Been searching for a living room set with no luck. Fine Home Furnishings was a home run! Jay spent a lot of time with us and hooked us up! He was the best. Great selection and quality! Would highly recommend!

I was searching for a leather sofa that would last 20 years and after almost giving up found the perfect sofa and loveseat at Fine Furnishings. It took 5 months due to the pandemic but was made aware of this and it was worth the wait. Absolutely love them! Expensive but quality is not cheap. Love that they are made in USA. Indiana. Smith Brothers. Delivery was good as well. Definitely quality goods and pleasant knowledgeable people to work with you.

Brett was a very helpful salesman and answered all our questions as we began our early stages of looking for a new sofa/chaise lounge.

Jay was amazing at assisting us with our bedroom furniture. Whats more impressive is he remembered our names days later when we came back to make the final purchase! Delivery was timely and well executed even during a rain storm. We will be back for future purchases.

The client services team provided prescient information about their products which directed us to exactly what we were looking for. Great products and selection throughout the store. Horrible. Ordered a couch in March. Promised in in July. Arrived in Sept. Now they want me to drive across town and pick it up instead of at the store where I bought it or pay+$900 to return it. Never told that part. I would advise you to shop elsewhere. They wont care about you once they make the sale.

Despite tough times and longer than normal delivery times, I am satisfied with both my living room and bedroom set I just purchased! Location is convenient and this place has two floors!! This business is unable to set an achievable expectation. I purchased a couch in October and I was given the expectation that I would receive delivery in 10-15 weeks. 18 weeks later I still haven’t received my couch. I understand with the current climate delays do happen. However, as a business they should be putting forth effort to reach out to customers and explain these delays. I should not have to call in as a customer and ask them where is my product only to hear back from Management another false product date that she cannot honor. My advice to others, is to hold on to your money. The following is my advice to Fine Home furnishing. Set proper expectations to customers. Go the extra mile and give the customers a courtesy email if delays to occur. NEVER let your customer feel scammed. Lastly, if you are unable to fulfill a order within a reasonable time-frame don’t sell that product. Your customers are not credit cards that you can borrow money from and then provide a product when it best suits you.

The service was really good and the selection was better than the other furniture stores around. The very long lead time (20 weeks) was disappointing and having to put 50% down to place the order on a large ticket item is disturbing.

Hope Cornell is a fantastic sales person. She listened and asked questions to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Her knowledge of fabrics and colors really helped us pick a sofa that will pop! And her interest in helping us get a piece of furniture that will fit our lifestyle made us comfortable with the whole process. We strongly recommend Fine Home Furnishings!

My girlfriend and I paid for our furniture in full back in early November. The incompetent staff at this store neglected to place our order with the manufacturer until late December (6 full weeks after receiving our order AND full payment). They contacted us just before Christmas to inform us that the cocktail table had been discontinued. We told them to place the order for the rest of the items (which should have been done weeks earlier). We called back a week later to check to make sure they had ordered our furniture and found out that not only had they not ordered anything, but they also told us that the end table we had ordered was discontinued, not the cocktail table. We had to select different furniture yet again, and they finally managed to order our furniture.Fast forward a couple of months and only our entertainment center has arrived (with pieces missing). Our cocktail table and end table still havent arrived and they keep pushing back the expected delivery date. The staff lies about not being able to give us updates on the status of our order and the manager, Sheryl, should probably just change her name to Karen. They have had our money for so long without giving us anything in return that we should probably be charging them interest.I would not buy a stick of gum from this store, nevermind a piece of furniture. I cannot wait for this nightmare to end.

We went in looking for a couch, and ended up with a new dining room table and desk instead.The staff was friendly, and not pushy. They knew what furniture had specific features, and were generally easy to work with.The showroom is nice, and arranged in a logical way. It wasnt a warehouse with open box furniture.They offer delivery for a fee, or you can pick the pieces from their warehouse on W Broad St. That was also easy - the guys loaded everything up for me.

Absolutely terrible! My husband and I bought a couch from them in the beginning of October with the expectation of the couch arriving at the end of December per the company’s arrival date. It is stretching toward the middle of February almost 5 months later and still no couch. My husband has reached out to them numerous times to see if their is anything he can do any one he can call to figure out how we can fulfill our order placed 5 months ago. No one in the store is helpful. They just keep pushing back the shipment date, they wouldn’t even talk on the phone any more. The last time my husband called he expressed his concerns and the sales associate just kept silent with no response on how they can help the situation. This company is selling products they can not fulfill. I do not suggest this company. You will not receive your product, and the store can not do anything about it. You will have shelled out thousands of dollars on a waiting game you get to play with yourself in your living room lawn chairs.

