Thoroughly explained - for once it didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off when taking my car in for a balance & price for an oil change was as expected, very organized and communicate any issues whether scheduling or on my car. We stopped at a busy Tire Kingdom today, with brake lights that would not shut off. The service person Gary was awesome, asked us for our keys and had the problem fixed by the time it took us to sit down. This wonderful experience came after stopping at the dealership where they told us they could not possibly look at the car till morning at which time the battery would most likely be dead. Thank you to Advanced Autoparts who told us the solution and Tire Kingdom for doing the fix. We are so appreciative of the service. Hoping to never go to a dealership again.

Headed to the Airport to pick up family and I noticed there was a screw in the left tire of my wifes car.... We called about 6 places and got the brush off from everyone except these guys! They gave me an appt about an hour later. I showed up early and they repaired the tire before my original appointment. Great customer service and great hussle. Go here! These guys were great. I was driving a rental car and the tire went flat. They got me right in determined that the sidewall had a hole in it in the tire was shot so they contacted enterprise enterprise took care of it that we were In and out within one hour.Highly recommend!

My brother had taken his car here over the last 4 months for front end part replacement, alignment and Aspen tires were recommended by the front desk. The alignment was done so badly that he had to take it to another place to be redone. The tire kingdom tech didnt even make sure the steering wheel was in the right position. Then today one of the Aspen tires side wall split open when turning a corner. When examined the side wall rubber was manufactured very thin. The front desk said all they could approve was replace it with another one. To get credit back to his account requires General manager approval. I highly recommend avoiding this location and Aspen tires.

I stopped in there this morning to make an appointment but the guy there told me he was too busy. I asked if I could make an appointment and pick out the tires but he told me again he was too busy to help me. He told me to come back later and if he wasnt busy he would make me an appointment. I went to Wal-Mart and they were happy to make an appointment and help me choose the right tires for my car.. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I would title this review, Like Family because that is how I am always treated. David is so kind, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. He never tries to sell you services or products you dont need, and always meets the schedule discussed. I have only dealt with David, and only been to this Tire Kingdom twice but will never go anyplace else for tires, oil change, or any other service that they offer. Its so great to have someone like David looking out for me and being honorable and fair! Thanks David!Just had my tires rotated which is an included service when I purchased tires. Once again, extremely pleased with the service, the staff.... especially Gary. I realize I am being redundant in my praise, but when you find something that works, stick with it. I am so pleased with the friendly service here! I stopped with a flat and had my son in the car visiting from the military. They fixed the flat while we waited for free! I’ll definitely be buying my next set of tires from Tire Kingdom!

Went in with a flat tire, the guy at the front was ver short and rude and told me he couldn’t get me in for a day and a half- though there was only one car there. I surprised him by saying I’d take that appointment. He started mumbling something and gruffly took my info. I left and saw a tire place across the street. It was called Mavis Tire. They were extremely courteous, and though they had more cars there, got me out within an hour. I will never give Tire Kingdom my business again.

I went to several tire store in my area. T.K. was last. I expected them to be like the other ones but I explained that my car would be traded in soon. They had the lowest price, Gary was really helpful and the place was clean with respect to covid. They couldve taken advantage of me but didnt. Im new in this area. I will continue to be a customer of theirs. Great job guys.

Customer service is good here. Ford was going to charge me 85.00 for a new tires... I took care here for a estimate and they showed me the nail. The nail never punctured my tire! I will be going to them the next service I need on my car. They fill your tires with air for free. I try yo tip every time.

Just moved here from Michigan... Had to have front pads put on my vehicle in a hurry, Tire Kingdom stepped up and got me in and out with no problems. Gary asked if I wanted the on the car machining of the rotors for pad installation. Glad I agreed to it! Amazing how the brakes feel and work now. I will be using Tire Kingdom for all of my future vehicle needs.

