Visited yesterday for the 1st time from WS. Looked at Audi on the lot. Salesman was nice throughout the experience, until some flaws were pointed out regarding this car. He said, “Maybe this isn’t the car for her.” Wow, why would I drive to see it, if I couldn’t afford it? Clearly you knew the car had flaws when you purchased it at the auction, you just didn’t think the buyer would. Thanks, for that experience, but no thank you. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Tried to buy a car online, unseen in person and although my credit was hit and I was ready to move forward, the sales rep (whom, at first, I really enjoyed and felt good about buying from) dropped the ball. My partner purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra from CBS-Hillsborough on May 27, 2020. Josh worked with him to ensure that he was making a good purchase. He put down his down payment Josh found him a lender and he was all set and drove off in his new truck. However, three weeks later everything changed. CBS says that the lender has no record of his paperwork and that the lender dropped him. Before he was given the keys all of the required documents were presented. Today Josh stated that he would need to put down more money and find a new lender. Long story short he would never do business with the company again. They are shady and janky and rip people off. And Tim yeah don’t trust him he’s shady! I bought a car from CBS in February the day after I got the car I noticed the back tires were rumbling I contacted Tim he told me to come in the next day and he would check it out. He drove the car and said it was from the tires being rotated and the noise would go away. Needles to say after making an appointment with the service department they told me that I needed new back because the tires were pretty much garbage and they were rubbing. Tim assured me that he would take care of it but when I asked him about it he had no recollection of what I was talking about. Also, they never called me when my tags came in and lost the second key to my car. I nor my partner will ever go back to this location!

Dont waste your time!Found a vehicle on a Friday and negotiated a price with Tim at the Hillsborough location. Even drew up paperwork. It had a front end noise that Tim assured me would be taken care of the next day. I waited all day to go pick up may car. Tim was very hard to get a hold of and the car wasnt back on his lot until 5pm. Drove to pick it up only to find the CBS repair shop didnt do a thing to it. Same noise, same problem. Tim told me thats the best they could do. He said its been fixed when he cant even tell me what the problem was. I asked him to have the tires rotated since the two best ones were on the left side instead of in front (front drive). They did not even do that! If they wont even rotate the tires to sell the car how can I trust their free rotations for life claim. I would not recommend this dealer.

I bought a used car from them in February and it was a fairly straightforward process, until I realized one of my headlights was out. Aside from it taking nearly a month to get it sorted out, they were very helpful and willing to work with me to get it fixed properly (some parts were on backorder) Rocky, the salesman was very friendly and not pushy at all. The people in the service department that helped me out were great! Tray the parts manager was on top of everything, even giving me his personal number to check on parts delivery and options. Jeff, the service manager stepped in and made the call to replace the entire headlight assembly to make sure the problem did not come back later down the road. Called ahead to pick up a part for my car. When I got there, the staff didnt actively engage me even after I asked for help. I think they didnt care as much since I wasnt there to buy a car. The service dept staff was bit more friendly.

Was told that service is open til 3 pm but when I called at 12:30 was told they are closing and cannot help me. When I tried to ask why they told me they were open til 3, the service technician HUNG UP on me. Won’t be going back here. Had a very good first experience with the people in the front of house, but if they have these type of people working on my car that might cut corners or be lazy because hey, no more work I can go home a couple hours early is not the type of place I wanna trust with my car.

I worked with Billy at the Hillsboro CBS location to trade in my 2014 Mazda3 with a ton of miles on it for a slightly used Chrysler 200C V6. Before I stopped in, I called to inquire about the Chrysler to see if it had smoke odors, among other questions. Billy checked out the car and verified it did. While I was bummed, I appreciated his honesty. Thankfully, the price was right and I had to stop in (45 minutes from my house) to check it out. Both he and Mike were great to work with and once I decided to make the trade, I purchased an ozone generator for $70 to clean out the smoke smell, with my savings (Great investment BTW!) based on Billys recommendation. All in all, couldnt have asked for a easier transaction!

Do NOT buy a car here. I traded a vehicle here, and they called me back 10 days later to tell me they had obtained the wrong payoff information, and I owed an extra $450. To date they still have not send the payoff for my vehicle, and my lending company is harassing me b/c they have not paid off my original vehicle. These guys are sloppy sham artists- deal with them at your own risk. I will never make the mistake of buying a car at a low quality dealership such as this.

The sales rep we dealt with was great but when we talked to his manager to close the deal he treated us like we had absolutely no idea about cars or business. There were a couple of issues we pointed out with the Mercedes they showed us that pointed to an accident involving the front of the car. The manager then walked out to prove to us that all their cars have crooked bumpers with new paint. He then further tried to justify his point. We just left after getting our concerns not addressed.