They have some good things, not too much of selections. Prices are very high, but agents are very nice and helpful.

We were unhappy with our experience. We bought a leather, Bassett couch and chair. We were told Bassett was made in America. Once it was delivered to our house we found the tag that said Made in Thailand. We specifically said we only wanted to see couches made in America. Because the couch was in and the chair wasnt we had to pay for delivery twice. (at a discounted rate) Both ends of the couch recline however, you have to have it pulled ridiculously far (more than 2 feet) from the wall to have full access to the reline position. Not realizing it was too close to the wall, my husband reclined it and the back scraped in the stair trim and ripped a hole in it. I realize he is the one that reclined it, however, it ripped very easily. A chair fell and ripped a hole in the back. The back of the couch is made of cheap vinyl. We paid $2200.00. I would not recommend buying furniture from this store.

Was there last year looking at couches but didnt buy one this year had the money. Look at all the stores and this one sale people come up and offer to help. Look many couches, ask many quest and bought a couch.

Recently bought 2 couches from them. I needed it with in about 4 weeks due to a graduation party. Brett said it was possible that we could get in that time frame but still told me the time was 4-6 weeks. I picked out the exact couches I wanted with the fabric and pillows. I went ahead and went with them because they are the only company that could possibly get it to me in that time frame. . I called a couple of times the week of to check and everyone was very nice and cooperative to check on the status. They had my order marked so if it came in to squeeze me in for delivery. It came in on a Thursday they delivered it on Friday afternoon sooner than I thought and My party was on Saturday. Delivery guys were great And fast. Everyone love the couches at the party. Thank you so much for being professional in all the ways and keeping your word. I would and already have recommended you to other friends. Very happy!! Thank you!

It was a lot of fun to shop there. Jo was very helpful at getting me to exactly what I was looking for. They have Flex steel products which are more heavy duty than Lazy boy. The fourth of July sale was good. My total price was around $3,000 and the best price online for the exact same things was $5,000. Now I have to wait 10-12 weeks for the furniture because of the custom fabrics. Looking forward to updating the living room.

She took us through the customization process and was informative without being overbearing. My husband and I were looking for a bed for our 3 year-old son that would last him the rest of his life. After asking a couple of questions, Suja brought us right to the bed that we were looking for! It is made of solid wood, will be ready in ~4 weeks, and has 3 drawers for storage. It came in many different finishes (one of which will match his existing dresser very well) and is an incredibly reasonable price. Previously we went to Value City Furniture and saw beds that were only a few hundred dollars less, but made out of cheap-looking imitation wood. I am so grateful that we will be getting a bed made of solid, real wood that will be manufactured here in Ohio! We couldnt be happier with our purchase or more strongly recommend them.

Stopped in here to get a new sofa and liked some of the product but the sales associates were not wearing face coverings. The salesperson did seem to stay distant but they should still be wearing face coverings. Due to this I did not feel comfortable purchasing here.

Went to Fine Home Furnishings for the first time looking for a kitchen table and chairs. Found exactly what I was looking for at this store. When you go into the store ask for Moe he is excellent. His knowledge and personality with the customer is the best. This will be the only place I go to buy furniture in the future.

A rather expensive custom order recliner was purchased as a gift upon my father’s passing (Dad always loved a good recliner). We took delivery in early July, drove the 180 miles home and within a week the recliner stopped working and got stuck in a semi-reclined position.Fine Home sent a 3rd party to look at it in August, ordered the parts on September 20th and I am now told I “should” receive the replacement parts in 2-weeks, then I can call them again for them to schedule the repairs.I asked (name starts with C), the Manager we have been working with . . . Can we return it at this point? No, it was a custom order. What can be done, as some sort of appeasement for our frustration and time the chair is sitting empty. The Manager said due to COVID they were not making exceptions. After I continued to push, The Manager became frustrated and said she would speak with the owners of the company and call me back early this afternoon. After not hearing back by early afternoon, my wife called and was informed the owners said they would do nothin for us, other than make us follow this painfully slow process. In the about section on Google it says in part “Our family-owned and operated furniture store is in the business to serve our customers.” If this is the service they are talking about, I would think twice. When I look at the chair, I wish it brought back fond memories of Dad, instead, it brings back memories of countless calls with Fine Home Furnishings.

This is our new go to Furniture store! Suja spent a lot of time to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted.She priced multiple sectional configurations, with leather and fabric. She helped us choose our fabric for the couch and pillows, and coincidentally her shirt matched my choices (see pic). I changed my mind on the configuration multiple times, after the store had closed, and I never felt rushed. We were there more than an hour after their closing time and Suja acted as if she had all the time in the world.Definitely check this store out if you are looking for furniture. And ask for Suja!
