There was a woman working with clothes at one of the only two registers. She ignored me until I asked if I could check out. She directed me to the other register across the store. Another customer behind me told me that she had been told to come over there because THAT register was closed. I went to the jewelry counter and asked the employee there where to check out. He told me that the register where the other customer had been was indeed open, and that the employee had probably just stepped away. We both finally got to check out, but I didnt end up getting my pants after all of that. They were supposed to be $11.20 on sale. They rang up twice that. I was assured that was definitely the price. I am sure all of the pants in that section were originally $16 and on sale 30%.I really try to give stores a chance instead of always buying online, but they make it difficult. I go to this mall because I like that it is all enclosed, but it usually feels like a wasted trip lately (I live in Powell so its not that close to us.). Even after all of that effort, Im not going to pay twice as much for something that I can get online shipped to me for free (and probably of better quality).

We went to the salon, and also shopped the store. It was as if the staff (all the staff we encountered except the guy who cut our kids hair) were ignoring the best they could in the hopes we would just leave. Ultimately we did.

Good selection and good pieces. Unfortunately, currently there are very few open dressing rooms and open registers. As such, there was a 15 minute line to try on clothes and almost a 20 minute line to checkout. Obviously things are very weird for retailers right now, but customer service and convenience should be a higher priority.

I went to The Vision Center there. For an eye exam. And two pairs of glasses. I think the exam was very thorough. I cant wait for my new glasses. Or I would have post a picture.👍 I would suggest them to anyone. She did an awesome job. Ill be a regular customer

They didnt have the deep fryer we were looking for, but that was the case for every store we visited. Store was nice and was right next to an Autie Annes pretzel place, which made it smell wonderful.

Good clothes for big and tall men

JCPENNEY is still a staple for my holiday shopping. I hope they are able to continue the brick and mortar store. I appreciate being able to try things on. The prices are fair on a daily basis but awesome when they have sales.

Went in looking for some fine jewelry for my wife for Christmas. Great selection! Anthony was who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and kind and super helpful!

Scant offerings in the Plus Size Department. Theyve also drastically reduced the window treatment department selection, which used to be amazing. Website said to go to the store to purchase the valance I was looking for, but when I finally found an employee (also scarce), she informed me that they are no longer carrying valances in the store. Theyre also no longer doing in home design, measurements and installs, not just because of COVID-19, but because the new store management decided to do away with those offerings. So not only did I end up wasting 30 minutes of my time scouring the window treatment department for something that wasnt there, but I also had to pay shipping charges to get it sent to me or come back to the store to pick it up. If Bed Bath and Beyond doesnt have something in stock, theyll cover shipping to your house, not make you schlep back in wasting your time and money. I know where my money will be going from now on.

They were definitely there when I needed them this year during the holidays. They just need a little more attention to detail.....by properly labeling displays and putting light bulbs in the displays and signs (like the one that faces into the mall from the 2nd floor).Support JCPenney!

Great coupons. Bought swimsuit for upcoming vacation.

Clerk was extremely pressing the customer in front of me to sign up the JC Pennys card. She said no but the guy wouldnt stop. Even said she was going through a divorce and he kept pushing. She finally said yes. I was really hoping he would try it with me but he didnt even ask. Really a jerky guy.

Pros- The lady that checked me out was friendly and told me about a coupon. This store had lots of options.Cons- They only had like 2 checkout counters and I had to wait atleast 10min to check out. The fitting room was packed and I had to wait Atleast 10 minutes to try on Jeans. I seen workers everywhere but no one working where its really needed i.e checkout

The customer service was excellent in some areas and lacking in other areas. I wouldnt drive out of my way to shop at this location.

JC Penny is going down hill. Not enough styles and sizes in the store. Shipping is slow. Its a real shame how bad they have gotten.

The lighting inside was very dim. Must be conserving on electricity. Was very hot and humid inside the building. Did not have the sizes needed. This virus has really hit the retail industry hard.

Ive always liked JCP. Unfortunately I didnt find what I specifically went there for but found plenty to buy.

The store workers are very nice and helpful. I asked for samples of mens cologne and the woman who helped me was very helpful and was able to assist me in finding a cologne that works best for me. The store was clean and even though there were quite a bit of customers in the store they were managing it well.

Love my hair. Covid precautions were in place and impressive, felt very comfortable with their care.

Ive found good selection and great prices here. They have a very nice big & tall section which is significantly better priced and the specialty stores. Lots of nice house goods as well. My wife and I were able to check off a lot of errand check boxes here and way less than we budgeted.

Its dated and when I tell you I was in there for wedding shoes, they had the best variety of any store I went too however they shut down all registers leaving only one 45 minutes prior to closing so imagine the line

Was doing a return after Christmas. Everything went well customer service was great and the knowledge of returns are great. Prices are good. Clothing is exceptionally made. Has several different types of styles that needs everyones needs.

I dont know. Mixed feelings. The nostalgia of it makes me wish it was so much more than it really is.I was looking for girl clothes.I saw an outfit on sale for like $30 and the material felt very cheap, like it belonged in a family dollar. My daughter would have that torn up in like 10 minutes. I can see paying more for quality but I didnt see the quality.They have plus girls size, you dont see that everywhere. My child is not plus though so.Unless you get clothes like 70% off, youll be spending A LOT of money.They didnt have what I was looking for so I left empty handed.

The portrait studios customer service could be improved upon. The associate was very passive aggressive with me when I stated I didnt want to pay shipping on a portrait they had to redo as it was not what I ordered. Then I had to return minutes later because she kept one of the other incorrect photos that I just decided to keep anyway. I feel they dont listen. Rather it be assisting you with an order, or picking up an order. Very disappointed in both of my experiences with this studio.

Only had to go because I ordered online and they shipped to me with the security tag left on so wasted my time to fix this problem. 1 hour drive there and back, them wait in line for help. Would e. Ought but line too long and slow.

I cant believe how incompetent the Optical Center is. We ordered my daughters prescription glasses early part of the year and we got back twice with poorly done prescription. They tested it and took it back and then we wait to get it back. Very very disappointed with the quality of product. The staff seem to be nice to deal with; we didnt have any issues with them personally but at the end we got frustrated and wanted to return the glasses for full refund but they were not very helpful.

I was locked out my car there were 2 woman i wish i got there name they really really went above and beyond to help mr let me use there cells tired to call someone 3 hours of them by my side thats how amazing the customer services is there and i mean amazing if i could give 10 stars i would thank you ladies so much you helped me more then you know!

Understaffed, at least on the Sunday morning I went. The babies area was kind of a mess, especially near the toys. The staff were all very sweet, but it was clear that they were insanely tense from the lack of employees. Prices are reasonable, too. About what youd expect for this store. Please get more staff though, holy moly!

JC Penney at Tuttle Mall is a great store! I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite even when I didnt find what I was looking for. Last weekend I found 3 shirts/sweaters for under $25 total for all three. The clearance racks had some great stuff and this was in the womens plus section! One fitting room was full and a store associate directed me to a fitting room with no waiting and it was not a far walk to get to. Store was clean and they have a great selection.
