My car was there 3 weeks in a row and they could not find out why the car was going into limp mode and stalling out so it was left there another 2 weeks straight for them to drive it and still no answers they were also told its using oil the day I picked it up it was extremely low in oil and they had no idea it was they never checked it once while it was there then 2 days later it went into limp mode again so it was brought back to them for another 2 weeks and they still have not told me why it uses oil which its been doing for a long time and why it keeps going into limp mode. And the service man when I picked it up let us in the door and walked away and did not come back for 15 mins when no one else was around to help then when I asked a few questions about what they found out he said he doesnt know and Ill have to come back on Monday to find out I said I was told it would be in my file what was all done and he again said he did not know and did not bother to look in my file he was not interested in helping at all the car has thrown a light for me when it has acted up everytime 7 weeks and no answers or help they lost my business I will take it to a different dealership location who is willing to help fix my car

Service guys are awesome. Called the finance department with a warranty question and was on speaker with a very impatient and not friendly person. This is my 2nd interaction with the finance department. Sales was great, services great.... finance just needs customer service training.

From out of town visiting relatives & needed an oil change before heading back home. Service staff was very pleasant & up front with everything. They even sent a video of the inspection which is fantastic. Most places you cant go in to inspect under your car, so getting a video with commentary was a welcome surprise. All service centers should do this. Quick service & good pricing.

Service department was very unprofessional. Cussing in front of children. When I called the dealership I had a question with a response of “Jesus Christ” under their breath. Very rude. When I asked to talk to a manager, my request was denied. I will not be returning. They have lost my business.

The best service department in town! Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Theyll include a video of your multi-point inspection for you to see any issues first hand, which is very comforting. We already took our Tuscon here, but after purchasing our Kia Telluride and receiving bad service from Kia, we now take out Kia here too. Stellar service every time!

Went in looking for a part for my sons older Hyundai which I didnt buy from them. Due to the age of the vehicle they didnt have it in stock but said they could order it. I explained I was from out of town and wouldnt be back to Dubuque for awhile. The employee went out of his way checking all the local parts stores (competitors) looking for the part I needed. When that didnt pan out he wrote the part number on a piece of paper for me to order it from a local dealer. I was truly impressed with the kindness I was shown.

Hour and a half last week to diagnose it was the light bulb, 2 and a half hours today to rule out that it is a lightbulb. Well the last time the repair process started, for a different issue, this car had 100 miles on it and it took 3 months to fix. Not good to have more than one issue in less than 8 months. And dont complain about the gm unless you want him to call and threaten you, made that mistake the first time.Update. BEEN LOOKING INTO IT, JUST LOOK INTO YOUR MEMORY!!!!On a happier note cedar rapids fixed the problem in a few hours and were completely professional.

I have never had such excellent service before! John Heller was amazing to work with. He was good at communicating in a prompt and timely fashion, his pricing was detailed and fully explained, and his manner was polite, friendly and service oriented. When I arrived to have work done, it turned out a part didnt match despite the use of a VIN number in ordering. To make it right by me, McGrath provided a shuttle to get me home even though I live an hour away! The new part order and work was fast..within 2 days...and our final bill came in slightly under what we had estimated. John and the mechanics did not treat us any differently despite our vehicle being a bit older and our budget limitations. Next time I need work, I will bypass the nearest Hyundai dealer to employ McGrath...that is how over the top wonderful our experience was!

Would say loved it, but; after buying a Ford Focus here, it took 45 days to get a plate, the brakes scrub, and the bumper to bumper warranty wont cover it untill they can get us in, in another month. The Oil Change Required indicator wont go off, and the Dealership can not change the old oil they did not change for another month.
