I went in to get a new phone the customer service was great. I didn’t get the employees name but she was very helpful, it didn’t take very long and she did all of the work to set up my new phone. Also recommended some great products and let me try them out a little bit! Great experience.

Amazing experience! Elena was super helpful when I came in - she understood my needs and wants right away and was sure to walk through the process with me. I was with Verizon and having horrible experiences with pricing and Elena made sure to walk through everything with me and get me the best price. I’d been to this store before with my friend and seen them provide good customer experience, so I’m glad to know it happened again when it was me!

If you use Sprint and need your phone fixed or a new phone check out this location on Grand River. Theyve always treated me like family. Kevin (the manager?) has always been honest and straight with me, finds the best deal, and doesnt treat me like Im just another customer. This time I dealt with Parris and he did the same thing for me. As long as Im with Sprint and in Greater Lansing I dont think Ill ever go to any other Sprint store.

I have gone to the 2843 E Grand River store for many years and have been very impressed with the level of customer care and attention to detail. Technology is wonderful when working but it is difficult when a phone or functionality issue arises ... the staff at Sprint goes the extra mile to make sure you have an affordable product, a service plan that suits your personal/business needs, and when you visit on-site for a repair/upgrade the Sprint representatives provide all options placing your needs first. I highly recommend this store for their excellence, timeliness, professionalism and product knowledge.

A family member of mine had given me a basically new iPhone 6 after they upgraded to the 7. We were not sure if the phone could be put on my network, as its previous owner was using the Verizon carrier. I had taken the phone to two Sprint stores—one in Clarkston, MI, where the staff told me I would need a new SIM card but they didnt have one in stock. They directed me to their Repair Center stores, which are located across the state. I had business in Detroit, so I then chose to go to that Sprint store. In Detroit, their staff were not only incredibly rude, but also lied to me and were massively unhelpful—even going as far to tell me that it was a lost cause because the phone was not mine anyway. I waited two months to take the phone to this store because I was feeling so dejected from the Detroit experience. However, this store was AMAZING. The man working, Solomon, greeted us as we walked in and did his best to get through the line of customers before us while he was the only employee working. He was kind, and very quickly fixed up my phone to the Sprint network without blinking, and even continued on to help the friend of mine Id brought along set up her phone with the Boost Mobile network—something he did not have to do because shes not even a Sprint customer. He helped both of us quickly and with a sense of humor as he also helped with other customers as they came in, and he even gave me a discount on my new SIM card because I made him laugh. I dont think Ill ever go to another Sprint store again.

I am now stuck in a plan I cannot get out of. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing; especially from the Sprint employees. I was not made aware of all of the additional charges accompanying my new phone. The Sprint employee signing me up was all about service during the sale, but when questions were asked, he was quick to avoid straight answers. There was a service charge of around $40 for upgrading my phone. That employee in this store told me to call Sprint and argue with them about the additional charge telling them I was not aware of it and that they would take it off the bill. I did not do this. I should have known then not to sign a contract with a company like this when its own employees are encouraging you to commit fraud on their employer. When I now call Sprint to discuss this issue of all of my charges they are quick to sympathize. They direct me to call the store I purchased my phone from to try to get out of my contract. Refer to above description of the Sprint employees at the store I purchased my phone from.I would recommend using another provider or at least another Sprint location. Not this one!

Worst experience at a phone store ever. It took 2 hours to upgrade a phone and the person they had helping me bricked my phone and then threatened to beat me up when I got upset he bricked my phone. The manager had the thug go cool off for 5 minutes and then he came back as if nothing happened and started helping another customer. Pretty wild for a Sprint store in the most crime infested area in the nation. Oh wait, this is East Lansing. What the hell Sprint?

I came in with a cracked screen today and customer service was amazing. I waited for a very short time. Raad, the store manager was a great help. He made the process of getting a new phone go very smooth. Very nice guy. Very down to earth. Treats his customers and employees with respect. I will definitely be coming back here in the future! I was with sprint for 12 years before my wife made me switch to Verizon. Day one with Verizon, I had 8 dropped calls. In the 12 years with sprint, I never had a single drop call. I finally told my wife after 3 years with Verizon that I would divorce her before I stayed with Verizon. I have had nothing but GREAT service and customer service with Sprint. Finally, we are back where we belong; and that is with the best cell phone company SPRINT!!!! I love sprint and sprint services with all my heart. They always work with me on phone deals and even recently took 50% off accessories for my new phone. Thank you Sprint for being such a great company and I am proud to call my self a sprint customer for LIFE!!!!