Got this response from a sales associate after inquiring about a car and then telling them I found a comparable one cheaper to see if they would be willing to deal:Well, if you found one that cheep than you should not have contacted CBS Quality Cars. Never let a good thing pass you -if what you say is true.So basically I was told I shouldnt have contacted them (ridiculous) and than he implied that i was lying about finding a cheaper comparable car. Unbelievable.....

Sold me a car that was messed up than wouldnt keep word on 30 day Warranty wouldnt return my calls and then didnt even call me to tell me my tags came in! Stay clear of Francis!! Also took my car to their shop and they said everything was fine took it to westers in louisburg and got the truth!! I do not recommend buying from here!

I havent personally bought a vehicle from CBS but I went to look at aUsed car one day. I pulled up to building and parked in parking spot on side of building as front spaces were full of inventory. Three employees came out to look at me and what I was doing within 15 mins. They never asked if they could help me they just looked at me and walked around me looking. I dont know if I was looking especially bad or good or like a hubcap thief that day but I got outta there.I gave three stars because 3 employees saw me and didnt ask if I needed help.

I came to the Lot..They pulled it out..Let me test drive it..With in 2 hours..I was driving the car home! They go above and beyond The Finance guys Mike & Bill were great also..no hidden surprises! Even called me back before i got home to say they found me a better Car payment and interest rate! Hooked me right up! I would recommend them to anybody! :)

Bought an FX37 and so far so good. Didnt feel pressured or that they were trying to get over on me. Terry made it all really easy. They didnt try to push a vehicle service contract on me though they have literature on one available. I actually could have bought the car a little cheaper but the difference wasnt worth the sleezy feel I got off the other guys. The price I paid was consistent with other dealers so I didnt feel gouged. Actually one of the easiest car buying experiences Ive had.

This dealership sold me a car that they knew would not pass an inspection. When we approached the dealership with the issue, we were told that it was not their problem. Several calls were placed to the GM with no response. When we bought the car, it had recently passed inspection, but when we tried to have it inspected again, it did not pass, which leads me to believe that the car should not have initially passed the inspection that was current when we bought the car. Its very frustrating that we cannot get the GM to reply to us regarding a simple fix to a car that they sold us. Very poor display of customer service and questionable sales tactics if they cannot stand behind the cars that they sell.

While our experience did NOT involve purchasing a vehicle, it was a awesome experience nonetheless.Somebody decided to use my wifes van as target practice in the parking lot, and messed up the back of her van pretty bad. We were referred to CBSs collision center for repairs. One of the onsite managers (CW) looked over my wifes van, was able to send us a quote by the end of the day, and then was able to complete the job in less than three days (original estimate was 5 days).To quote Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty ... my wife is happy, happy, happy !! :-)

Why does google not have a negative star rating? This company is not worth it. Dont bother reading any reviews, and dont bother even visiting their dealership. It is not worth it.Reason: Bill Corcoran is like a loan shark and talks like one too, Tim Roberson is sneaky and scatter brained, he must have done some hard drugs at some point in his life, both of them are ignorant and try to blame shift or just shift responsibility. Still have not received my loan info, so how am I supposed to make payments?

I purchased my car from CBS Quality in Roxboro and to be honest it was a horrible experience the moment I step foot on the lot. I drove from Mebane after seeing a car online and I called to make sure it was there. 15 min before I got there I texted Jordan that I was on the way. Didnt mention until I was completely there that they had just sold the car... That was the first annoyance from this dealer. They showed me another car same model little older. My first impression was good from the car and Jordan said he would make me a good deal on the car. During the entire purchasing of the car they rushed every point of the sale. When I got back with the finance salesman it was for the full price of the car... Not the listed price online and the guy looked at me like I was the jerk when I got him to lower that. Jordan then after the purchase told me they would mail the tags and extra keys when they came in which was a lie because when they came in his response to me was Yes but we had a policy change where everyone had to come to the store and pick it up - exact text from Jordan. Also I had a few issues so far with the car that I immediately brought up to him.I told him that when I turn off the car it wont go into park until I turn the car back on and move it. He insulted me by saying. And your making sure its all the way pushed forward?? I responded and told him my other issue:Yes I have to completely turn the car back on multiple times to get into park so it will stop beeping. - me responding to his insult. And:Also when I start from a cold engine I will hear and feel a scratch and my feet. - me telling him about my other issue.That was May 26th and not a word from Jordan since. He made sure not to respond until after any Warranty was up.I will never go to CBS quality Cars in Roxboro again or a CBS quality cars in general. Overpriced and horrible salesmen.
