I have always received great service at the Durango ATT store, and recently, Chance took it up a few notches.Its a long story, but ATT sent me a new flip phone that would be compatible with the 5G upgrade. When I called the 800 number to activate my phone, I had a 33 minute extremely frustrating and unhelpful call that ended up with my being disconnected. I called the local store, Chance answered and told me they could absolutely help me in person. He was very kind and patiently answered a few questions I had. When I went into the store, I was fortunate enough to get Chance to assist me. He was so patient, kind, and understanding with me, even though all he was doing was helping me activate a flip phone. No purchase, no commission (I assume they work on commission, though I dont know for sure).He is knowledgeable and has great customer service skills! I hope the company is taking good care of him!By the way, I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes, and that includes the wait to be seen.

Chance, the manager, was SO HELPFULL with assisting us with retrieving our data from 2 broken phones and setting it all up on 1 new phone! We walked in expecting to leave with an operational phone but none of our data, but Chance really went above and beyond to make everything work! Great job Chance! Your expertise and knowledge are greatly appreciated!

Jalisa was wonderful and very patient in working on my problem. She spent several hours with me, and I appreciate it very much. On a schedule from one to ten ,she is definitely a ten.

We were thoroughly pleased with the level of Service and care we got in Durango! Lizzie helped us upgrade phones and Chance did amazing helping us switch to a business account and saved us $85 a month! Highly recommend working with these two!

Went in to upgrade my devices. Sabrina was very knowledgeable on the current deals and trade in values. She got me completely set up, moved all of my apps and data and even gave me a few tips on the new service. Was very patient with me when I had a few missteps on entering my passwords. Well worth coming in!

Customer service when your buying is amazing they will take tons of time to explain everything. When you have issues not so much. They say the info is in your email, even after telling them it’s not. Don’t tell someone 3 days for delivery then 7 days later say it should ship at some point but I don’t see that it’s shipped. Been on the phone for a half hour and they still can’t help.

Chance worked with us today at the ATT store. He was a nice guy but we were not impressed with his ability to give us a clear answer and do the research to back it up. It wasn’t until we were signing documents that he clarified some fuzzy areas after everything was already done and confused us more than when we came in.

12/10 Update: Monday the below review applied. However, Wednesday and Thursday finds greater than 1 1/2 hour wait times and viewing interior of store, less staff to handle increased workload. Downgraded to Two Stars due to inexorable wait times. Day two after an hour...I’m leaving without yet meeting with customer rep.12/7 As expected of the AT&T Durango store...TOP SHELF customer care and support. Having been a customer of this company and specific store location for over 14 years I can say they’ve always treated customers well and offered valuable device and service support! Mr. Alton Schwenter, Customer Support Rep, super knowledgeable! Good job Team!!!

Nice, respectful, and patient even when there was frustration. However due to covid there are only a few phones that can be showed and held, this can be a difficult situation with elderly people because pictures are hard to look at. Other than needing more phones to be able to look at and hold, things went well.

Maddy was amazing! She helped us upgrade three phones and move one over from another provider. Maddy helped us back up all of our phones, and pick out accessories all with a smile and professionalism! She is a 💎

Celeste is the only person that knows what shes doing every other person in there seems like they just got hired took 2 hours and get a simple SD card okay I had a horrible experience

Waited 40 minutes to go from third in line to second. Either they dont know what theyre doing or they are not prompt with their service. Try calling to schedule an appointment so you dont spend an hour in the parking lot.

What a great team they have here! I had to go in 3 different times worked with 3 different people, they each went above and beyond. Got apple on the phone for me, worked with apple to fix my issue. The Apple rep was impressed! He told me he doesn’t come across people at cell phone places who were so helpful. He couldn’t stop talking about how Stuart was so great, and surpassing what was expected of him. I feel so fortunate to have these people working with me!

Priscilla was very helpful today when I came in with lots of question on how to set up my AT&T app and account. She personally helped me through every step and explained why it didn’t work prior to her helping me figure it all out. I was very satisfied with the customer service today. Thank you Priscilla!

Durango location, Mike and Lizzie have spent almost 5 hours working diligently and professionally helping my family and I with our account. They kept a wonderful attitude and were very patient. The issues are programming related and not fixable in the store. These 2 should be training customer service for AT&T. The other members of the Staff were also very curtious and enjoyable. After 5 hours I believe I can apply for part time work.

I needed help with questions on my bill, getting off my ex’s line and my daughter her own line. I waited in line but was assigned quickly to the At&t rep, Dustin. He was friendly, professional and understood exactly what I needed. He communicated clearly about the bill and I made an appointment to come back the next day to release my line off the old account. My daughter’s line was added and it went smooth. The staff seemed busy, but I received the help I needed with everything.

The staff at this AT&T store were all excellent. Especially Stuart, Mike and Priscilla! We had an appointment and got taken care of right away. Our needs were involved, Stuart took his time, he was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and made the experience a pleasure.

Last month I had a problem with my bill and Mike, the manager, heard what I had to say and was able to solve the problem. This month he took care of the remainder of the problem. He handled it quickly and told me about some new accounts that might be helpful. The store in Durango is the best AT&T store that I have been in.They even helped my husband buy a new phone and took the time to explain how to use it. Priscilla is a dear lifesaver for me. Over and over again she has rescued me from crazy problems and lost voicemails and several other things. Most recently I’ve been having trouble with dropped calls. She suggested a couple things which I have tried and it seems better already. I also came by the store to get a new Sim card. I thought you were open till seven but it’s only six now which I get. She was inside the store and saw me and came to open the door. She didn’t know I was coming. She’s just that customer oriented. She came outside and took care of everything and put in a new Sim card. I was seriously thinking of changing to Verizon with this dropped call situation. But now I can never leave AT&T because she went over the top , the extra 5 miles to solve my problem and take care of me. She is a gem , she saved a customer for you

I walked in the store and from the start was very disappointed in how the girl who was sitting up front wouldnt even get off the phone to talk to me. Then Austin came along and just took care of everything we needed and walked out woth new phones and services. Thank you Austin!!

The salesperson Lane originally seemed to be helpful and knowledgeable, but I later learned that he was full of misinformation about both charges and promotional offers. Transferring an additional line to this account ended up costing me over $160 dollars more than he originally quoted, and it ended up requiring another not-so-helpful store visit and several calls to At&Ts 1-800 number in order to finish making changes I had requested. Overall a very disappointing (and expensive) experience.
