I bought a car here recently that I had seen online. The photos that they used fairly and accurately Illustrated the cars condition which was very good. I flew into Durham with the intention of driving the vehicle 300 miles back home. Chris assured me the car would be fine and it was. The other thing that was really impressive was that Chris actually drove the vehicle to the airport to pick me up when I was having trouble getting transportation to their dealership I think that thats really taken care of your customer.

Christian was exceptional to deal with. He didnt play any games and was a straight shooter with me. I really appreciate that when buying a car. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and professional. They also were able to do a good bit better than the other dealers I had visited. Would definitely recommend again!

When you have seriously Bad reviews and the dealer does not care, keep your money and go to a good dealer.

First I should not have to place a star for what I am about to share. I am from Virginia and looked for a Subaru for my son. Found this one in NC, bought it and have only had the car for 2 days 2/26 and the engine light came on. The radiator is overfilling and running hot. I fixed this and no sooner than I did this, the same afternoon the engine light came on again. After checking out the car, one of the head gaskets are blown. The car was sold as is, I was told the car was in great condition, no issues or problems! Is it worth me going to court with this dealership to return this vehicle??? Plan to contact them now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How sad and pathetic that this car dealer won’t even take back this truck I just bought from 30days ago haven’t put 40 miles on it since I’ve paid for it in full and spent $1000 in tires now it’s needs a full tune up and transmission lines and a heater core. I asked if he would trade me this truck for another one he has same year but that one has more miles on it then mine. You can read his response. How cold hearted and greedy and just low individuals you are. But it’s a sign of your character. I feel sorry for you honestly how sad it is for you to do people so wrong and be able to sleep at night. It’s a shame

BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREI purchased a vehicle from this establishment and I was PROMISED and they gave me paperwork telling me that what I was buying had a clean title. Come to find out a few weeks later at dmv it has a SALVAGE TITLE. Great. I asked numerous times because I did have a suspicion but I believed them! They have access to vin reports and they have ways to check so I don’t believe that it was an accident and that they didn’t know.. turns out they themselves purchased from a salvage auction... so how could they tell me it’s a clean title... after I purchased I asked for a CARFAX report. They never sent it. They deliberately lied to me. If you are looking at a car here be careful! You’ve been warned. Bad business. Not to mention the check engine light came on while I was test driving. Also I had to replace the battery before I could even drive it home since it wouldn’t even stay running without it.... what a shocker.. used car dealer fraud. You make hard working honest car dealer look bad! Hope you get what’s coming!

I bought a car from them & the gas tank was on empty. I didnt notice until I drove off the lot. That should have been a warning! Ive put $500 into the car & today learned it needs an $800 part to pass inspection. I talked to Juan about it & Chris was supposed to call me. Now no is answering my calls & Chris has yet to call. It is definitely not over. Juan said my car passed inspection but I now have proof that it couldnt have!My mechanic replaced the part for free from a totaled Mazda that came in to the shop. It then threw 2 codes, one for idle & one for the catalytic converter. I went to Chris at LA Motors & asked for a copy of the NC Inspection. He became angry, started yelling & told me i didnt understand the business, which I do. He bashed my mechanic & never produced a copy of the inspection. In my opinion, my mechanic was right; Chris did a clean scan for my car. That means he ran a different VIN & passed it off for mine. Otherwise, why would he get so angry & defensive if he hadnothing to hide?I have since traded the car in for a Certified 2017 Ford Fiesta Titanium taking a $4,000 loss on the Mazda. But I absolutely love my car & i even purchased an extended warranty. They provided a copy of the inspection with my purchase, the gas tank was full & it was detailed, as it should be. I asked the sales manager about that & was informed that yes, it is the law!BUYER BE AWARE! These people are shady!!

I was looking for a car for 3 month and one stop at La motors 12 was my last stop. Juan and Christian were honest and helpful, they showed me their best vehicles and i found my Subaru legacy. he didnt hesitate to drop the price to my budget. and the vehicle runs great with everything replaced amd changed according to its mileage! i would recommend them any day!! thx guys and it only took us 4 hours to close the deal!!

My 19 year old daughter bought a used car from LA 12 Motors. She had the car a total of 17 days when the ENGINE went. Nothing like having to have a entire engine put into a car that still has the 30 day temporary tag on it. My husband called LA 12 Motors to see if they would help in any way but we were told no. So her car ended up costing her an additional 3,500.00!!!! STAY AWAY FROM LA 12 MOTORS. In order to leave this review I had to give a star. Reviews should be allowed to have negative stars because there is no way I would even rate LA 12 Motor with a single star. Potential buyers be aware

This place is ran by crooks, Im not even sure how the vehicles they sell are passing state inspection. Two vehicles purchased there, the first one with engine problems within 24 hours, confirmed by the VW dealer. When attempting to reconcile the wrong the dealer made, they make it clear that they feel there is no fault....because within 24 hours a car should experience mechanical failure...I guess thats normal by their standards. They refuse to right their wrong, and will not refund money, so the option is to purchase another vehicle....3 weeks later the entire engine is replaced on vehicle #2. The first car purchased was put right back onto the lot knowing there was issues. This place cares about their money, not the quality of their inventory and certainly not the best interest of their customers. This is an absolute BUYERS BEWARE dealership!!

My car broke down so i came here to buy a car i saw on craigslist. 1 week later after the car has been running perfect, I go to pick my kids up from school and all I see is black smoke and hear a squealing noise.
