I ended up going to main street auto after searching for places to check my vehicle due to a headlight not working properly. After calling around, I spoke with Bobby who honestly gave me the best estimate around so I brought my car in.They went above and beyond to help me with my car, and I was able to quickly get back on the road for a long-distance trip.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in search of an honest mechanic! Plus, they have an adorable labradoodle on-site to greet you!

Main Street Auto hasnt let us down. Prior to going to Main Street Auto, we took my Honda Pilot to many repair shops and returned with the same issue. Not with Main Street - theyve serviced my Pilot for different issues (its a 2007) and weve been very pleased with the service. Main Street Auto has become our go-to garage for repairs. Bolt (the dog) is also a welcomed site and greets with a wagging tail.

I’m new to Dunedin from Georgia and needed some help with my 2002 Chevy Avalanche after having trouble while on the highway. I found this place on Google and have to say the reviews are spot on! I went in and explained to Bobby what happened, he was able to look at and fix my suspension/shocks and brake calipers. He was very nice and fixed my truck same day. I will definitely return to him for any of my mechanical needs in the future! Awesome service!

I cannot tell you how much Bobby and his team just made my day --- all unscheduled and done in 20 minutes (much to my embarrassment...more on that below).I was driving on behalf of my company, an autonomous vehicle service provider, to one of the coolest towns in this part of the Bay area...and I started with a tire that knocked...then started shimmying as I finished my trek into town from where I live down south. Called Bobby after a quick search on google for auto mechanic dunedin. He stated hed find a way to fit me in. 2 hrs later --- problem solved. Loose lug nuts. 1000 mi previous I got a tire rotation and didnt even THINK that could be the problem. He even hesitated to charge me...but in the end I was paying for something --- because the service was bar none. GO HERE. If you can. A business ethic like this means hes probably going to be very busy...for like...ever.

Just moved to Dunedin and needed to get my brakes checked, tire pressure checked and fluids topped off. I found this shop on google and called the day of and my car was able to be seen same day. They were in contact with me within a few hours, very kind and great customer service. I don’t know anything about cars, but they were very informative and I didnt feel taken advantage of at all. Main Street Automotive Service is awesome! Thank you for getting me back on the road again Phil, Bobby and Eric. My clutch pedal had stopped working, and from the moment I called, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I figured thered be list of cars ahead of mine...instead Eric offered me to get my car over immediately, that he and the team would check it out, and get back to me asap. When I got there I was greeted by Eric, Phil, and the shop dog named Bolt. These gentlemen were really cool about the situation, so I felt better about the circumstances of having my only vehicle break down. Bobby called me within a couple hours, which was impressive. He kept me updated about the diagnosis, repairs, and was forthright about financials, which was much appreciated. I explained to them, that day I had to work at 5pm, and they were mindful of my schedule. Phil got the first portion of the repair taken care of, then the car was drivable, so at least I was able to get myself to & from work, and not have to use any more money on uber, etc. Bobby tracked down a difficult part to find, and it came in two days later. I brought my vehicle back and they finished the job in time for me to get to work again. Its a given that nobody likes to spend money on fixing their car, but at least these guys are trustworthy, and their service is worth it. I highly recommend this establishment, for anyone whos in need of quality automotive care. Thanks again gentlemen!

He went out of his way to fix my seatbelt without charging me! It never retracted all the way and was probably a safety hazard and I noticed after I picked it up that it had been fixed! Very nice.

I’m a New Yorker & I give people one chance to win my trust, in Business.I wandered into his Auto Station by accident-Problem with my Starter Key.And I have been back with similar problems with my Starter Key & he is always nice.Also he has done two oil changes & Service Checks.He doesn’t sell you stuff you don’t need.If I ever blow out my Battery (OMG!)
