We have use this location several times to upgrade our phone plans and service contracts and each time the sales and service people that were absolutely amazing the technicians are very well experienced on the phones they go what I would say above and beyond in helping you out with getting everything set up so that you don’t have headaches the end of the day I want to say this is one of the best sprint locations that I have been to besides the one in East Windsor New Jersey that is no longer in service which I am very disappointed at Sprint for but still the East Brunswick New Jersey location is just as amazing as the East Windsor location was

Came here with my boyfriend just to update our SIM cards after Sprint and T-Mobile merged. Two workers were there, both with customers so one guy said he’ll be with us shortly. There was also another woman waiting before us. 10 minutes go by, another two customers had walked in, another 5 minutes go by and the man who said he would be with us shortly started asking the new customers each what their needs were. Although he told them there were people waiting ahead of them, he decided to spend over 5 minutes with each customer to ask what they needed and offer them solutions - why not just put their name down and ask them to wait?! We were never even asked why we were there!! Then another new customer walked in and within 30 seconds the employee asked him what he needed today, while we were still never approached!! We walked out after that, due to the horrible customer service!!!

The experience here was amazing. I unfortunately cracked my screen and was looking everywhere to get it repaired. Every place I spoke with said two days and price was 250. I happen to check with sprint and learned that my phone insurance coverage covers this type of repair and I would pay 30 bucks. Made an appointment here to get it fixed the gentleman was polite and understanding he offered to not only have it fixed same day but to have 2 cracked phones fixed within 3 hrs. He not only fixed the screens but took the time to charge both phones and ensure they were ready to go within the time he promised. He called within the 3 hrs and pick up was quick and efficient. I couldnt be happier.

Had a rather rude female employee who kept talking down to my cousin, belittling her. All while we trying to purchase a new iPhone. Sidenote when speaking to a male employee he was extremely knowledgeable regarding CDMA and GSM technology not to mention courteous.

Awesome Awesome Awesome. Go see Taylor if you go to this location. She is by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with and it was such a pleasure doing business with her. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and honest about Sprint and other wireless competitors as well, which made the transition process of switching very easy. She explained every thing in full detail to make sure I was comfortable with the products and service I was purchasing. Sprint is very lucky to have this woman working for them.

Every time I need to go to a Sprint store is not good, but I had to go here to get my phone looked at. I was helped quick by a guy name Shawn. he was cool dude and helped me really fast. He hooked me up with the new iPhone and some other nice deal, like Hulu and the tidal for music 👍

I had a great experience at this location. I was welcomed with a smile by Sean . Sean went above and beyond and gave me an amazing deal!!! To top it off, he called me the following day to tell me he discovered inconsistencies in my bill and was able to correct it, saving me a ton.. I highly recommend Sean to all my family and friends.

Been here twice. Both times there was only two people working and about 5 customers waiting for at least 30+ minutes. Personally waited about 45.Currently speaking there is 3 tech people working and only two sales people .Their priorities are all off here.The previous time i was here, one of the security alarms was going off the whole hour plus i was in here, nobody even attempted to turn it off. I suggest finding another location to do anything at.

Best Sprint store I ever been too. I worked with Shawn and his customer service was excellent. He was able to show me why my coverage was bad by my house and put a ticket to the tower to get fix. He also upgraeded my SIM card and got me a great deal on a new speaker. When I got home my service was 100%. I recommend you work with him if you can. Good people at this store.

Waited an 1-1/2 hour to upgrade 2 phone and was told that they could not complete the transaction because the plan I have is called a grandfather plan which they can not update in store. You would think thats something that would come up as soon as they look at your account, not to have someone seat and wait for 1-1/2 hour to tell someone you have to upgrade on line. Never heard of such nonsense since I just upgrade another phone several months ago. Furthermore what is a grandfather plan? My bill keeps changing, sounds like a bunch of nonsense too me.

Service is slow and confusing but majority of the staff is friendly. The most annoying staff member is Estefania, shes made multiple snide remarks and always seems to be upset at everyone. She stands around with a stank face. Very pretentious and unprofessional lady. Youll be treated with respect by everyone but her. Not surprised to see her mentioned negatively in another review.Our preferred member is Bhupen. Hes one of the most friendly, patient and intelligent people working there.

