Excellent delivery service. The section couch is incredible. Comfortable and a wonderful addition to our living room.

A few months ago, my wife and I wanted to upgrade our dining room furniture set. So we decided to visit to the local Ethan Allen store in Dublin, CA where we met an interior design specialist named Morgan. She helped us from start to finish, including coming to our home to help with measuring and deciding on the best colors and fabrics for our dining room. We cant say enough on how happy we were with our new dining set and buffet table! We highly recommend Morgan for any of your house hold refurnishing projects! Ive included some before and after pics!

I recently remodeled my living room and kitchen and shifted to an open concept model . I needed some ideas on how to furnish my new surroundings and ultimately to purchase a dining room and living room furniture including rugs. I visited several stores and selected Ethan Allen because of their exceptional customer service led Morgan Tsai. She was warm, creative in her idea generation and providing her expertise on the total “look”. She came to my home without a purchase commitment and following, presented me with ideas to beatify and optimize my space.I did purchase a dining room and living room set The products are beautiful, high quality, and although a little more expensive than other furniture stores, it’s value was aligned with the cost.While waiting for my purchases to arrive, I was sent emails consistently on the status. Following the final delivery, Ms.Tsai contacted me to ensure my satisfaction and she was equally excited that my expectations had been met.Given this experience, I feel like I have a good partner with Ms.Tsai and Ethan Allen in fulfilling any future needs.

We order 4 chairs in October 2020 and we got them in August 2021. Due to Covid everything is slow but that slow is not possible. Thank god we didn’t order beds we probably will be sleeping on the floor for so many month. The customer service was really bad, the sales lady was so rude, she never answered any of our questions. I loved Ethan Allen furniture but after this experience I am moving away from it. Thanks

Was picking up coffee next door to Ethan Allen. Decided to pop in and take a look at their furniture displays. Fell in love with the dinning set in the front window area immediately! Loved the mix of dinning room chairs with the high back bench seat and arm chairs on the end. Left with Mariannes business card. Could not get the dining set out of my head. Came back a few weeks later to see Marianne. I gave her a description of the area the set would go in, she helped me to select fabric to go with my home decor. She selected a few fabric options and we talked through them each. Once we were done with my order, I walked out of the shop fully satisfied with my decisions. Marianne was not only helpful but really knowledgeable.

I have previously purchased furniture at Ethan Allen and have always had a great customer service experience until now. It was my first time visiting the Dublin store and it will be the last time I buy furniture here because of Victorias lack of knowledge, customer service and follow up. It has been close to 8 months and I still dont have my furniture.

I would like to share our experience with a custom order. In November 2020 we ordered a recliner for our mother from the Dublin, CA store. When it arrived on February 5th, 2021, the recliner was stiff and she was unable to recline. We brought this to the attention of our sales person, Marianne. After a month of waiting to resolve the issue, it was determined the recliner was defective. We are very relieved that the customer service Representative “ Azary “ replaced the chair with a power recliner upgrade at no extra charge.We are extremely happy with the outcome.The Texeira Family.

Not my taste of furniture but it was a well put together store.Although anything you order takes atleast 3-6 months to be delivered because everything is made to order.

Poorly trained staff ,walked out went to Basset,Met a knowledgeable professional and walked out with a 7k sectional to my exact specifications .

Loads of quality furniture and accessories. While in the store 3 of the staff offered to assist me in finding items that would help me. They seemed to have a sense of humor, now that unusual in retail today. Nice, but unusual. I was just walking through to get ideas. May come back for their designer service.

We just love how our interiors turned out! It was an absolutely fantastic experience working with Tamara. She was with us every step of the way, listening to our needs and preferences carefully, and factoring those in the designs she created. From concept to delivery, she was thorough and thoughtful. We didn’t have to iterate much. The quality of the furnishings as well as the delivery experience was great! Suggestion to Ethan Allen: Use modern technology for customer engagement - from design proposals to quotations to billing - feels like you are stuck in eighties.

I found out about Ethan Allen when I was at a friend’s house that is furnished fully by Ethan Allen. I wanted the same for myself! Thanks to the designer we worked with it was an easy smooth experience. She came to our house, took measurements and created a complete presentation with the wood and rugs and floor plans. Their fabrics are absolutely gorgeous and high quality, they have a better collection than their competitors, we loved how our designer put together a whole presentation just for us, it made me feel special.Great customer service and I received my order on time, delivered with a smile and in perfect condition. Great experience. Furniture is the best, its a great investment that will last a life time. Very Happy and will come back next year for sure!

I love this store, their furniture is to die for! I come here every month to see whats new. They usually change things around and add new things often. Not ready for my house makeover yet but I know it will be all from Ethan Allen! Very friendly designers, I feel welcomed walking in and everyone smiles.

I worked with an amazing designer, Marianne Portman. She was able to create the perfect great room at my new house. She stayed within my budget and even helped me select a few pieces that were in the clearance section. Communication was also excellent from the delivery team. I am excited to enlist Marianne again to help me create the perfect master bedroom.

Will not buy from Ethan Allen again! Ordered furniture in June and guaranteed by EA that it would be ready in August... furniture has been backlogged and not schedule delivery until September 28th.

My wife has ortho problems in her hip and we have tried three different mattresses that were supposed to relieve the pain.The new Ethan Allen mattress has been a Godsend. Her hip pain is now gone and she sleeps comfortably every night.

Even after spending lot of money on the furniture the customer service is really not good an quality of the furniture is not worth for the money we are paying. The furniture we see in store and when it delivers to home is really different. There are lot of reasons for selecting POOR .

Alexis was great in her suggestion for furniture decoration choice of color, texture and etc, delivery was done on time and so far we are happy with the product and service we received.
