Carmen at this store is the best! I needed a loan but she valued an old necklace for me and got me way more than I intended. Definitely check this location out. Very unprofessional. I brought in a 60 dollar dual wireless charger still in the box to sell, along with a few other things i didnt expect to get much for. The lady offers me $7 for everything, might as well spit in my face. I do not suggest bringing in your items to sell here. Picasso pawn is 5 min from here and they do a whole lot better with there offers. I am absolutely disappointed!!

Hands-down best pawn shop in Durham county. In my opinion Carmen is what makes this place extra special. Im a middle class middle income middle aged man who has almost lost everything during covid-19 Carmen has treated me like A professional. Almost like I was signing a loan for mortgage not pawning my most valuable items.