All the bays were taken.3 Employees came to assess and assist me. Needless to say I have been to this establishment before and I just knew we would wait a long time and pay an emergency fee.My kids and I were treated with patience and kindness as we waited. They jacked up my truck in front of the store, made quick work of replacing my tire with our spare and met me with the keys.I asked how much, and they replied. Youre all set. I was worried about my brakes before leaving on 2k+ mile trip. They checked breaks, battery, fluids, ect... Then handed me an estimate for the brakes and told me they are good for my trip and then some. Oh, and a receipt for $0.00. Great auto care establishment.

Scott there is amazing. The rest of the guys seem worthless in the front but Scott is always on top of what is going on. I will continue to go there as long as he is there. he gets 5 stars, everybody else, 3 maybe 4 for some but SCOTT 5 STARS

I was treated courteously by a manager that was both friendly and patient with my many questions regarding tires for my daughters Jeep Wrangler. I usually concern myself with tires mostly by price and brand reputation, but with Jeeps the appearance is important as well. I was shown several options and a price was offered that I simply could not walk away from. I cant say enough good about my overall experience, and my feeling of security knowing my kid is driving back to college on the right tires. I would highly recommend Tire Kingdom, and will return with my next car that needs tires.

We were in Dunedin yesterday from out of town for a birthday party and had a flat tire. When we got to Tire Kingdom they were slammed with a line of people at the counter. The young man at the counter was pleasant and courteous and told us the truck would be ready by 4pm. They had it ready when he said, he apologized for being so busy earlier and there was no charge for putting our spare on! Kudos to Tire Kingdom and your lucky to have the young man behind the counter (sorry we didnt get his name).

I got off work and was heading 2 hours away for a business trip when my battery unfortunately wouldn’t start. It was late afternoon on Labor Day so I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get worked in. I was able to get my car to Tire Kingdom and the workers were extremely nice to me! Jason, one of the repair men, agreed to stay late after his shift to make sure I got my car fixed so I could go on my business trip! The guy at the front desk, Gary, also provided great customer service! I had a great experience at this location and will be bringing all of my business here!

Needed rear breaks and rotors put on my car, they were fast done in 4 hours and work looks impeccable. Breaks are silent. Ill be back for new tires in a few months. They have great prices on product and services. I will update as i use this business more.

Tire Kingdom was awesome! Oil change was only 19.95 plus tax. Jason, Luis and Gary all went out of their way to help me with an issue that had nothing to do with my oil change! They did not need to do that but they did!! Their awesome!! Thanks again guys! Ill definitely be recommending this place to friends!

My husband made an appointment for noon today, for a simple oil change and four tire replacements. It’s coming up on 2pm and he’s still waiting for this simple order to be completed. To make matters worse, he overheard staff complain about the “1pm appointment” at 1:23pm. An older couple was also there and expressed displeasure with the amount of time their vehicle took; indicating they were told it would be ready at a certain time, only to find the vehicle was not done. Staff doesn’t care about customers at this location. It’s one thing to work someone into a schedule as a walk in, but to not care that someone has an appointment is unacceptable. A 10% discount is not nearly enough considering my husband is sitting there for two hours.

Always very conscious of my time and they get me in and out quickly. I always feel very secure that I am getting a quality inspection of my vehicle. Any repairs are always honest, reasonable, and done in a timely manner. Very courteous staff and manager!

Always go & get my oil changed. They also rotate your tires for you. The guys are always really nice & waiting time is minimal. My 86 yo Mom brings her car also for oil change. Its very convienent & close to home. They have always treated us with utmost respect.

The entire store is always on their A-game. This visit, Gary (manager) facilitated getting my vehicle serviced and regularly maintained with oil changes and tire alignments, all while proactively looking forward to our next tune up in the coming miles. Happy travels.

