Bought my wifes wedding ring and had to have it sent to get sized they gave me a promise date of when it would be ready. So I started booking the trip that I had plan for us after the day after the ring arrives. I something told me to call the store to make sure the ring was gonna be there the day they promised. They said it wasnt gonna be. The lady I was talking to was Tiffany and she said one let me give the shop a call and Ill call you right back. She hung the phone up without me getting the chance to say okay thank you. 2 hours goes by and she never called the store was closed at this point. Ive spend $2000 on a trip that gonna be pointless because they didnt keep their promise.

Disappointed with shopping experience here. Liz kept on bringing up price with me and my partner even after we said price wasnt a concern. Just trying to find a ring that will work for us. I have a more unique name (Tiffany is fake) and she didnt even bother trying to say it. Just looked at me and ignored me from then on after names/introductions.

Came in looking for a simple wedding band (little to no diamonds). I told Liz my budget of $400 as we are not rich people but I wanted something that would hold up better than the silver band I had purchased prior elsewhere. I realize that $400 wouldn’t have given her the best commission and it probably wasn’t worth her time, but she didn’t need to act like it.When she saw my engagement ring was silver, she also suggested “upgrading” it, which offended me. I love my engagement ring and it has meaning to me. I wasn’t there for an upgrade on that ring.As a former sales associate elsewhere, I also know that upselling is what you all try to do. But I did not appreciate her trying to do that with me when I told her my budget. She then suggested I go to Swarovski across the way. Maybe they will treat me a little nicer there.

Terrific service! I took my girlfriend to look for possible engagement rings. Liz really helped us with looking at possible choices based on what we were looking for. She was so polite and willing to help us. I have shopped at Kay before and I am never disappointed!

There is one person at this location I like who is an older gentleman. I have not had a good experience with anyone but him at this location. If you go there for a one time purchase it should be fine. But if you have to go there regularly for your warranty the customer service is poor. The last time I went there the woman who serviced my ring was obviously new, which is fine but it made me uncomfortable bc it seemed like she had trouble inputting and finding the correct info which is a problem with warranties. This time I went (6 months into the pandemic) they had a sign outside the gate back in 20mins when I got there. I waited 30 mins only for them to change to sign for an extended lunch break and when I called they said they were working by appt only bc they are backed up. So annoyed, they could of sent an email. Complete waste of my time, and unprofessional.

I bought 2 wedding bands in February 2020. The first one came back by March 2020. The pandemic happened, so I knew the other would take longer. However, it’s July and the stores have been opened since May. I’ve tried to call customer service and nobody answers. I just listened to hold music for 40 minutes until I hung up. Everytime I call the store or walk in they have no idea of the time frame. They can’t track it. They are the absolute the worst at organization and customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

Ring is very cheap, the diamond is not solid itsclustered in the middle. Just very disappointed withthe appearance for the price I paid, i seen better ringsin pawn shops. I was hoping to pop the questionto my girlfriend this 4th of July but now I have thefeeling I have to push it back because the ring is nota good representation of my love to ask her hand

We had Kay Jewelers resize my wife’s engagement ring, and we bought our wedding bands here. Throughout the process, Kay Jewelers has impressed us with their knowledge, customer service, and the way they make us feel incredibly important. We had to get my wife’s wedding band resized as well, and they took care of that promptly for us.The wedding bands were high quality. We have no complaints. We highly recommend using Kay Jewelers. Also, we want to give a special shout-out to the kind older man who took extra time with us to talk us through the different processes we needed to know about!

First off I rarely leave reviews. I dealt with a few members of the staff, some better interactions than others. I bought a Neil Lane wedding band and my fiances wedding band. When I was purchasing it was noticed the main stone was loose in my engagement ring. After discussing with Dana, I decided to send it out for tightening. Well unfortunately my stone was chipped by the person who fixed it. Kay and Dana have been nothing but fantastic to me during the entire process. Ive constantly had updates, and anything and everything I could need throughout this devastating ordeal has been handled. So yes Ive had some bad experiences, but Dana was quick to fix and make it right. Being patient and kind goes a long way on both sides.

This store is even lucky I rated them a 1...took my wedding ring to have soldered together. In order to do this you have to send away (which I did not feel comfortable doing) after almost 2 weeks I got them back and they looked great BUT less than a week later my diamond falls out! I go back to the store and they were not willing to do anything!! I have had this ring for 8 years with no issues and send it with them and my diamond falls out. I will never go back and highly recommend not going to this store. The manager was rude didn’t believe what I told her my insurance company informed me about my copay.

Im done with this place. They have messed up so many times. First they never call you when thinga arrive until you call and its been there a week. Then they order the wrong thing and say what WE TRYED ON IN THE STORE doesnt exist. I only hope my ring doesnt come back wrongIf only I could take away this star. Update as of 1/22, just picked up my ring and guess what ring I saw in the display case. The same ring I was told didnt exist. Good thing I found the ring we originally wanted at a lower price somewhere else.

A very shady store and I have proof.I sent a movato away in August 2017 for a battery repair and buffing out. Six months later, no watch. I called and they couldnt find the watch. Finally, and magically the watch re-appeared after 2 weeks..The problem? Not only the 6 months time fame on a battery, but they stated that movato said that it wasnt the battery that was the issue. Evidently, the battery leaked onto the components. No big deal, right?I take the watch to a local high-end jeweler. Ready for this? There was no evidence of leaky battery and to beat it all, it was the battery all along. I have the watch on right now and keeps perfect time.Never ever ever again will I buy from Kays Jewelers no matter where. Bad business practices doesnt even start to describe my experience.Side note - Movato stated they sent the watch back in October. Kays didnt find it until 4 more months later.
