I feel like crying. I just went into this location and the man working with the red hair acted like I was bothering him for asking questions about the phones.I went in to get a new phone and switch service and ended up walking out because of his rude reply to the last question I asked him.I asked him If a phone on one of their signs with a 5G and he replied with Thats why you need to look at the sign.

I’m super amazed by the customer service at the Durango Cricket Store. I came to the store with SO many hurdles and Heather and Selena were over the top nice, patient and generous while juggling other customers all at the same time while still having a smile. The deals without hidden fees was so much better than Verizon. I’m so happy with my service and my new phone that was given to me at a great price there. Outstanding experience!! Thank you!!

Had an issue with my phone and the young woman would not even look at it. Stated that my phone was old (even though I got it a year ago) and that I needed a new phone. I walked out frustrated and was in Santa Fe the next week where they fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes for free.

The discreptancy in our increased bill was explained stating the hotspot added & charged for a full month 2 days ago at another location was billed for another month. Also, apparently ins was added without our consent at another location. Poor phone selection too, but at least we get good signal. Pleased with explation & patience at this location.

Went in to buy a new phone after work one day and the lady that worked here was rude and short with us because she closed in a hour.

They’ve called me multiple times up to 10 per day for over a year and will not take me not being someone named Heather for an answer. I changed my number when moving to FOCO and the calls haven’t stopped, even when blocked. Get your stuff together and operate like a professional entity and stop harassing strangers.

I like cricket for my phone company. Their data is great. They are helpful to answer questions.

Clean environment and great social distancing skills

Been trying to call the store and no one answers but the website and the hours on the door say they are open. Not a good way to treat customers that have been there for years.