Asked for an overall inspection after purchasing a vehicle from a used car dealer. Vehicle displayed transmission issues during the inspection and the manager, Gary, refused to do any of the work from that point on regardless of the independence of the transmission systems from the engine systems. When confirming with the manager that an oil change wouldnt interfere and I was ok with them completing it along with a tire rotation and alignment. I verified with the manager that he would do those things anyway at 2 pm on Saturday and called the following morning to find out they hadnt even started. Blatant disregard for the wishes of a customers wishes and a lack of common sense led to me picking the jeep up on sunday after leaving it over night with zero work completed.

These guys have never done me wrong, they stand by their products, and always give good advice. Waits havent been long lately so if you need something done, give them a look. You wont regret it.

Visiting Dunedin over the Memorial Day holiday and we discovered a screw in our tire just as we were prepping to leave town a day early to beat a storm closing in on our hometown in the Florida Panhandle. David was great. David understood our concern for safety and need to get home quickly and worked us in 30 minutes before closing. We are very grateful for the 5 star service and highly recommend using Tire Kingdom.

The service was awful. I had an appointment and when I got there they said they only had 2 tires and that they would get the other two from so place else. The poor guy in the front desk was nice but he only had 2 workers, so he couldnt do much. I wouldnt recomend Tire Kingdom to NOBODY.

Gary on phone and in person was very nice. He did not service me when I got there though. I do not recall the guys name, but he needed classes in how to talk to customers. He was rude, and brash and did not have one people skill. When I asked him a question, it seemed like I ruined his day. I dropped over $500 there with 4 tires and an oil change. I felt like he could not wait to get rid of me. He never offered to tell me about flat tire service or balancing the tires for life. I get these services I think. I had to ask him about the flat tire thing. Just today I read my receipt and noticed the balancing for life for the tires. This person at the desk who helped me is just interested in his commission. If he gets one. Terrible customer service !I do not think I will return to this place.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! Very knowledgeable service staff and great customer service. As for all the negative comments, let me just say that if you pull into any business less than a half hour before they close, then you are the rude one because an oil change or putting on new tires takes more than 30 minutes. These employees take their time to do the job right and yes, sometimes you are going to be there for a while but it is worth it and they explain what is needed to keep you safe on the road. They arent pushy and wont sell you a service you dont need just to make a profit! Highly recommend this location!

Was with my mother and one of the brake lights went out. We already had a replacement bulb from the auto store but couldnt figure out how to replace it. Went in and one of the guys replaced it real quick no charge. Thanks for helping a few girls out!

Ive rarely had good experiences with automotive shops but Tire Kingdom in Dunedin is great. Scotty got me a solid deal on tires and the service was quick but thorough. Recommended.

It took 2 hours to get in to do a simple oil change that I scheduled an appointment for. Pretty ridiculous and disappointed.

Recently, a neighbor went there with a broken door latch. They tried to charge her $400 to repair it! $1600 to repair all 4 doors on a 2016 Ford FOCUS. I suspected it was a recalled part. I contacted the service manager at Walker Ford, who verified that it was a recalled part. Walker Ford repaired all 4 doors for free the next day. This was a blatent attempt at theft or gross incompetence! I do not recommend doing business with this establishment!

Had an appointment for new tires and it took a while longer than anticipated. However they apologized for the delay and put a nice discount on my bill. I will go there in the future because they handled the situation correctly and know how to make things right if something bad happens.

Been coming to this Tire Kingdom (TK) location for 15+ years.The staff is always changing but for simple repairs (tires, batteries, oil changes, etc) I am usually very happy with their service and the value that they provide.Probably the service that I am the most pleased with are their brake jobs. I hate squeaky brakes and they never squeak after a brake job at this location.In all the years, they have never been pushy about any service or repairs that they have recommended.

I have been to these people to have oil changed and front end of my car greased and air put in my tires, welp after inspection of the front end and air in my tires , the front end had no grease and the air pressure in my tires was not even close to what it should be, this had happened more then one time! They also left my lug nuts loose after putting tires on my van!!!

