store (that he was standing in) to get help because no one was around. I was told that the store director who made these decisions would come back to the line and talk to us about getting a picture up when we confronted store management at noon. When that person came back from lunch. That never happened but that person and the manager we spoke too walked passed us multiple times between then and 3pm and never said a word or even looked in our direction. Not to mention the sale says 3pm not when the staff gets around to it as we have been dealing with over the course of the last month. This is an embarrassment. I come and wait because otherwise I wouldnt have any other opportunity and they know it. The already poor experience of having to wait in line so much worse here and they are unwilling to make normal accomodations like all other area stores. Unreal.

If you want a good selection get there early. Especially on weekends this meijer is super busy and later on in the afternoon and evenings on weekends they do not have a very good selection. Left of products. Lots of college students when msu is in session. Overall there is a big selection of every day things even in their hardware section. But of your usual grocery items they tend to move quickly if you are not there early.

I drive quite a distance just to shop here because I can get everything I need in one spot

12/4/20 evening; walked by at least 5 other customers that were either completely maskless or had their masks all the way under their chins. Literally only got one item, was in and out.No workers were bothering to monitor or enforce things.

Has everything I need and its open till 12 during corona so I can do late night shopping. Super clean they disinfect all the carts before customers use them. I also thought it was AMAZING that they have a manager at the door to make sure people wear masks. Very great job thank you so much to the people who work there.