I came in only 20 minutes before closing time, with two phones to activate. With one of them, I had already spent a long time on the phone the previous day, with no success. The representative at this store, however, left the store open 30 minutes after closing time until we resolved both issues. Now thats what I call dedicated customer service.

Bought the Note 7 at this store. Was told by the sales rep, with his manager standing next to him, I was first told the Note 7 is compatible with my Gear VR, but I would receive the new Gear VR for free. Not true. Both lies. I returned to the store to resolve this matter, but the manager basically said, Were not gonna do anything for you, other than return your old phone.No, buttercup. You will resolve this matter ASAP. You made a promise, you will uphold that promise.

DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is absolutely amazing, but the store manager, Raad, is incredibly rude. Instead of showing the least bit of respect to CUSTOMERS, he tells customers to respect HIM due to his managerial status. He fights with customers, and will tell you to stop talking when he is talking, and if he doesnt like you, he will kick you out of the store. I hate to give this store one star, because the staff is just so friendly and helpful, but the store manager needs to learn how to deal with customers. If you can, avoid this store.

I have been having a billing issue with Sprint for about 6 months. I purchased my phone at another location and never received any help from them to fix my issue. It was always you have to call customer service. Well I stopped at this location and the Manager Kevin corrected the issue in 48 hours! I called and spoke with Matt to get everything in order regarding my cell phone service. I was going to be a transitioning customer from Verizon to Sprint. The goal was to surprise my girlfriend with a new cell phone. To expedite this process I called two days prior and explained every detail, I requested that two Samsung galaxy s3s be waiting for me so that all I had to do was sign a couple papers and Id be on my way. Matt assured me that he personally would handle it and that he was setting aside two phones that moment. Our busy schedules allowed us only half an hour to stop at the store and get this over with - there werent any s3s in the office, we were made to wait an hour to get the number ported over, we were walked through multiple processes, we were told at the very end that no help would be given the rest of the day because they were closing, then told at the very end that we wouldnt be able to get our phones until maybe the next day. Needless to say we went somewhere else, they lost any commission they could have received from us, we will never go there, our friends will never go there, and the entire experience was so disappointing.However, we went to the Spring location in the Eastwood Mall and had everything done perfectly and efficiently in about twenty minutes. Those twenty minutes were spent after hours.

First, it takes forever to get help. Most times I have waited about 10-15 minutes. Called in they said they would call me back and never did. I lost my phone I went in to get a new one. One of the employees told me he could get me a iphone and all I would have to do is pay $8.99 a month extra a month for six months and I wont have to pay for it again. Comes to find out after the six months I started to get charged $30 a month for the line. Sprint company allowed to keep the 8.99 a month and cant get rid of the line. Moral of the story he screwed me, and I will have to pay an extra 9 bucks each month for a year which adds up.

I came in with a shattered EVO screen (my own fault) and because this is a service and repair shop, they took care of it for free. Gemel provided excellent customer service, information and advice, and Jordan fixed my EVO up right. Please go to this store for all your Sprint needs, because this is the best experience Ive had in the Lansing area.EDIT: It has been a year since my last review and since then Ive had even better service than I thought possible. I came in to look into putting my fiance onto my plan as a shared plan, and not only did we get a fantastic price, Kenneth worked hard to find us extra discounts and promotions. He even called back later that day after we had left to let us know he found another one and wanted permission to apply it.Seriously, dont go anywhere else, this shop is better than any mall closet or kiosk youll encounter.

This is NOT a corporate sprint store. My phone had malfunctioned and I was not even offered a hard reset before I was told they couldnt do anything with it unless I was added as a delegate by the primary account holder. I was eligible for a free upgrade and was bullied into leasing a new phone without the free upgrade. In addition, the only phones in stock are iPhone-no Samsungs. Overall poor service and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I came to this store to see what they could do to fix my iphone since the screen went black. I did not think they could really do anything for me but I was shocked when they told me they could! Talked to Rod at the sprint store with my girlfriend today. We were originally here to get her phone fixed but when he noticed that my screen was cracked he took it back and within 5 minutes it was fixed for free. My phone had been cracked for quite some time and at other sprint stores they told me it was going to cost up to $100 to get it fixed with insurance. This guy is my straight up hero and any time I have problems with my phone I will make sure to come back to this store and talk to him.