Updating from two years ago and three stars. Last year was one star service. This year I wish it could be zero. Same two sales reps worse service. Whats the point of going into the store if you are just going to refer me to the website?Rep had no idea about promotions. Dont bother with this horrible company! I have had fraud on my account since October when my grandmother was dying in the hospital. They shut off my phone, so I paid whatever I needed to pay at the time. They shipped a new iPhone 7 to an unauthorized address, from my account, and charged me for it! Proved fraud, and I still have past due balances, havent gotten back the almost $300 I paid in a desperate attempt to get my account turned back on, and 4 months later still getting calls and emails that my account is past due. Absolutely useless. Then, I cant get a human on the phone, because all they want is money that I DONT owe them! Fraud department has already confirmed it was fraud! Contacting the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trades Commission, Federal Communications Commission and will never recommend sprint again! Negative reviews will be in ever single available place I can manage to put them! Unnecessary stress, and the most horrible time! I repeat, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SPRINT AS YOU CAN!!!!!!

I simply hate the compnay. In this day and age they jave made cell phione technology harder than rocket science. Poor cuatomer service. Do not buy it. The biggest turn off is that if you are making a call you cannot use your data... You cannot add people to you conference call. Its simply the worst company ever.

Outstanding service. I arrived very near closing and needed to purchase a new phone, not an inconsiderable investment of time. The staff handled it promptly and professionally, never once betrayed any annoyance or frustration, explained every step and every option concisely and made me aware of what to do in the event of any problems. Sprint does have hidden fees and if I knew then what I know now I wouldve went back to at&t nothing but problems with sprint the last 6 months , upgraded my phone not to long ago the guy who helped me said that the protective cover he put on is being thrown in free of charge but yet every month Im being charged for this thin like otterbox , I can go to englishtown auction and get one thats better for $5 , this is not good business, so now my wife talked to someone 2 months ago he supposedly lowered our bill to like $ 160 mo , then why the hell am I still pay $298 mo. For 3 lines , we pay every month on time !!!!!! They contact my wife today 7/25 and said that we owe $ 598 WHAT!!!!!!! so I think were going back to at&t , were so fed up with sprint and the way they wanna doop the customer !!!!

Had to go to this store to resolve an issue with a business account that was set up by a Sprint franchisee. The team were helpful and forwarded the documents that corporate had requested asap and after a few back and forth calls, everything was resolved.

Although very nice and greeted promptly, a little frustrating. I went in to get my sim card replaced and they provided it, but then I had to call Sprint (in the Sprint Store) to have it activated. Ok. Thats fine. But then the guy on the phone couldnt help me either and instead I ended up chatting with Sprint via messenger, while on the phone with a representative from Sprint, in a Sprint store. While someone was vacuuming so I couldnt hear the person on the phone at 11:00 am. It was very surreal and felt very unnecessary. Not a reflection of the people helping me, they were all very nice, but definitely a reflection of Sprint and their chaotic practices. This was all after chatting with Sprint via messenger for an hour this morning. Oh, and actually activating the sim card, took maybe 2 minutes.

I had an appointment & didn’t have to wait BUT I would have rather waited & gotten an experienced employee. Let me state that it wasn’t the employee’s fault. The store management told him to help us & gave him absolutely no guidance at all. It wasn’t until we were well into a big mess that I found out he had to go in the back for “training”. Ugh... We have a plan with 3 phones that we were upgrading. We were never asked if we had backed up everything since apparently they no longer want to transfer the contents from one phone to another. It was a complete disaster. The assistant manager finally stepped in to help because I wasn’t budging & guess what? Turns out they can still transfer data from one phone to another. What a surprise 🙄 Seriously I would be reluctant to go here again.

