I am a retired nurse and not cell phone literate. I had a tiny figure of a man on the corner of my screen. After trying for hours I went into the metro store where Yasmin works. Within 5 minutes she fixed my phone and was friendly, patient and kind. I just want to thank her again for treating a old lady wonderfully!

They are supposed to be open at 10am, but they are NOT open. This is the 2nd time in three months this has happened. I waited till they opened, turned alarm off & lights on. They lady was really rude. I walked out not paying my bill & went to different location. I wont be giving them my business again. I only went there because it is right by my house. But never again. I would recommend any other store but this one. Very bad service!

I was in town on business. I was having issues getting service with my own carrier (Sprint). Unfortunately I didn’t have too much time to spend in the store but the lady working (I think her name was Yazmean??) was really helpful answering my questions and offered some pretty good deals on new phones. If I experience more issues I’m definitely going to switch to Metro!

Been there quite a few times and Sam was my sales guy all the other times I was there I went out pretty happy, he’s a great guy but this time he sold me a pink phone I don’t want a pink phone I also don’t want to leave a case on my phone because it’s pink I was hoping that maybe the default color would have been grey or gold I don’t care but not pink. I’m being told by customer support over the phone that I can get a refund no questions asked before 7 days by metro support people, the other girl who’s working at the store I purchased my phone from said that the refund is only respected if I am a new customer or new line, not an upgrade. So what they’re getting at is I’ve been a customer for metro for well over 6 FN years and I don’t get a choice over what color phone I’m getting and was never asked!!!? But I was asked what color case!!!? And now I have to Hold a pink phone to my head.. and was told by someone on the 800line to physically write a letter to corporate and send it in the mail!?!? Who in SAM hell writes a physical letter to a corporate office, dear john I don’t want a pink phone.. Sam is a cool guy, this wasn’t a cool move. Ill get to the bottom of this or they’ll lose a customer of over six years and they won’t get another 5000 dollars in monthly total payments from me again.

I went into this store because after trying to get customer service to help me over the phone (and nothing being resolved with my issue with multiple interactions) was told i would need to go to a store. The Rep at this store reset my phone, and after told me that my phone was too old and a new one would need to be purchased. I informed him i dont have the money to do that right now and this is my 3rd time with the same issue with my service...all he kept saying was its not the service, its the phone and youll have to buy a new one. So after an hr of him doing nothing but a factory reset on my device (and wiping apps without permission) my device still isnt working correctly and ive been told i have no solution but to pay over $100 to get a new one. So thanks for nothing, wiping my phone of stuff without permission, and then telling me theres nothing i can do besides spend money i dont have to keep my phone running.
