I like to shop at Kroger. The store is not real big so you canfind your groceries easily. If youcannot find an item, Krogerprovides a friendly staff to helpyou. They keep the store clean.All the store items are in neatrows. Great store to go to.

Kroger is my favorite place to shop right now, the store isnt huge. I can usually get in and out fairly quickly without having to go through clothing or other items in not looking for when grocery shopping.They have a beautiful selection of fresh produce, a nice bakery and a great selection of cheeses and some other newer items by the front door with sushi and some newer Indian food. Their meat selection is top notch.

I have always loved my experience at my local Kroger. The staff is always friendly and helpful.The man below Ahmed came into the store with no mask on. He wanted to return an expensive box of diapers that was covered in dried mud/dirt, and had no receipt. Apparently the guy doesnt care for the health of the public. Take his opinion with a grain of a salt.

Good store. Great staff. Good prices. Bright and clean store. offers wide selection of everything. self check out lines provided. Staff dressed up for halloween and they decorated the store to match.

Placed a pick up order on 11/18; ready for pickup at 8 pm. Go to pick it up; not ready. They tell us, “we had technical difficulties. Come back at 10 am the following day.”Okay, we’re reasonable people...Just got back; out of a $154 order, we got $43.06. They wrote, “$15 off” on the receipt.No calls, no communication, no follow up. NOTHING.We’re both ill; we cannot go to the grocery store. So I called the store to express my frustration.The mgr says, “I’m just covering at this store. We had a lot of ppl call off cause they are scared.”Okay; we get that. But explain how that excuses not having the order ready and not communicating with us?I explained to the mgr that, most likely, one of us is now going to have to go out and find these items.“Crickets chirping”TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After 20 years of shopping at this Kroger store, we will not be back.

Clean store, decent prices. Good selection on many things, and quality products. Always well stocked, and does well by sticking to what it does best: groceries. Not as much produce selection as Id like but does have seasonal products in abundance.

Bought $45 in pre-packaged meats and cheeses from deli. Stuff was out dated. Threw out receipt. Ladies and management werent very helpful. Said I needed a receipt. All I wanted was to get something fresh. Put on KROGER card but that doesnt help ya. Salami was discolored. Lady shaking her head at me like I was trying to hustle them. Told them to keep the stuff and I aint coming back. Cover your nose lady! Its a mask,not a chin diaper.

I ordered several party platters and a large cake for an event I hosted yesterday and everything turned out amazing! The fruit was perfectly ripe and delicious, the croissants for the sandwiches were huge, yet light and fluffy, and the cake was perfectly moist and decorated to my specifications. Pickup went smoothly and the gentleman behind the deli counter (who brought everything out to me) was very nice. I would definitely order from this Kroger again.

Nice instance of a Kroger. Staff is ok, produce is ok. They have a better Asian section than other local Kroger stores. Not a huge fan of their online orders, Ive tried it the times and each time im left wanting more...seems as though the staff are not thrilled with picking out and appropriately bagging groceries for you...However, overall great selection, intuitive design/layout, and good prices.

Nick the operations assistant manager has a severe lack of social skills, as a manager youd think hed know better. Being as young as he is he may think hes hot stuff, unfortunately he comes off as looking like a complete fool. Training is needed for this kid.

The store is always so well maintained and the selection is spectacular! Ive never had any issues with the fresh produce Ive purchased, which really impressed me.

Had a friendly encounter with nick, one of the managers. I had a minor issue and he went above and beyond to make it right. He is a big reason Ill continue to shop at this location.

Google says they close at 11 on Sundays got out of my car to go in at 10 and got yelled at from across the parking lot the stores closed!!

Kroger is my grocery of choice, this location in particular. You have a wonderful selection updating and stocking appropriately. Aside from a few sour grapes your staff is top notch. The new scan and go is awesome (when it works) however I am disappointed you removed your large U-scan. The produce is great! Fresh and well kept, the store appearance is clean and I appreciate the returnable (bottle return) section being in the front of the store. Kroger sends me coupons based on my purchase history and many free items as well. Thank you for all the hard work, I appreciate the employees at this location and intend on many decades of partnership. Ciao.

