Andrea was amazing!!She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I left the store satisfied. Although unfortunately, my experience with AT&T has been a absolute nightmare. The customer service reps are a joke, I’m fairly certain the only training they receive is how to transfer calls… I spent hours on the phone and accomplished absolutely nothing. I will be switching services because unfortunately there is only 1 “Andrea” and the hassle of dealing with the other reps is not worth my time. The thought of giving AT&T anymore of my money disgusts me.Goo Andrea!! You were truly amazing 🤩

Bruce was really helpful and patient with us. He made sure to get us the best deals and went over all of our options while staying over normal business hours. Really nice guy and homie deserves a raise.

I went to this store to get a new iPhone 12. I didn’t intend to trade in my old iPhone 7 but since they told me you will get $350 credit for trade in, I decided to do it. A month later after I received my new bill I noticed that I am not eligible for trade in since I was not in unlimited plan. I went to the store and told them, you did not inform me that I should have been in unlimited plan.First, manager did not take the responsibility! After I insisted, the manager called AT&T and told me I enrolled you in an old unlimited plan which will not increase your bill and also will get your $350 credit. After I received new bill, the bill was doubled! I noticed that the manager lied to me about enrolling in old unlimited plan since he just wanted me to leave the store. As a result I trade in my iPhone 7 for free and pay about $100 more for unwanted unlimited plan. When I get back to store they do not take any responsibility. I paid off my new iPhone and moved to another carrier. Take care when you are dealing with this store.

Bruce, the manager went way beyond expectations to help us get the phones we wanted and the plan that fit our needs. He helped us save money on our phones and plan as well. Best way to get what you need is to just go there. Tessa was a great help as well! Much gratitude.

Justine helped me select a protection cover; Mike put on the protection screen; Justine also helped me select a stand up accessory. Both of these employees are helpful and positive. They have a great sense of humor. Justine and Mike were efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate their attitudes.

To be honest there is no point of this store. When you come in with a problem there is nothing no one in store can do to help. They make a call to the same people we would call at home. It’s just a illusion so they can try to up-sale you there is no manager there to fix anything. It’s better just to call to cancel and hope they’ll make things right on that end.

Anthony helped us with our business here and this store is top notch. Through the whole process he was patient and worked hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. This is our first time dealing with at&t and definitely won’t be our last.

Employees at this store are generally very friendly and helpful, but my wife and I are likely out $750 because of this store. We were either mislead completely about receiving a BOGO deal or they have been completely unable to help resolve the issue applying it to our account after 5 or so phone calls and in-store visits all ending with them assuring us they will address it and call us back a few days later with an update. Only once did they follow up with us about this issue, and that was just to notify that they had to escalate the issue to a store manager. The store manager has failed to call us back on the day he has mentioned, we are very disappointed.Again the people are friendly, just they over-promised their ability to address issues and often fail to call us back as they promised.

Big thanks to Mike who helped my husband and I switch over to AT&T from different carriers. He spent lots of time explaining different options for our new phone plan and answered all questions completely. Did not feel rushed at all. When UPS failed to deliver my new phone to the store, Mike made sure that a new one shipped out the next day. Overall very impressed with customer service and glad that I made the switch over to AT&T.

After buying a new phone at a different AT&T corporate store in town, I was having issues with the SIM card they gave me, which was found to be defective. I was having issues with accessing my account and getting approval to get a new SIM card and the corporate store did not try very hard to help me, so I ended up going to 2 other AT&T stores to see if I could get the issue resolved. The Trowbridge location was the last store I ended up going to and Haley and Michael were of SO much more help to me than the corporate store. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue by calling customer service for me and were able to replace my SIM card. Honestly, I wish I had gone to this location first because it wouldve saved me 4 hours of running around town. Thank you Haley and Michael for all your help, I appreciate it! Come to this store if youre ever having issues, itll save you so much time!

This is the absolute best AT&T store in Ingham county. Garland and Mike helped me get setup with AT&T Firstnet. They went above and beyond the call of duty as I was having a horrible trying to transfer my service online. Garland and Mike came to my rescue and saved the day. Excellent Customer Service this is now my GoTo place for AT&T issues problems of concern. These guys ROCK!!!!

My husband and I were sold two iPhones under the BOGO promotion, yet we have been charged for the second phone every month. We have called AT&T multiple times and we have been told to contact the store. We have called the store and the issue has not been resolved. We bought the phones in July 2019. We are disappointed and frustrated with this store and their employees, Anthony (manager who said would resolve the issue for us) and Anferny (man who sold us the phone). Make sure not to buy a phone from here. We are out $750 in the middle of a pandemic.