I am personally a DIY mechanic with my old truck, but ran into a stressful bunch of issues that I felt needed to be looked at by a professional.I experienced stellar customer service here in a timely manner and loved chatting with the techs about the condition of my vehicle.I am glad I brought my business to them!I would recommend this shop to a friend.

My wife called to see if they would be able to patch a tire that picked up a nail. Employee who answered the phone told her it was illegal to patch a tire in Florida but that she could come in and buy a new one and then hung up on her.Im not sure how so many other shops get away with breaking the law or why they would do so seeing as the cost is typically $10-$20. Seems like either Tire Kingdom is lying to sell a woman something she doesnt need to numerous other shops are violating the law for a few dollars.Luckily this poor service was a red flag that ensures we wont be visiting them for any future service.

While driving home one day, I had a flat. While waiting for AAA, I called to give them a heads up I was coming and be sure they had my tires available and ready. They were more than accommodating. They didnt have the ability to get me in due to delay in tow truck getting car to them. They did tell me they would get right on in first thing next day. I arrived by Uber about 20 minutes after they opened and only waited about 10 minutes. Nice, courteous, accommodating and professional.

Loved them, until dealt with someone I had never seen before. Took my Jeep for air cond issue......was charged $600 to fix it. The next day, no cold air, and told it was not a leak after all, so they would need to remove thw whole console and repair, to the tune of an additional $1000!!! So the $600 oops is on me??! Yup. So Im out $600, and am looking elsewhere to repair the air conditioner at square one. Feel completely had.

No cars in stalls, one car in the parking lot and a hour before they can repair a flat.The amazing thing about it is, the managers can not see that they can do they repair and not spend the 15 minutes chatting with the service writer. They lost a chance to upsell and lost a ticket.

Cannot beat their prices. Called at the last minute and no appointments were available but they let me drop off my car and snuck me in whenever they could. Got all 4 of my tires replaced for 100s of dollars cheaper than other shops. Scotty up in the front was very personable and professional. Kudos to the Main st team. They are doin things right.

Been having alignment issues since i bought my car (used). took it to the dealership and other shops, it got better, but still couldnt drive down a straight road without the steering wheel turned to one side. this Tire Kingdom actually found the problem without me telling them my alignments symptoms! and walked me out to the car to show me the issue, and explained what could be done to fix. So happy i brought it here! first time Ive been able to drive down the road with the steering wheel straight since ive owned the car!

Crooks.Rude, unprofessional, crooks.I give good reviews to businesses that deserve it so I dont feel bad about letting everyone know when I come across a bad business like we did today at this Tire Kingdom in Dunedin.We had what we thought was a heavy duty staple in my tire. My husband brought it to Tire Kingdom to get it patched. Without even looking at it, they said it would be $32 but that they dont do patching so they probably wont be able to repair it. My husband asked if they could just look at it. In between cigarettes the guy said he looked and it wasnt fixable so we would need a new tire boss (btw-dont call people boss, or buddy or big guy-so rude!).In the meantime, a mom with a child in the car pulled in because her tire was a little flat, she asked them if they could please put air in it because was trying to get her child to school. Without putting air in it and without looking at it for more than a second, they quoted her $250 for two new tires.My husband left, shaking his head, with the car now REEKING of cigarette smoke and drove directly to a trusted repair shop where he should have gone to begin with. They looked at the tire, grabbed a tool, pulled out the metal and said it hadnt even punctured the tire, gave him a handshake and blessings & sent him on his way. THAT my friends is why you need to avoid Tire Kingdom and stick with people you know, like and trust. In our case, that is Coopers Automotive on Hercules in Clearwater.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! You sign paperwork saying one cost they call you tell you another. All I wanted was two new tires go to pick up car n it is in air and lil guy behind counter says they have to just balance them. Get home I have three if my tires one strange unknown tire I that is wrong size, I called they tried to tell me they didnt even take any tires off though!!!!!! I will be reporting them especially now I know they have done it before!!!