Good store and a nice layout. Also deli and cake services. Make sure you have a plus account. Without the plus you wont get any sale or promo pricing. Clean store. Handicap accessible via parking and entrance.

I was at Kroger yesterday, June 22, and I was surprised and disappointed to see so many customers shopping without a face mask on and then going up and down the aisles the wrong way. Not very considerate.

Great store. Great employees. Mostly good selection. Love the woman in the deli today! She was wonderful. I didnt give 5 stars only because I wish they had more fresh bread offerings. By far the best Krogers in the area, clean, great selection, attentive employees.

It is a neater and quieter Kroger than most. The story layout is easily navigable and it carries a wide/diverse amount of product. The in store brand are price appropriately and near there branded counterparts. staff are friendly and willing to help.

Only been here a couple of times. Love their specialty items, prepared food and sushi. Saw an awesome rainbow as we were walking out the door one day. Needs a bigger parking lot!!

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE!!! was kinda skeptical about using these type of services arrived, but since the pamdemic I havent had lots of time to spend goin to hassle through the grocery store. But I tried it and I liked it very much! I arrived earlier than my timeslot. Didnt wait long for my order and the young lady was super friendly, polite and helpful! I arrived back 10mins before my pickup time slot even started! (Space#2 6:45p-6:50p arrival time)....ty young lady😊

Good service. Stopped for baked chicken which Meijer does not carry. Kroger gave us quality with a nice presentation. Clean active store. Great fresh fish counter. They can set you up with seasonings and a take home bag you can cook your fish in.

First Kroger Ive ever been in, we were visiting the area. Had to pick up food for about a dozen people and stopped here. Nice selection from the deli of hot and cold items, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the prices were pretty good. The food kept well, traveled well, and was very good.If were ever in need of groceries and a Kroger is nearby Id definitely shop there again.

We ordered our groceries online. The last couple of times they gave us molded stuff. One time it was molded oranges and this time it was peppers. The reason I ordered my groceries online is to save time and not have to do a lot of shopping physically in the store. Having to keep running up here to the store because they didnt check my produce or my groceries is very much an inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Love shopping at Kroger. Aisles usually well stocked. If I cant find an item on the shelf, there is always someone nearby who will go to the back to get it for you. I especially like the lake Lansing Kroger. Very nice staff.

I dont know what has happened to Kroger! I purposely drove from St. Johns to West Saginaw Kroger for Fried Chicken and they didnt have any because someone FORGOT to order it-what? This is the second time this has happened! What a Huge disappointment! The deli worker could have cared less. What happened to your customer service Kroger?

The recent remodel makes no sense. No logic to placement of fruits and vegetables, organic and conventional. Store seems to think its a wine shop. Never know when the bottle return will be open. And there is no plastic bag return.

Kroger has thee best prices & good quality products. I buy alot of Kroger Brand products. They are just as good as name brands. Sometimes better. Very friendly staff.

I like many of the specials at Kroger, like their sale turkey breasts or the pork roast they had on sale this week. They are clean and fairly easy to get in and out of. I think some of their items are priced a little high, but I do appreciate their natural lines of means and eggs such as their organic chicken and eggs. Sometimes they are out of a product that is on sale. Overall, its a nice place to shop.

Not bad today, but sometimes they dont have common products. For example, grapefruit. The traffic here is terrible on weekdays between 4 and 6. Today I couldnt turn into the parking lot because traffic was backed up for the light at Lake Lansing Road. And its almost impossible to turn North when leaving the parking lot. But Kroger is usually faster than shopping at Meijer.

This store is very well organized, and they had everything I needed for lasagna! Thank you to the handsome gentleman that was tall enough to reach the pasta fir me!