My girlfriend went in to get her screen repaired. They had to send the phone out, not a huge problem. However, the girl didnt seem interested in helping activate a temporary phone. She had us call Sprint who in turn says we can go into a store to activate the phone. I am not sure if this is a broken process our laziness. Either way it was a half hour call and lots of frustration. The didnt have the screen for my phone either, not a huge issue since mine was a very small crack. Ive decided to live with it. Will probably just visit another location in the future.

I wish I could put a -10 this place really is horrible. I waited 1 hour to get help, and when I finally get help they can not help me. My email is wrong in my account, my financial information could not be added for some reason so I have to pay a $8 fee every month because THEY can not add it. My security questions have answer I do no know, because when my account was set up the guy who set it up put what ever he wanted. By far the worst experience ever! I will be leaving Sprint ASAP! Do not use thi location! Keep away! And to top it off when I cal the customer service number they can not do anything because I do not have the correct answers?!! & I must go into a Sprint store???????

I went to this loacatin on 12/2. First I will admit I am a store manager myself so I do have a higher expectation of customer care than most. With that being said... I still would not go back to this location although it is the closet to where I live . When I walked in no one greeted me. ( Yes...it was busy). Eventually a women (whom I later found out was the manager on duty ) said to me w/o saying hello “to the back is repairs and the front is sales “ . (I had no idea she worked there b/c she had no sprint clothing on nor a name tag...she was wearing a sweatshirt and leggings and sneakers) .This was said in the most unpleasant manner (as if she was being forced to be there ). We proceeded to the back where a VERY friendly and professional man helped us through our repair situation. Afterwards we went to the tablet to check in so that we could purchase new phones. The manager then called out a number (again in a unpleasant and miserable manner ). We then went to be helped a sales representative who had a very smug attitude and seemed annoyed by the idea of helping us( although we were there to by not one but two of the latest iPhones). After a while of dealing with his attitude ,I asked why he and the other associate had such poor attitude toward us ?.Devin replied and I quote “ it’s just a not a good day today “. After that Devins attitude seem to do a 360(how ironic). In the end we left with what we wanted but extremely disappointed at this CORPORATE locations customer service.

Sales staff is decent but if you have an issue with your phone your beat. Turns out my sim card was bad and needed a new one. Went in to the store looking to get a new one. Told the sales rep my situation first thing he says is did you buy a warranty . I didnt and the sales rep had no interest in helping.Sales rep told me had no obligation of helping but they can do it as a favor. He passed me along to their assurion staff who was nice but said it was my phone not the SIM card. He told me to go to a Samsung repair center which was an hour plus away. All I wanted and needed was a new sim but they told me they couldnt help. Went to Samsung repair center to waste 3 hours and it turns out phone is fine and it was the SIM card. Called up Sprint told them everrything and they sent me a new sim and would you believe my phone works perfectly fine. Morale of the store if you have any technical issues dont go here. Unless you have a warranty they wont help you for anything. Call Sprint and save your time.

Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the tech was incompetent as hell. I walk in and this guy has no idea I had an appointment to come pick up my phone at the store. Mind you I can clearly see my name on the wall for 5:45. He then proceeds to say the phone is not there to which the manager asked, Did you check the back? As a response he stares and opens his mouth but nothing really comes out of it. The younger attendant took initiative looked and found my phone. Due to sprint resent the authorized users we had on the account I did not walk out of there with my phone. I was pissed but after cooling off I felt bad for the poor manager who was super helpful. I wasnt rude but I wasnt nice, on to top it all off she still need to come in to work and deal with a tech who is full of excuses and poor work ethic.

Worst experience I have ever had. Drove all the way to the East Brunswick store for technical help with my device and not only did they not even look at it, they told me that since I didnt purchase it from a corporate store and purchased it from a store in the mall (a third party retailer) that they could not help me. I found it funny that this was the reason they came up with as to why they couldnt help me considering when I walked in the store the tech made pretty clear that he was on his way out to lunch. I soon found out that their reasoning was a lie when I called the Corporate store in South Plainfield NJ and they told me to come right in. I went in and within 20 mins they had checked my phone, changed some settings and I was on my way home! Dont even waste your time going to the East Brunswick store... take the extra 15 minutes and drive to South Plainfield. It is well worth it.