Yesterday morning I brought my car over for them to look at it they charged me $21 just to check it and see what was wrong and then gave me an estimate of $1200.00 to do repairs I went down the street to another car repair (ice Cold discount auto )shop they looked at it immediately charged me nothing and was able to fix the problem for $110.. All of the parts the tire Kingdom said needed to be replaced were fine. I feel very sorry for the people who did not go and get a second opinion and pay to have parts replaced that where was nothing wrong with. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct business and I hope others read this and do not get taken advantage of like I almost was.

I would give less if not for the sells person Scotty who was kind and helpful. But way to much up selling with everybody. Tried to sell us new brakes but didnt have time to do an oil change. When questioned about why they had time to change brakes and not an oil change they then said they had time to do an oil change. Let me say this is a corporate issue. The workers are great. Bought 2 tires and Road Hazard Warranty in Sept 2018. Got a flat in April 2019 (7 months later) and was told sidewall damage rendered tire irrepairable. They told me tire was covered and then charged me $31.00 for labor (which they did not tell me wasnt covered?) for 1 tire. Road Hazard Warranty is a bit limited I would say.

Ive been to Tire Kingdom several times in the last few months for various repairs. Scotty is always very kind and knowledgeable!

First I took my car in for a brake job. Then they said they fix that but I kept hearing squeak so I took it back and my front hub cap was missing.I lost three hub cap because the lugs was no good . Then my car stop on me and I had to get a jump and I took it to Advance Auto and they said some one replace my Battery and they do not sell Amson batteries.I had to buy a new battery and they only sell Duracell . I will never bring my car to Tire Kindom again. You lost my business.

Tried to get emergency service regarding a nail in my driver side front tire, already loosing air, at about 12pm but to avail....Service advisor told me to come back at 4:30pm or the next day and refused to sqeeze me in between to have a patch plug repair done which i needed badly ....Seriously? So I had no choice tried my luck at Tire Plus further up at Countryside Mall, where I got help and service. Apparently they know what to do and how to treat customers with emergencies .

Glad i received a second opinion! had them do an alignment car was pulling to the right....after alignment they test drove veh...still pulled to the right...they told me i needed to replace the cvc shaft...i had a reputable mechanic look at it and said it did not need replacing...rotated the tires and veh was fine...didnt even need an alignment to begin with

MUST READ! TK as a corporation is sh**, but the clerk who helped me is a rockstar. Heres my story: I had a screw in my tire, but the clerk at the desk said they dont do plugs, and wont patch it due to the age of the tire and their insurance protocols wont let them help me. So basically buy new tires or go away. Wait, it gets better. I drove next door to the Advance Auto Parts store, bought a plug kit for $7, and tried to do it myself. Im not a small or weak man, but I tried for :30 min to get that plug jammed into the hole, couldnt do it. I asked the Auto Part store guy to come show me how its done, he wasted 3 plugs trying to jam it in the hole before he gave up too. I walked back over to Tire Kingdom, the clerk who previously told me that he couldnt help me due to company policy, he grabs some tools and walks BACK to the auto parts store with me, then proceeds to plug my tire using the plug kit that I bought from the store. He gets it done, no charge. I gave the guy $10 cash (its all I had on me) for his help. Awesome helpful guy, a real champ. The point is, it depends on who you get to help as to whether or not youll have a bad time, but Tire Kingdoms company policy sucks and doesnt want to help you. The clerk who helped me was freaking great. I dont want to post his name because TK would probably fire him for not selling me 4 new tires. P.S., a store called Just Tires in Clearwater on CW-Largo Rd (S Ft Harrison Ave) does plug tires, ask for Russell. Update: its been a month now and the plug is still holding air, so the company lie about that cant be plugged is BS.

Bought four new tires with alignment on my F150. They got it done in a timely fashion, were friendly and the deal was decent.