This WAS my favorite grocery store to go to, but Im rethinking this. When I was in there yesterday, there was almost no stock of vegetables - peppers, mushrooms, fresh broccoli, cucumbers, etc. A lady even made comment to me in that aisle how the quality of the store has gone down, and they had nothing she needed. They had no French bread at the bakery, and the blueberries that I was trying to buy all had mold on them. Im not sure what happened at this location, but it used to be very clean, well stocked, and had good variety. My last several grocery trips havent been so great however. Im bummed, as Id rather not go to Meijer.

This store has a good selection of fresh food. I like their health food area within the store. Its like a store within a store. Theres no need to troll the aisles looking for health food items. They are all together.

This used to be my favorite store. It was close by. Now i use it like a convenience when i only need one or two items.Managements deaf ears are the biggest problem. They fail to respond to customer comllaints.

This grocery store has high quality deli meats and other proteins with great variety. Also, the produce department is decent- perhaps the weakest point. The produce variety was lacking and it was difficult to find items and their labels. The prices were competitive.

I moved away from Lansing to a city that doesnt have a Kroger within 30 miles of city borders. I never realized how much I would miss this place. The employees are usually very helpful and polite, particularly the man at the self checkout who is a little pudgy and has long hair. He always has exuberant hellos and a very friendly demeanor.

Pretty good Kroger. I mean, they have all the foods at decent prices. But why are shrimp so expensive lately for chrissake.

This store is obviously managed by lazy high school dropouts.. the customer bathrooms are disgusting, and by disgusting, I mean literally poop on a toilet when I shopped there last Tuesday, when I returned this morning, literally the same poop on the same toilet! This is within feet of fresh produce and deli and bakery areas and they don’t think that maybe that’s a health hazard? My toddler touches everything and I have a compromised immune system so I think I will just go across the street to meijer to get my groceries in a non poop filled facility. So gross🤢

Nicely prepared meat and seafood dishes to purchase. Great wine selection. Pretty good inventory of some harder to find items.

Like other mid Michigan Krogers this one could benefit from better lighting, better selection and better organization.

Family and I buy a majority of our groceries from this Kroger location. I LOVE THE FUEL REWARDS as we spend a significant amount of money at Kroger stores.The employees are great, especially Barb!!! The meat selection is good as well. The only complaint I have is the produce section is not well maintained AT ALL! They dont go through the produce enough leaving items like tomatoes with weak spots that soon turn to bad spots. I have lost count on the number of moldy items I have found in produce. It has been brought to the Managers attention so hopefully it will one day be addressed.

The service was excellent, knowledgeable staff answered my questions immediately. Also, great selection of fresh food with low prices!

By far the best Kroger in the Lansing area! I drive 8-10 miles past my local Kroger to shop here as its organic produce select and natural food section are far better than any other Kroger in Lansing and Kroger.

Manager is the most friendly guy I have ever met working at any store. Very helpful, funny, and polite. Give him a raise!

While the size of the store makes it feel like I have to walk a half-mile from the main entrance to the milk section, the people are always friendly and helpful. Prices are usually pretty great compared to competitors.

Good Kroger store, just do not recommend going between 4 an 6 PM. It takes forever to get out of the parking lot on Lake Lansing Rd.

Tried to use the Kroger App in store & I was cut off by Kroger as the App is no longer supported. The New App I found it was incompatible with my fon. Normally I print the coupons so at least I had that with me. Butt I needed more info than on the hard copy so I went to the App to get it. I made a mistake deleting old without checking to see if the New App will work. 😬

Krogers is getting more & more expensive by the day when you have to pay $1.67 for a can of vegetable beef soup and all the other brands of krogers soup is .79 cents and all krogers offers in their brand is vegetarian vegetable. This is by far the best Kroger in the Lansing area. They have the highest quality produce, dairy, frozen, and liqueur sections.

Workers nice and friendly but some of your customer need to know this is a store not the race track. My granddaughter and I was almost hit by a speeding cart.
