I would give less than 1 star if I could. The receptionist, the wife of mechanic is THE most unprofessional, rude person I have ever spoken to. I called to ask a simple question and she could NOT have been less helpful or more nasty. NO reason for this. I have never spoken to the mechanic - but I hope to as I understand he is much more kind and reasonable. Some advice - If you want to stay in business keep your wife away from the shop!

Integrity, honest, reliable Automotive company. Run by caring individuals. That in itself is a rare find in any company. I have yet to find peace of mind in an Automotive company. I know I will be treated as a person ...not a woman, Joe help explain to me the necessary essentials of my car. They just put new tires on my car. Excellent choice of tires at an honest fair price (no hidden add on fees). Now my speedy car The Boss feels like she is hugging the road and feels like she owns the roads. Vroom, Vroom. Called this shop for repair quote on my cooling system leak, he replied no charge to find out what the problem was. Went to his shop within 10 minutes he knew what the problem was he quoted me the price the next morning car was fixed perfectly also the quote did not change. I highly advise anyone who needs a honest and reliable shop for repairs this should be first on your list!!!!

This is a family company, not a national chain. They live here, they work here. They are honest and straight-forward. They will never start work on a vehicle without an estimate and authorization to proceed. I wont bring either my 2006 van or my 2014 truck anywhere else.

Took my daughters car in for front brake pads. Guy at shop said everthing else is fine and it was good that i didnt keep driving it. He put on new pads I hope and pulled car out of bay. He didnt drive it. I paid him 120. He said no tax so thats criminal. As I drove away it started shaking bad. Took it back and without looking said it will be another 157.00 for right front hose and something else. My opinion is that he new about problem because he said it right away without even looking. Im disgusted with that place and guy. Not honest and he ripped me off and then tried to do it again. When i told him this he said nothing! I think they bait you by doing ok work with tires and other fast stuff but then when its time for any significant repair, thats when they get you. So bottom line is I paid 120 dollars to make my car completely undrivable.

I had my car towed in on a Thursday because it kept stalling. The receptionist who is also the wife was very rude to me when I called to make sure that my car arrived with no problem.After a whole day of hearing no update I called to get one with no answer. I didnt receive a call back with an update so I tried the next day (Friday) with no answer. Needless to say, I didnt get a hold of anyone until Wednesday and they told me that the car was ready and they didnt find a problem with driving it. When arriving, I went into the office to grab my keys to be greeted by cut-outs of full naked women.Now it is Thursday of the following week and my car stalled 7 times on the way to work this morning. I do not recommend going here if you want communication and your car fixed.

Joel is as honest, trustworthy and talented as a mechanic and as a person. Would not take my car to anyone else.

Told me I might have a misfire that he checked all my wires and one was loose but still misfiring. When I got home and checked myself one wire was completely taken off. Had he checked like he said he would have seen that right? Or did he deliberately take wire off thinking I would just let him proceed with repair... either way not happy and will not go back ever....

I cant say enough good things about J&C. They were able to fit me in on less than an hours notice, and they saved me over $600 versus a quote given to me by a local Big Box auto repair shop. They were very honest and reasonably priced.

Figures things out fast and gets it done inexpensively!

For a very reasonable price I got my Headlight assembly installed immediatelly froma very experienced mechanic - in 20 minutes instead of the quoted 3 hours!Will go there agin for my car repairs!
