This is a wonderful dealership. I test drove a car and they let me take it to my mechanic which is rare. I came back to see they had a truck they were washing. My experience with Triangle Automart was awesome I brought a BMW 335i convertible from them. I had been looking for that specific make an model of BMW with good miles an a good price for months an it also had a clean carfax with the service records I saw it on cargurus an I called about it and I talked to Weal the salesman an he said it was still available. I. told him that I wanted to buy the car but i couldnt get there till my day off work because it was almost a 4hr drive for me to get there an he said no problem that he could hold the car for me till my day off. When I got there to buy the car Wael had already had the car washed an ready for me to test drive. While I was there we laughed an talked like we were family not strangers. Its been almost 3 months since I brought the car an actually Wael just texted an to see how I was i doing an to see if I was still loving the car now thats a good salesman . I came in to Triangle Auto Mart because I saw their ad on Facebook and I let them know I was in dire need of a car. Wael, the salesman let me know that he couldn’t guarantee it, but he would try his very hardest to get me into a vehicle. I let him know what car I was interested in and we walked around the lot and I actually saw something I liked even more. I let him know that I had a bad experience with trying to finance with Carmax and he made sure he let me know he’d try his best to get me in the car I wanted. I brought in my check stubs from my jobs and he was able to verify my income and worked with the finance company to make sure I got the car I wanted.He kept me in the loop with what was happening with the car and he offered to hold the car for me in the event I was approved. After waiting and him working things out with the finance company, he let me know I was approved! He explained everything in the simplest terms (this is my first time buying a car off the lot) and even worked hard and got my payment down to what I asked. I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership because they work hard to get you in a vehicle. They treat like a person and not like a credit score.
