WOW! This place is awesome. The STAFF! The staff is so awesome! Jason went so so so far out of his way to help us figure out a problem on a headset that we didnt even buy there. Heck, he used the headset to call his mom to see if worked. Where else do you ever get customer service like that????????? Jason rocks!

If i could give less than one star I would, called Gamestop in Durango and was told they were expected to get about 30 PS5’s for Black Friday. My son and I were about 10th in line in the freezing cold, no social distancing only to find out right at open they only received 2 PS5’s. There were people in the store way before that knowing the majority of the people there were waiting for the playstation. They could have put a sign out or let people know earlier on, huge waist of time and we will nolonger do business there. Also a safety issue during a pandemic, come on guys you could do better than that.

Never received product bought and never received refund. No customer support help from Game Stop. They ask I do a review and because it wasn’t good, they deleted it and notified me of it. Worst business I have dealt with

I have always loved this GameStop! Lance is the nicest and most knowledgeable guy at this store!!! He is always willing to go out of his way to help, I greatly appreciate it!!! This store is also very clean and organised quite well.

Great service with friendly staff. Its always nice to go in there ans have fast service ans be able to stick around for a bit and talk to other gamers, whether it be the staff or other shoppers.

Not many Gamestops will help you like this one, staff caught a pricing error at the register and honored a lower price that I didnt even catch. Very grateful to them!

Its your average gamestop BUT the crew working there are great knowledgable humble people and make this the best gamestop i have ever been to. They go the extra mile and will even bend the rules to satisfy the needs of the customer.

I was in there and the staff was talking badly about another staff in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Plus they sell used games for full price (new). Very shady policies and moral.
